Anyway, have you asked him why he said he was not responsible for the pregnancy and for how long they had been seeing each other prior to your knowing about it?
Have you asked him what led to their intimacy; did she seduce him or she was so attractive he couldn't help getting involved with her?

What was his reaction at the reality of your discovery of his involvement with this lady? Did he show any remorse at the fact that he would be hurting you?

Four years is quit a long time to be in a relationship and over this period one should be able to tell, with some degree of certainty, which direction a ship is sailing! Can you tell this? Has there been any commitment?
Have you sat down to discuss the future? A man staying with you for four years is not a guarantee that he's yours!

Yes it's possible to fall in love through networks! The tentacles of love can spread far beyond the physical and as far as romantic love is the object of focus, it's conditional! And as a lady or girl, you probably have some standards your potential boyfriend would meet for you to open up your heart for him!
