Pious101: will u employ someone as old as tinibu, who lacks the physical capacity to head Ur organisation? Sometimes when I see people like u talking I wonder if u guys think energetic Tinibu of several years ago is d same with the same Tinibu who is looking frail today. Let's be serious and realistic for once. Even Buhari confirm his strength do fail him. We want people in authority who would represent this country and people would be proud to be Nigerians and not the ones that would make Nigerians to be ashame to be identified as Nigerians. We have seen d series of public utterances mistakes he has been making here and there. Let's think for once and stop supporting people who we know have little to offer because we are affiliated to them base on tribe. Governance is not down to how energetic you are. I have people with disabilities working in our organization and they're doing just fine. Where I come from, age is an advantage and rightly so, don't see how failing health impacts your brain. Your work as President does not require you to be physically fit. If you can go through campaign without dropping dead, you're good to go as the President. I'm sure you know Tinubu has an eye for performers? I'm sure you know he can stay awake longer than you do? I'm sure you know he's still capable of making rational decisions? What else do you think they do in Aso Rock? Let me tell you a secret? Governance is common sense, if vested interests won't get in the way of the right thing. As long as he's able to make the right decisions and manage the country the same he would his own companies, we're good. I wasn't expecting anything good thing from Buhari, and I wasn't disappointed. But you see Tinubu? If nothing, he'll take us back to the point we were in 2015 when Buhari took over. |

Ofunaofu: Tinubu got nothing to offer
Know this so that you don't get disappointed ...according to which scripture? We've been here before and we're sure he's the most capable and experienced of them all. If you think God will allow another calamity in the person of Obi to succeed Buhari, you must think God is deliberately trying to destroy us. In fours years, if truly the progress of the nation is what you long for, and not just to have someone from your ethnic group become the President, you'll join us canvass for Tinubu for second term. This much I'm certain of. God bless Nigeria. |

SmartyPants: They are all working together abeg.
Why did the NLC not do its protest before the governorship elections? Because they have no genuine interest in protesting - if you ask me, this was planned so as to avoid the impression that the CBN withheld the naira notes and only released them after the governorship elections.
It seems as though they want it to appear as though the trigger was the supposed NLC protest. The "Smart" in your moniker seems not to be for nothing. NLC and CBN, together with the Buhari FG, can only fool themselves. |

Bundaweber: You and the guy are very wrong. On my grandmum street where I registered, there are at least 78 registered voters. It was only 4 of us that voted. So how can you use that to determine our population? I'm not saying every polling unit have double registration or ineligible voters, but that's the case in most cases. In most remote communities, they import people to register so they use the numbers of registered voters as bargaining chips. |

Biodun556: Get the number of registered voters in your state and let's know the actual number of those that voted
It cuts across Nigeria.
Companies and religious institution compelled their people to get PVC in Lagos many don't actually believe in Nigeria electoral process causing wide spread political apathy during election The guy is right. We are no where near 200 million in population in Nigeria. The census figures are bogus and doesn't represent the reality. See, I've monitored elections in many states in Nigeria and I can boldly tell you registered voters should be at most, 50% of what we have now. In many places in the North for instance, a larger percentage of registered voters are minors. You don't need to be told. The photos would reveal that. Same thing goes for the census. Can you explain why are whole of Jigawa was carved out of Kano and Kano it's still the most populous state in Nigeria, while Jigawa itself has more population than Kwara state? |
Politics › Re: Votes Cast In All Parts Of Nigeria Are Equal, Abuja Taken As 37th State - Falana by DeOTR: 10:20am On Mar 27, 2023 |
Fighter2029: If Abj is interpreted as 37th state, where is her Governor, you can only end up ridiculing yourself when you try hard to defend the defenseless, even with all the aggressive rigging, Tinubu still couldn't meet the required constitutional right to be declared a president elect. The Minister acts as the Governor, the National assembly the law makers, the Area councils, local governments. These things have already been explained in several other judgements, but if the oppositions decide to waste their time in court, they're welcome. Section 299 already asked the FCT to be treated as if it's a state of the federation on constitutional matters. Not mentioning the FCT in section 134 would have made it impossible for residents of the FCT to vote, since it's not so called a state, but a later section clears that doubt. As much as I agree that the wordings of that section is ambiguous (I feel further explanations should have sufficed), it's not meant to be misunderstood. |

babytoun: Because by this singular vote an Abuja resident is not just choosing his president but also deciding who becomes his "Governor". For other states ,the average voter has a seperate opportunity to pick his Governor . So let me flip it , is the Abuja resident so inferior that he is not allowed to pick his Governor like other states ? How's the President the Governor of FCT when we have a Minister? Are you high? |

Ultimately, Atiku is Obi's nemesis and vice versa. Obi can not see Tinubu's taillights in a national election, if it had been just the two of them. The outcome wouldn't have differ from the last election, because you see those people that voted for Atiku? Almost all of them would have voted for Tinubu. To be clear, Tinubu would have won Lagos and Osun. Obi wouldn't have done better. Same with votes from the North. |

Dey there be looking for the meaning of BVAS and iRev. What has he achieved? If by achievements, you mean the amount of money you have, then that goes to explain why most of your people push drugs. Sorry to burst your bubbles, in the world of intellectuals, Obi cannot lace my shoes. I may not be a billionaire, but I can buy a house, car, travel anywhere I want. I'm not poor and I can never be, so no day will when I'll need 1kobo from Obi. All his billions is for his pockets. He's not and can not feed me. Politics › Re: CHAT GPT: Is FCT A State According To The Constitution Of Nigeria? by DeOTR: 1:54pm On Mar 23, 2023 |
Akwamkpuruamu: Simple analogy, to gain admission you need five credits and English and maths. Can u gain admission without English,, even if you pass other subjects with A1? 5 subjects and English would makes sense in this instance because English is a proper subject. However, 36 states and FCT doesn't mean the same thing as your subject instance because FCT is not a proper state of the federation. If you're asked to represent that statement in Maths and you write something like (2/3 x 36) + 1 instead of 2/3 x (36 + 1), you'll score zero. |
