I blv the govt in all levels within a state should be proactive and sensitive. The issue of badoo or whatever wouldn't hv gotten any closer to this if prompt action was taken at the initial stage. Nevertheless, it's better late than never for the state, local govt and traditional rulers to stand up to their duties of providing a peaceful n condusive enveronment for the populace.

I don't want to sound like a pessimist or prophet of doom. But i won't be surprised if you hear stories that these equipment have missing components and as such can't be fully operational or the installation can't be completed. Hv seen alot of such cases in govt HPs where loudable feats as these were claimed to be achieved. Kudos for the attempt and hope they make the right use this time,though.
