Good evening everyone. I have a problem I need help with.
Some weeks ago,my car a w123 with 1999 c-class(w202) engine started jerking intermittently especially when the engine is hot.
My mechanic said the problem was caused by a failing fuel pump. Now the pump has been changed to a new pump & the car is no more jerking but it always has a difficulty starting especially when the engine has rested for like 5 minutes and it also idles roughly.
I have changed plugs and plug wires, tested it with another distributor, crankshaft sensor and coil but the problem still persists.

Well, these days cars serve two purposes. For the purpose which it was built and for show off. It would also not be a bad idea combining both together and please dont attribute big wheels to black people. Its just looks good on a car. look at the silver and black and tell me which of the tires you prefer the most?

This issue of single treasury account might delay tranche payments.

The reason is simple.

All these bureaucratic officials at the secretariat that didn't pay out funds allocated since 2013 have caused big issues.

Now they have to remit all funds to the CBN before end of today.

If they have paid out funds as when due, the money won't be due for return.

What are the possible scenarios.

Valid observation.I believe the scenarios are these:
*The secretariat gives an instruction to pay all outstanding to banks immediately. This is however going to have a major bureaucratic bottle-neck...who approves? No ministers. They would also be moles in the secretariat who want to use any means to gain favour and might 'report' or cause delay.
*the secretariat transfers all the funds to CBN and gives a mandate to CBN to pay. This is also a big issue as there would be thousands of requests hitting CBN daily from different MDAs. CBN would be more focused on consolidating its position and understanding the 'whys' from the different MDAs.

Either way, there is bound to be delays in further payments due to this policy.

On the positive note, corruption would reduce nationally and funds might become more available for government projects.

However, Youwin awardees should expect delay in further tranche payments.

My opinion

The op wants to know if you can use two discharged batteries connected in series or parallel (not stated) to start a car.

This is one of the bad practice's the mechanics passed on from working on old Peugeots. Then, those cars had no ECU or sensitive electronics and the worst that could happen then was a blown bulb or cheap Bosch coil.

Today, it is different. Any mechanic who does that will remove thermostat and sell your catalyst cells.

It only happens when the engine is still cool na, as in when i start the car first thing in the morning. After driving it a bit it becomes warm and the the drive becomes smooth.

I still maintain my question. How do you determine when the engine is warm?

When the possible misfire stops?
When the stuck throttle fully opens?
When the RPM drops?
When it no longer burns too rich?
When the carbon on the plugs burn off per chance?
When you hit that next pot hole and the loose spark plug wire adjusts?

Etc

You might think it is just the engine getting warm slowly, but we need to be sure

How do you know the engine is not warm?

Did you use a thermometer, possibly the one on a scanner? What values are you comparing it with?

Or are you judging by the engine 'sound' ?

If by sound, it could mean a lot of things apart from temperature.
