In fact, I was just about opening a thread to ask this same question when I saw this topic. I am glad I have not subscribed yet after seeing the op's post. The title of the text message says "Data Deal", not sure if this is from mtn. The issue is that if this is not coming from mtn, they(mtn) should at least know about it and should warn their customers. Or does mtn know and just pretending they don't? |

Interesting times indeed.
At least it was drummed into the ears of Nigerians that these people are one and thesame, but nobody cared to listen.
The only thing that unites or separates politicians is personal interest, nothing more nothing less.

Romance › Re: Guy Reveals His Shock Discovering He Had Twins Ex-gf Said She Had Aborted by Dewze(m): 8:55am On Jun 08, 2015 |
FlirtyKaren: Story as shared on TheHumansofLagos by our guy pictured below:
I have two daughters (twins) I didn't know existed till recently. I wouldn't have known if someone had not told me they saw a picture of my 'ex' with 2 girls who looked exactly like me.
I got a girl pregnant 14 years ago when I went to Abuja to spend the holiday with my Sister. We were both teenagers and inexperienced, we spent so much time together and one day one thing led to the other and we had sex. It was both our first time and we didn't know what we were doing.
When her parents found out, her senator father threatened to kill me if they ever see me, they said they would rather abort the pregnancy than let their daughter have a baby for someone from a poor home with no background. Some days later she came and told me her mum took her to a hospital and the pregnancy was terminated, I cried so much that day. She also told me her dad was seriously looking for me to arrest me and they asked her to say I raped her but she refused.
Apparently, they lied to me about the abortion, there was no abortion. She was sent abroad and she had the babies there. They are still abroad and I don't know if they even know about me.
http://www.lailasblog.com/2015/06/guy-reveals-his-shock-discovering-he.html What where you crying for, the missed opportunity to father the child of a rich man? Well, the children were born abroad, if in America it means they are American citizens now and so they belong to the mother more than they belong to the father. Get the ladys contact and talk with her, she should be matured enough now to make her own decisions, hopefully.

Business › Re: Dealdey.com Nigeria Biggest Fraud E-commerce Website (read My Story) by Dewze(m): 6:34am On Jun 08, 2015 |
maxxy: In the last couple of weeks, there have been multiple threads castigating various online platforms; from Jumia to Konga and now Dealdey, even though many do not understand how they operate.
There are better ways of dealing with issues than coming online to deride companies that are trying to make the best happen despite the infrastructural challenges in Nigeria. It is better to exhaust all avenues of dispute resolution before labelling reputable companies scammers and other names. For all we know, the actual seller of the item may be out of stock on it. When they succeed in solving your issues, you will be unable to repair the damage you have caused.
Let's us also remember that they employ tens of thousands of people directly and indirectly. Good communication avoids problems like this. You'll be surprised how understanding most customers are when you simply tell them what the problem is in due time. Calling their customer (instead of waiting to be called) to say we are out of stock on this goods but we can offer you a smaller but cheaper one with the balance refunded almost along with it will simply do the magic. Most Nigerian managers simply do not know how to manage and they do not care.

The day the modern woman will start understanding men for what they are is the day they will stop worrying about cheating husbands/boyfriends.
The problem with you op is that you are idle, get something doing as soon as possible (trade if you must) and you will start worrying less about your husband. He sees to much you and so is probably bored with you already. Most men are naturally adventurous and no amount of loving and good wifeing will change that in them. Understand your man and deal with him as such. Ignore such articles and advice that says "10 ways to know a good husband", they destroy relationships more than they keep them. |

The people are not asking for the official definition of public, what the people asking is that you publish the assets in the media for them to see. Democracy they say is a government of the people, the people are saying you show them declaration and not definition simple.
Though it is needed that Nigerians be patient and follow the guide lines. |

truefact: .why are yorubas afraid of being their own? Yorubas claim to be progressive and sophisticated, they claim to love each other, yet they coward enough not want to be on their own and have the most wonderful country in Africa.. Yorubas if you are all the goodies you claim to be, I bet you will be the one fighting for secession
Yoruba learn to stand on your own after all you could have been the first Africans to have independence. ..you claim to be first in every thing. ...at least you can be the first to secede and have a progressive country Your own people will not progress by asking stupid questions like this. Stop worrying about the Yorubas and start putting pressure on your own leaders to formulate policies in their various states that will benefit you. Trust me bro this is the only way, I repeat the only way you can achieve the true freedom you seek. N.B my response is on the assumption that you are not a pretender trying to further the riff btwn the Igbos and Yorubas for your own selfish gain. You may as well be Northerner or even a Yoruba. |
Politics › Re: President-Elect, Buhari, Considers Only 19 Ministries by Dewze(m): 8:09am On May 27, 2015 |
AbuuUsaamah: This is one of the best ways of tackling corruption. Less ministries means less ministers to swallow our moeny, and more ease in holding ministers accountable in their respective ministries.
This is what I call seriousness and being ready to do your job. Not like the dumb-asssed fellow who took in 31 ministers all to no benefit.
Did you read in the article that it was Yaruada that reverted back to 31 ministries even after OBJ had brought it down to 19? You want to call Yaradua a dumb-asss too? Pls let us move forward, calling him names now will change nothing. You've made an intelligent comment and then mess it up with unnecessary name calling. Progress means going forward, so you cannot call yourself a true progressive and still continue to hammer at the past. It makes no sense for an hunter to continue to shoot at a fallen prey. |
