After the money spent securing the visa, flying over there, and paying numerous fees, one now has to come back because their school switched to online learning.
Where are those animals that hail Trump? Will they be deported too? You better pray that Biden wins. And worst of all, after they've deported you to come back to naija and attend your online classes, which Airtel or MTN data plan will you use to stream high quality zoom or Skype class lecture that will not be buffering, pausing and cracking cos you'll miss several details. And even where will you get some of the advanced course materials again. After everything some people will almost reach final year only to come back to covenant university and start from scratch. So sad. |

ollins: Let me cut the story short. Had a fling with this girl, along the line she got pregnant. You know all that talk of "if you could sleep with her, then you must marry her" "if you got her pregnant then you must marry her", Iooking back now, I wished I hadn't listened to all those voices.
I knew in my heart that I didn't love her, even she knew but the pressure from the family was too much, I had to marry her. On my marriage day I was practically crying within me.
Her character is just opposite of all I wanted in a woman, she's barely educated, loud and loquacious.
That's my cross I am carrying today, stuck in a loveless marriage.
The warmth and Romance is absent from our home, we have not had intimacy since beginning of the year till now, we just have no interest anymore in each other. We are just living together for the sake of our child.
My question now is how does one cope? Is this how I am going to live the rest of my life? get a divorce. Don't ever force yourself or listen to others against your happiness. Your happiness comes before any other thing. Your kid won't be the first to live with divorced parents, won't be the last either. Going your separate ways doesn't mean you won't be able to take care of your kid. |

obembet: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits it hurts to see Liverpool lift the title after 30 years but believes it will be difficult for Manchester United's arch rivals to dominate as Sir Alex Ferguson's side did.
Solskjaer offered his congratulations to Jurgen Klopp and his players after Manchester City's defeat at Chelsea on Thursday night confirmed Liverpool as champions.
He said: 'First of all, any team that wins the championship and a Premier League deserve it and deserve credit. It's a hard league to win, so well done to Jurgen and his players.
Every time you see anyone else lift the trophy it hurts. I reckon that's the feeling everyone associated with Man United, players supporters, we want to get back to winning ways and that's our challenge.'
United went 26 years without a league title before winning it 13 times 20 years under Ferguson, and Solskajer doesn't expect Liverpool to dominate in the same way.
'The run of titles we won under Sir Alex isn't going be easy for anyone to emulate,' he added. 'Sir Alex was a master of staying at the top.
'Our challenge is to make sure we don't go 26 years until the next time we win it or more, we're going to do everything we can to shorten the distance or go past them.
'I don't think it's time to say how far we're behind. We are in a position now we have to improve. One, we have to get in the Champions League, higher up in the league, start challenging, that consistency and efficiency is a challenge.
'At our best we are very good, we have to do that whatever day it is – Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday – do it again and again, that's the challenge for our players going forward.'

The trick is to give a green light so subtly it's almost inception. You Give the hint in such a way you implant it in his head and make him think he is in the driver's seat. Instead of approaching him or even talking to him first, you put yourself in his path. If you know his routine and he stays in your hood you are always where he passes. But never alone. And never looking at him. He will soon notice you and if he likes you make the moves. And to remove any idea in his head that you are chasing him you play hard to get. He won't know what hit him. Lmao. This is absolute evil. That's how you'll miss a good guy cos he's shy and driver's seat de scare am. |

Emyres: We are the king of England.
It came after waiting for 30 years. Became a supporter of Liverpool in 2005. We were called Looserpool or Looserfool. My classmates in Secondary School didn't allow me to have peace of mind. We could only play Thursday night football. Viewing center owners didn't care about Liverpool games. If they put Liverpool game, people will start leaving. They ratter put another game or turn off their screen. We suffered humiliation. I will never forget Diego Forlan and Falcao in Atletico Madrid. Even when we wanted to win Europa, they still stopped us.
But today, we are EPL champions. Under the space of 3 years, we have become UCL finalists, UCL champions, UEFA Super Cup Champions, FIFA Club World Cup Champions, and today, Premier League Champions.
Never give up. They will surely write your success story. The same people that said negative things about you will surely celebrate you.
My blood is red and I wear my Liverpool top with pride.
This is Anfield.
Proudly followed by @LFC Me too. 2005. I've seen so much heartbreak in that time. Hard to imagine the people that were with the club since the early 90s and even earlier |

ezenwajosh: *MODIFIED*
Not really to impress but I was looking for my friend CHIAMAKA... I met her in my primary 2, I went to get chalk from our headmaster's office cause am the class prefect.... Then I saw her registering by her mum.... I stayed long cause I wouldn't disturb the headmaster so I was busy looking at them.... And she's too beautiful and I wished so much she would come to my class. I finally got the chalk and went back to class few minutes later as the teaching was going on she came in with our headmaster and her mum and our teacher introduced her as our new class member because she was teaching she asked her to just sit anywhere she like then later she will be given a position.... You know what, she just walked straight to my sit and on that day we had a Macmillan page to read and I made some mistakes and was flogged and she consoled me.... CHIAMAKA was my best friend....from that day..... Sometimes I will even stay the lesson period without food and she will share hers and even force me to eat.... Cox am shy type she will threaten that if I don't eat... She would go in front of the class and shout am her husband... Trust me I will finish the food immediately...
One Thursday after school we bet on who will be first to get to my yard cox am living close to school just like 2minutes treck... After that I waved her goodbye.... And she went home.... And happy to see my best friend tomorrow morning, I wake up happy prepared to school...and CHIAMAKA wasn't there in class... I waited until break period she's not here then we went on weekend.... I wasn't myself.... On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I never saw CHIAMAKA again till today....... After my primary school when I was about entering secondary school I wrote letters dropped it different places on the road thinking that maybe somehow... Someone that knows her might pick it up....UP TILL TODAY AM STILL LOOKING FOR HER AND THE WORST is CHIAMAKA was her only name I could remember, I even went to Facebook many years ago and searched the pictures of all names with CHIAMAKA I couldn't find her... now I ve grown and am sure as a woman she must have gotten married but I made a promise to myself that I WILL CALL MY FIRST DAUGHTER CHIAMAKA when am married. and am still looking for my CHIAMAKA and if she's not married yet which ever shape or condition she is.... I will marry her

Evaberry: This is the problem right here
Men have been conditioned and shamed into thinking any affection towards their fellow bruv is wrong and gay. Actually it's nothing and it's a great way to show your affections
free yourself from societal norms Abeg abeg abeg. There's other ways to show brotherhood(I won't even call it love cos that's gay too) to your nigga. The most widely accepted and least controversial one is a handshake which can be customised as wished and spiced up with a shoulder bump. Abeg if you do pass that one it's gay. You girls can kiss each other and whatever, we don't care, just don't expect us bros to start doing it cos you're doing it. If you as a guy are going to hug your guy, a light tap on the back with one hand is enough, but the other hand has to be shaking the other guy's hand. If the hug is to last more than 2 seconds, it is to be followed by violently beating the other guys back followed by loudly screaming "mah nigga" in order to make it clear that nothing homosexual is going on, and most importantly, keep the junks as far apart as possible. |

mmars: Don't you guys think we need to start doing something about resuming everything has died down and the virus doesn't even seem like a treat again. Market has open, curfew is no more holding anywhere, church self have open Even politics is going on right now in ondo state so why do we have to wait for long before education comes back. Children's can't keep going to expensive private lessons The schools have to resume if the government wouldn't hear word we are the one that will spell it into there ears It was not even this hard during Ebola period You're just capping. Virus is not a threat? In this naija we're not doing up to 5000 tests daily yet we're recording 250+ cases daily. Churches are opening with sense and rules. How do you expect schools to carry out social distancing and control the kids to ensure they don't come in unnecessary contact with each other and then take the virus home to their more vulnerable students (I know you'll want to suggest do this or that, but be realistic o cos this is Nigeria and we know those ideas won't be implemented the way you're thinking of them) In our public primary school with 150+ students in one small class. Even private schools with 15 to 20 students in a class still can't boast of enough space to give the students and pupils a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from each other. Don't even talk about universities where 30% of the class has to stand and some just hang around outside the classroom and peep through the windows cos there's not enough seats and space to accommodate everyone offering the course inside the classroom. We students and aspiring students are all tired of staying at home like this but we also have to be smart about how we go about going back to school. Even countries where things work are struggling to contain the virus and are not opening their schools. Those that tried recorded further increase in infection rate and shut them down again. Let's be wise about it and not just jump in cos were tired of home. A lot of us are not even tired cos they're away from school, but rather because they don't want to be controlled by their parents anymore, no more smoking weed, no more partying and sex and drugs. |

Demebele's injuries have cost him so much and even when he's back he doesn't remain fit long enough to get back in form. As for griezzmann I'll not judge him yet till next season. All in all, Barca's problem is that they depend wayyyy too much on Messi. In as much as Messi is very dependable, having options to work around him when he's not performing or when he's marked way too tight would be good for Barca. |
