movement can be restricted when anybody is under investigation .this is not violation of human right.whatever to be done to have a free and fair investigation has to be done.as a public officer u r liable to probe especially when things are ment to be straighten, movement can be restricted. in the courts even when u have not been proven guilty, movement are been restricted to enable them carry out their investigation fairly.the presidency has not done anything wrong and the so called ex fec member knows this.
