The gains are worthwhile, after all. |
We don't have to queue all of the time if we would just embrace a non expensive technology. When you get into a public place, there is a machine( dont know what it is called) that gives you a number on a paper. seats are provided for everyone as they wait. When your no. is called, you get up and do what you have to. |
I like Sissie's suggestions. Hausas usually have their events like this. I keep changing my own plans in my head. I could inculcate a few things- becoming perfect as the days go ![]() |
That's the problem with our skul system in Nigeria. Every skull wants to gets as many student as possible, without looking into the childs upbringing, the teachers of 2day only teaches their subject aeas to student nd go ahead minding their businesses they don't think of inculcating moral values into d children nd dats y in almost every skul Primary or secondary, u definately find hoodlums. If this is not put into consideration, expect more threads like dis!!! A word is enough 4 d foolish because he would. Not understand many!!!
did you read the story at all? Hoodlums use schools as hideout at night. These ones got very bold to have used it in the afternoon as well. Public schools are easily accessible to them due to the low security measures in place. I hope the government would do something about this. May God give the family the fortitude to bear the loss. |
They should. why not? |
tbaba1234: QuestionIn the AFrican or Nija context, the wedding is not just about you. They should enjoy it as well. If they wont agree with how you want it, you can have what you want and leave the venue afterward. The singing and dancing is usually after the main event. You leave and they do their thing. If you can convince them to have it your way, that is the best. |
redsun: Nice, nigerian women are becoming daring in their style.I prefer skimpy to hijab any time any a day.People(adults) should never be restricted from doing what they choose to do as long as they are not harming others in the process.A woman that chooses to play around even when she is supposedly married must be missing something her man does not have and the earlier he gets the message, the better for him.and hijab must mean that you are restricted from doing what you want? |
tbaba1234: Question for the sistersIt is unimaginable, what I'd do. The situation at the time would determine it. I want to marry a virgin man. This wont happen with one ![]() |
This says a lot and is so so true for many. The end is sarcasm. She did not really mean that ![]() |
congrats @tbaba |
Jarus: If at all they saw something, then it's Jinns.Could be jinns really. |
hikmoj: u may cal it what eva u like.d sheikh is a senegales we know him very wel many of us saw him b4 he passd away in 1975 &his portrait is every wia.d 2nd sheikh (bulala)4rm offa kwara st he passd away in 1989and so what? what does seeing him do to you? Does anything in Islam attach significance to the dead? many of these practices of seeking from the dead are alien to Islam. Muslims should stop trying to be like people of other religions. |
We rock! ![]() |
moscobabs: I love Islam even though I'm a XtianThe same you said you left Islam because of salat. Dont you think you need a proper understanding of the Islam you left? think about it. |
mendax: He forgives ALL sins, if its not too late (for definition of "too late" see for e.g. Q4:17-18). Meaning as long as you are alive, He will forgive you if you turn to him even if its shirk. However, when you die, He can forgive anything EXCEPT shirk.I meant after death. You are right |
Mr Aboki: Na wah o!!what is a mature problem? No matter the problem you have, have a positive attitude to it. That is the simple deduction to make from the Op |
Mr Aboki: No Pictures!!!There is another thread with more pics. scary!! dont go searching. |
Mr Aboki: Okay!what does that mean? |
Mr Aboki: Asalam Aleikum Deols..alaikal Islam I was talking of posts above yours. |
There is nothing Islamic about this. It is either that *an artist got busy overnight *or that jinns are at work *or that some people are hallucinating The real miracles of Islam are in the Quran. |
Mr Aboki: Wow!! So can we call it the 'Muslim Holy Spirit' or a Muslim 'Holy Ghost'??!and of course, you did not see the part where Muslims condemned it to be non Islamic? It is not a Muslim holy ghost. It is the devil at work. |
astaghfirullah. This is totally wrong. But why do people believe this rubbish? |
adisarasaq: It is true, i was there this morning and i saw it myself but you have to believe before you can see itYou have to believe to see? It is in your head bro. This reminds me of the story of the garment that only the wise could see. The king wore it but was actually naked. He could not admit that he was unwise. Nothing more than a psychological play. |
I also need to sleeeep. Friday is my only free day which means it is d day for washing, cooking, etc. I finished all that. Now I need to sleep for a while and then study after waking up. #keepthefungoingplease ![]() |

#83. Allah forgives all sins. except shirk(associating partners with him/worshipping other gods or dieties) |
#12. You dont have to breast feed your children for two years. You are advised to. ![]() |
I don't even understand what the demands are. Cant yet figure out how difficult it is for the government to meet these demands. It is still odd that the most important things to the populace are the most neglected. The profession is being dragged through mud and the government is just plain irresponsible. o ga O. |
she complains of pain and someone tells her to use antibiotics? seriously? Please see your doctor. And people should stop using antibiotics anyhow. Antibiotics, if not a doctor's recommendation should never be used. it is tantamount to drug abuse. |
