Which world is coming to an end again? Something that has always been since the days of yore. I remember this happening vividly when I was in primary 5 in the hostel. Most people who have nigerian bank accts opened it either before they ran out if the country or whenever they sneak into the country. You most def can't open a naija acct while abroad.
