There is no doubt Bola Ahmed Tinubu employed more youths. Technically not many governors can compete with Tinubu in this area because it is not easy to accept to encourage this kind of youth empowerment in a state you govern. You have to be of a certain kind of mindset.

Automation is not exactly the same thing as a robot. It drives productivity, efficiency and protects brand image. Automation is a set of predetermined sequence by man or robots. Robots are designed to replace man's efforts in a particular task.

That you have a template doesn't mean you won't customize it. How else can you tell scammers apart if a brand doesn't have a set rule of procedures, engagements and presentation for common place scenarios? Some times when customers throws insult to marketers and customer service agents, they think they were talking to robots and not humans.. they act like they don't have feelings..

It doesn't in anyway justify the lack of professionalism. If the service delivery agent had a set of replies/templates to use for all likely scenarios:

1. There will be no room for exchanging words with customers or enabling a troublesome customer.
2. The grammatical errors from poor grasp of English will be reasonably eliminated.
3. The brand of the company will be protected.

But for the poor database Nigeria has, such troublesome customers can be blacklisted if their insulting trend is recorded and consistent.

From an employer's point of view, I will think my employee is wasting productive time on an ultimately unproductive task.

SUMMARY: President Muhammadu Buhari has proved to be a man who is methodical and having the ability to achieve results. He doesn’t come across as a man who makes unnecessary noise about what he does or intends to do. As a true breed General of the NA, action should speak louder than words and that is what he is doing.

It is equally of importance to note that GEJ and his administration deliberately delayed handing over of their stewardship to frustrate smooth take-off envisaged by PMB; hence the handing over of their note on May 28th instead of the earlier proposed May 14th. That act surely denied PMB and his team a whole two weeks that should have been used in studying their notes. Notwithstanding, I am still confident that PMB will put doubters and haters to shame and make Nigeria proud once again.
