I have my reason for the assumption. A teacher from that state is a family and she hasn't told me that she is being owed any salary. Infact her word is 'Okorocha is trying by paying us our salary as at when due'. Except she is telling a lie.

I think the topic should be the 13th month salary. I believe Okorocha is not owing teachers in the state. 13th month is just a bonus.

The capacity which a senior judge can act is limited by what or who? Is there anywhere the constitution states that the Acting Judge can not perform swearing-in ceremony?

Swearing in is an 'act' hence the most senior judge can 'act' in the place of the chief judge if the latter is not available.

I don't get your argument. They send their kids abroad because they prefer them to get the education abroad and have a stress free life. The argument is why it is better to live in Canada than in Nigeria and not why NIgeria is underdeveloped and not the best place for the kids to have a quality life. This slave mentality you keep hampering on. Africans sold their kinsmen as slaves. What are we talking about.
Why do we imbibe western culture? Why do you dress like the whites, why do you drive a car, why do you go to school, why do you use a cell phone or computer? You my friend have a slave mentality as these are all things invented by the west and the whites.

The slave mentality is when we can develop our country but fail to do so instead shipping our children to already developed places. No be human beings develop those places? It's so sad that our leaders run to the western countries even for ordinary malaria.

Our leaders should be ashamed of themselves for having this slave mentality. We can go to school, dress like oyinbos (if we want), drive cars, use cell phones, nothing wrong with that, but when our country is the way it is we become the laughing stock among nations.

Sukkot it's not that at all. Actually I earn more money from my businesses in Nigeria than my job in Canada, I have a bigger house, car in Nigeria and my family is ok. Mind you I was an international student for my undergrad and masters in Canada. Not cheap. It's not about money to me. But its about a sane and safe environment where the mind can develop. I just returned from a 4 month trip to nigeria and I couldn't wait to get back even with the sub zero temperature. The traffic, NEPA, gridlock, horrible drivers in Lagos is just not for me. Sure there's money but that's not me. Why do the majority of the kids of the rich stay and school abroad? Plain and simple. It's a saner environment. Things work better, govt is doing their job, police are doing their job, hardly traffic, safer environment generally. If you are ok with Nigeria if you have the opportunity to be in a developed country like Canada. It's ok. We all have different personalities and way of life. Nigeria will always be home. But I love Canada. If NIgeria can become a better country and govt decides to start working. I will be the first one to pack my bags and return home. For now. I am home. Home is where the heart is. I am happy here. Money is nothing.

That is the slave mentality we are talking about. Why can't the rich/our leaders build a Nigeria that can be compared to this abroad? Don't Nigeria have the means?

A typical Nigeria rich man or leader suffer a chronic form of inferiority complex. Look at GEJ in the midst of Oyinbos you will see what I am talking about.

You will know when we have good leaders, when they will build the country for all instead of sending only their children abroad as if abroad na heaven.

Build Nigeria and see Nigeria become visa free to most places and nobody we consider abroad as any big deal i tell ypu.
