I don't think that Kwara is Yoruba land. There may be Yorubas in Kwara just as we have Igbos in Delta and Rivers but that doesn't mean those states are Igbo state. Maybe a boundary adjustment will resolve these kind of issues.

I still wonder what you all mean by grooming parties. Political parties in Nigeria cost money. If you don't have money you can have a party and nothing will come of it. Lagos IGR was about 1bn before Tinubu took office and it rose to 7bn by 2007 when he left office.
