armyofone:I agree it is not by force for a woman to cook. That is why it is a major requirement for me b4 I even consider dating any lady. Different strokes for different folks. As for me, what use is a lady if she can't cook. I believe there are many ladies who are beautiful, smart, loyal, great personality and can (and are willing to) cook. I deserve the best and do not see any reason why I shouldn't get one of those. Those who think otherwise can always go for what they think they deserve or are willing to settle for. It however doesn't mean I can't hv a sexual relationship with a lady who can't cook . We just both know it will never be more than that. |
TRUSTEDGUY:True, I agree with you. Why ask if you are gay when it is already obvious that you are. |
In naija yes. Maybe parts of Africa but in western world, No. What can you do in naija? If you don't know anyone they can even arrest you for a dispute with sm1 who knows someone. The masses hv no right there. |
Why will I let her hold me to ransom cos of some very flimsy excuse. As much as I love her, she has lived her life, and should let me live me. I will be the one to lie on the same bed with who I choose and not her. If she thinks threats of suicide will deter me, she better think again. Meself go tell am say I go commit suicide if she no let me marry am and see what she has to say to that! |
tolutara:Did you listen to the part where she confessed to not using protection? how much proof will you need after that. |
Go ahead and drink acid. I will marry her. |
Nothing else to say after OMG. The accent is similar to Zimbabwean accent but it isn't. The names are not Zimbabwean, neither is the station. |
Poster hasn't denied been gay all thru his posts ![]() **Exits as fast as possible** |
Bad cook as gf = Bad cook as wife. Remember the first time she cooked for you, you smiled and told her it was delicious. Just because of what you wanted then. Now that you hv what you wanted and you are married to her, you better keep telling her it is fantacious. No need to be truthful now if you started with a lie. Don't worry, you will get used to her cooking over the years. Good luck. A stitch in time saves nine. |
Come to Papa |
;d ;d |
see as yansh dey pepper the first girl ![]() |
Both sides are telling one little lie or the other. But the victim's side of the story sounds a bit more credible. |
It runs in the family . Go take a bath in the river! |
It is unfortunate to be caught that way but I doubt the woman really cared abt that. She was more concerned abt the disease. |
^^^ No need to bother giving it six months to see if you will fall in love with him or not. I can tell you now that in six months time, nothing will change in terms of feelings for him. It is either there or it isn't. It's even worse when you try to force feeling for someone. Take an indefinite break from him and let him know why. Absence they say makes the heart grow fonder (sometimes). What you need to do is start afresh with someone else you feel something for. Goodluck. |
@Jennykadry I have lots of Zimbabwean friends , and other parts of Africa, as well. Zimbabweans are not the only ones that sound like that.I admit their accent is similar but it isn't Zimbabwean. Moreover, I know the origin of the audio. |
^^^^^^^^ definitely not! |
The accent is not from any of the places mentioned so far. I will prefer not to mention where it is from, just so it doesn't become a referendum on the country. IMO it can happen anywhere even in naija. |

Everyone should just stick to their kind. If you are all for a man doing everything, look for a man that believes he should do so. Everything comes with both the good and the bad. She better get ready to submit totally and never question his authority either. He bought you so don't questions his ways even if they are in the hands of another woman etc. Just enjoy the pampering part. If you prefer equality, better stick to the guy/girl that believes so too. For the men, start getting ready to enter the kitchen etc and women start contributing to the household. Expect same rules to apply to all. What ever rocks your boat is what you do. Problem solved. |
Split it down the middle or better yet, let the woman foot the wedding Afterall with una women's liberation thingy, you can do as much or better than a man. On average, weddings and anniversaries are for the benefit and enjoyment of the woman. She might as well pay for it. |
bettymafy: tjskii:@ bettymafy and tjskii There is everything wrong with what she has writtten. Her advice is to go get a backup (so she doesnt put her eggs in one backup).Geez, its the OP's choice to wait. |She is either in or out of the relationship no inbetween. But if she decides to wait, she should concentrate on the relationship and give it her best. Not keeping backup options. But then na so most of u naija girls dey.Rotten eggs! |
tjskii:It is people like this that give nigerian girls/relationships a bad name. Very disappointing comment |
People have pasts and mistakes they are not necessarily proud of. When I was younger, I would hv done the same thing just cos I couldn't handle the responsibilty. Now I know the error of my ways and much different. She could confront him and see his reaction, and feelings about the pregnancy episode. Else do not get pregnant for him without marriage. |
^^^^ Typical people doing things sanely and then blaming it on the devil or juju! I believe there is a spiritual warfare but everyone tries to use that as an excuse or explanation for everything these days. |
Kubwa is a bit rougher but safe. I think your parents are just paranoid abt your safety. You might hv to flex some muscles with them to push the limits more. Even as a kid in abj, I still got up to 8pm. |
Get your own place. Abuja is a safer place. As long as you don't go telling everyone you are from abroad. Which part of of Abj do you stay? |
Makes sense ![]() Applies to men going after married women too. |
