Ahmed Musa claims to be from Plateau state (Jos) because that was where he was born and bred, not Kano. His father is originally from Maiduguri, his mother is the one from Afuze, Edo state.

Well once in a while... This kind of article is important to enlighten the public, why because... Most nigerians even the educated ones are still very foolish when it comes to the health sector. When we fall sick the only thing we think of after hospital is the doctor, forgotten that alot of feilds has come together to make the HOSPITAL. Also because of this praises render to the doctors, most nurses simply get pissed and behave anyhow in return to the patients and relatives with the mindset that.... Afterall dia effort is not appreciated so why giving dia best. In conclusion if u wanna hear the truth... 10% of the mortality rate in the hospital are caused by the society not appreciating nurses effort in our hospital, so they do alot of degligence of duty which is very costly to human life. Afterall no surveillance camera is watching.

Please i am talking from experience, let's learn to appreciate from the gateman at the hospital gate to the cleaners on the hospital wards.

Valid points, it's the doctors bossy and non appreciative attitude towards or other health workers' efforts that pisses them off especially Nig doctors. Nig doctors behave like they alone do all the work and they look down on others as inferiors.
Even right the university most med students see themselves as the "all there's". They have no idea what team play and team leadership is.
Thats the crux of the Nig dilemma.

Not all doctors can perform heart surgery, only advanced trained doctors who are usually specialists and consultants in cardiology do.

The other category were given import licences to import oil and sell, many of didnt import but collected billions on subsidy. Others imported less than they quoted to govt and many diverted their import to neighbouring countries only to collect subsidy in billions for oil wey we no see.
The bulk of the first group eg madam Alakija were in Obasanjo regime.
The second group were mostly in GEJ regime.
They contributed little or nothing but made billions for themselves. These people drained our economy and have enough money destabilize any govt by frustrating efforts to stop them.
