A woman, Debbie OA, has been on the spotlight for the better part of over 24 hours and counting. This fame and recognition came after she reacted to a post made by another social media user, supposedly having pity on a lady who had to wake up at 5 AM to cook lunch which her husband takes to work. In response, Debbie said "I've always been too lazy to wake up and get his lunch ready. But the day he told me a colleague brought two spoons so he'll eat with her, was the day I set my alarm for 4:50am." as a way of enlightening fellow women that it is a call to duty. While this attracted praise from a lot of people, and smart remarks from others who sees it as if she is defending her territory, a number of feminists came hard on her for seemingly being a slave to the husband, insisting that he should be able to make his own meals himself. This resulted in a furore on social media with Debbie smartly and consistently defending her view point, insisting that she will keep doing that, even if she gets a job (she currently isn't working), much to the admiration of most people on social media. A social media user who went through her profile shared one post she made on social media, saying her Christmas wish was to own a fridge, and her newfound admirers, took it upon themselves to fund that dream. Her account was requested for and when she provided it, social media users took it upon themselves to send in different sums. Within 12 hours, she came online to share her account balance in shock, which according to her, is more than she had ever gotten. A Nigerian man narrates how [his follower and his follower's friend] ended up in Togo prison after they travelled to Togo because of the cheaper flight to Canada in a series of posts shared by Postsubman.

I can vouch for the footprints he leaves in Surulere. His presence is almost everywhere it looks like he was in the House of Rep forever. |
seunmsg:While you win in everything. The Buhari you reasonable lots backed, you rode on his colossal failure to install Tinubu, who is now reversing every single policy you lots still created long long notes to defend just few years back. But it is the OBIdients that are losing in everything while your common sense is being taken for a roller coaster. However you try to slalom your way through the mud, you cannot associate OBIdients with installing either of these dead weight failures. That's a given. 😎 Meanwhile, anything for boys?

He should bag the biggest journalist award in Nigeria when the time is due. We need to idolize their craft. |
Tell us about our refineries please. We already know we extract crude oil! |
fidelmarshal199:Dey play. I bet my balls you MUST see 3 or more of his other monikers: Solape1, kemzy107, Funmilayo8, Laryy360 or Yheri. Just checked. Only Funmilayo did not turn up for PR today. |
tishbite42:Yorubas are not shameless people, please. I know Rather, be concerned with the circle you keep that forged your opinion. You do not throw away the child with the dirty bath water. Some humans are shameless people.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbT6dx8JIFc?si=FSMc_TsZMAttYUxV On this interview, Rufai asks Chief Olusegun Osoba if Jonathan was also a hero when he removed subsidy, since he had called Tinubu a hero for doing the same thing. He also added that his party then had protested against Goodluck Jonathan for the same decision. Rufai then gave the platform to the Chief to respond. However, seemingly unprepared for this, the guest stuttered with incomplete sentences and a statement about the corruption already on ground and somehow ended with how he respects Goodluck Jonathan. What is of note is he said "A lot of events happened after Jonathan.." and went on to list corrupt activities. So two things, 1. He's a hero then, since the 'lots of things' came after his tenure. Isn't it just easy to acknowledge it? 2. His party oversaw that 'lot of things'. APC. His party. Nowhere did you speak against this. Politics.

As it should be. It is common sense that when one leaves a political office, you do not hang around that office. Allow the newcomer to cut their teeth and leave their own impact. An ex-officio member in this case is like a parabola. Even your positive contributions will yield problems. |
Eskoba:What if you now swear for me? 🤔 |
Shut out all that noise and focus on becoming a beacon. The devil does not always come through the front door. Even your family can be a ploy to blindfold you from your destination. |
🤐🤐 |
If I am to speak, I think the first thing is to conduct a referendum. This Biafra issue has been around for too long. Let all stakeholders weigh their options and decide if they want to remain in Nigeria. When that is done, the next step automatically materializes. |
