striktlymi: From the CCTV footage I agree that the building's collapse seemed controlled but the big question is: WHO DID IT??Finally! Someone who sees the big picture,I'm not in ANY way a fan of TB joshua but the way that building went down looked too much like the controlled demolitions iv seen on discovery. What if? Just what if the aircraft was there to drown the noise from explosives. JMO |

Really goes to show hw unfathomable the future frm the next moment can turn out,it also goes a long way to tell us hw we shud/shudnt behave and act when we eventually get to the peak irrespective of our background. Posterity would be the judge. |

Africa. There are many different theories as to the origin of Africa’s name. After the Romans defeated Carthage (which is in modern-day Tunisia in Northern Africa) in the third Punic War, they called their new province “Africa.” The most popular theory as to the origin of the name is that it was named for a native tribe there—the Afri, with “Africa” then being the feminine form of “Africus”, literally meaning “land of the Afri”. An alternate theory, which has a hole in it due to when the name was first used, is that it comes from the Phoenician word “afar” which means “dust.” Put together with the Latin suffix –ica, sometimes used to denote “land”, the name could mean “a land of dust.” Given Africa’s hot, desert-like climate in the north, which is where the Romans claimed their province, the Phoenician root is considered by many to be a plausible alternative to the “Afri tribe” theory, for the origin of Africa’s name. Whatever the case, as Europeans continued exploring and discovered the breadth of the continent, the name that the Romans had originally used for their small province stuck, and the entire continent became known as Africa. Whether or not the above etymology is correct, there is one thing for sure that I know and its that the name Africa is used to refer to my home continent which is beautiful thereby making the name a beauty itself. A housewife, Uzoima Patrick has been charged along with her husband, Ezechima over the rape, by the husband of their 16 year old house keeper. The couple was arraigned today before the Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos. Ezechima, 42 and Uzoima, 37, who reside at 14 Iyajesha Street, Amikonle in Alagbado, a Lagos suburb, are facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, child defilement and rape. The prosecutor, ASP Godwin Anyanwu, told the court that the accused committed the offences between June 1 and June 4 at their residence. He alleged that the husband conspired with his wife to rape the teenage housekeeper. “Patrick conspired with his wife to defile the 16-year-old girl. Uzoima had overpowered the girl for the husband to rape her.’’ Uzoima threatened to stab the girl with a knife to force her to cooperate with her husband, the prosecutor said. He said the offences contravened Sections 137, 258 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011. Section 258 stipulates life imprisonment for rape. The couple has denied the charge. In her ruling, the Magistrate, Mrs Yewande Aje-Afunwa, granted the accused bail in the sum of N100, 000 each with two sureties each in like sum. Further hearing in the case was fixed for 22 September. https://www.nairaland.com/1915940/sick-lagos-housewife-holds-down |
LinGATE ikeji, she looks cool though and quite successful, dunno y ugly girls be beefing her. Last punch: Ever wondered why women no matter how successful are generally deemed incomplete without a guy in the picture? Now I know why feminists are always bitter.

Why dyu have to be referred to as a “chick“ in the first place and you get angry when som1 says you have chicken brain..(Just joking) I fink it boils down to naivety on the part of the “chicks“ and the fact that no one wants to be termed a loser by leaving the guy (Or the cockerel). Thus the battle line is drawn. |

perry2020: Omg knt just imagine mysef preggy,av got great phobia for pregnancy, wen I hear d gist abt labour it gets me so freaked out.dnt get me wrong I love kids, cute kids bt wen it comes to producing dem m so scared(d rate of indecent, failed, abused, traumatized kids in d society is so scary,d failure often comes from d parents dnt get me wrong ooo,der re gud kids out der bt quite few)my parents made a number of mistakes while raising me and I wouldn't wana make such,I work wif teens/youths ama youth ambassador,I run an ngo by d side for abused kids and d rate of father to kids molestation is so annoying. in church I have Lotta teens who look up to me,my younger ones kids always come to my crib during weekend and holz bt d fear of making a gud mum wif d ryt fada is d issue.i love it dis way and dnt tink I wnt myn now. Bcoz of my fear of kids I dnt ever joke with being pregnant n av always been very careful not to even. With the sort of skill you must have gathered (especially comm skills) from managing kids and teens I don't think you would have a problem. Most parenting mistakes with the most grevious results occur btw age 7-15 and the issue is that children find it hard to confide in any adult to assist them (especially those being abused) but once you can get them to trust you,its all downhill from there. |

sandijey: Apart from the ones that miss their ex's because of the sex. I don't understand the others who had good ex's and didn't keep them. If u can say a lot of good things about your ex and u didn't keep them( apart from death) then maybe u are the problem. Many of us have Lost our future partners due to unfaithfulness, immaturity and lack of contentment. You can never understand what an ex means to you till u marry the wrong woman or man. When u see something good, keep it cus u don't no the next one coming.Brain“ful“ comment with a touch of experience. D location in ur dp looks familiar though |

Marc9: The fact that u didn't list out the most monogamous animal in the world makes dis compilation invalid. Love birds are the number one most faithful animal in the world. They virtually do everything together as a pair. They love to play a lot affectionately!Exactly my point,no lovebirds on the list? Its more like not adding english in an article about the worlds most popular languages. |
softsparkyy: Exactly, nobody knows what you are going through, even when you tell them they still won't understand but thank God my dad was there for me in my own case.Fragile Soul- when love is gone, pain sets in tearing the walls of trust and hope.
