Any idiot can spew rubbish stat. Ask that donkey where and how she got 80%, she will enter voicemail. If you people want hookup to reduce, ensure the economy grows. As long as the economy deteriorates, HOOKUP MUST CONTINUE WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!

BTW, the brostitutes in Nigeria don't deserve virgins. They must marry the ashawos they groomed.
There are prostitutes in every economy. Same way there's crime in developed countries. The conversation is the selection pool of wives. A colleague had a survey done of sexual activity in Nigerian universities. In the double blind study done, only one out of a thousand female respondents was not sexually active compared to almost 500 males not being.

Sex is easier for women to get. And it's not all men who are having the most sex, it's just the top 5% of men.

You can get angry, throw out insults, but this is the selection pool available. I'm not the originator of these ideas, I'm just passing the information along. Do with it what you must.

But really, I think you need to get your anger issues checked out. Don't worry things will turn out well for you. You'll end well. Your life matters. It matters so much, I had to take time out of my schedule to type a response to you.

Have a great afternoon

The OP and his cohorts are focused on woman toto but not the pen!s which enters it. One begins to wonder, do these women fvck themselves?

Honestly, you people are foolish, useless and stoopid. The day una ever get sense, the world would end.

Don't go and prepare for Monday trekking and Bet9ja. Keep doing CCTV for woman vagina.

Useless men!!!
A great weekend to you also.

Aren't the young men shekpe smokers? Yahoo yahoo boys? Chronic alcohol drinkers?

BTW, which data did they get that made them believe most spinsters are hookup babes or single moms?

When their mates in East Asian countries are working hard to run functioning societies, black monkeys in West Africa always look for opportunities to downgrade their women as if they are hotcakes to foreign young ladies. That was the mendacious tale these donkeys peddled until the UK opened borders and they realised how ugly and undesirable they were.

Useless people!
This is one very confusing post. Did you watch the video in which the girl in lightblue and red said 80% of the female students in her school were into hookups.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v-PXdeL2tc

The video isn't castigating women, but providing practical counsel on appropriate mate selection strategies.

Pls try to always watch a video before commenting on the contents. Cheers

Dimaya:
When Yemi, 27, a recent biochemistry graduate was laid off in February of the covid 19 crisis, he was still reading motivational books. What he didn't realize was that he was going to spend the next 6 to 12 months applying for a new job.

Everyday threafter, Yemi woke up at 6am, brushed his teeth, took his bath and ate a light breakfast of eggs and sliced bread. At 8am, he would dutifully log into job portals (indeed, my jobmag etc) and proceed to read at least 200 calls for applications. From 9am till 9pm, he would format his CV to each application's call and draft a quick cover letter. At the day's end, he would have sent out 40 job applications.

By August, Yemi had applied for over five thousand jobs and only got two invitations to interview. The first was a marketing job. The second was a supervisor position with a restaurant chain in Lagos. Over 4000 people showed up for the interview meant to hire just three supervisors. The role paid 60,000 naira per month with work hours being 6:30 mornings till 9:30 at night, Monday's till Saturday.

In this video: the craziest job stories you've never heard, Yemi and 14 other recent Nigerian graduates share their hilarious, thought-provoking experiences applying for jobs, dodging job scams, escaping kidnappers, receiving low-ball offers and managing the insults/frustrations from family members when you're jobless.

OP, Luckily for you, this video that addresses all your concerns was on Nairaland frontpage this monday. Japa. still worth it?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAiqIyuG0hM

Here, fourteen people discussed all the things you have to take into consideration to make your decision to relocate including the three highly controversial pathways to residency. I suggest you listen till the very end. It's a very practical conversation, highly educative and thankfully, they aren't selling you anything. Pay particular attention to what the geologist says he had to do when he relocated. You can thank me later.

All the best.

hazinibones:
Hello Nairalanders,

I have this decision bothering me. I know it is a personal problem, but I believe everyone need some guidance at every point in life.

Straight to it, I have been considering Japa for over two years now and I think the opportunity might be here but I am having a cold feet.

I recently started working for a foreign company as a software engineer and the pay is decent when converted to Naira. Enough to live an averagely comfortable life. But my challenge now is that, I have been talking to some friends that are outside the country and they keep telling me how life is not easy there and cost of living is super expensive out there.

I currently earn $3000, which I plan to either save and travel or startup a business here in Nigeria. Please, Nairalanders with experience, is it worth japa to live an almost average life for almost the rest of your life or investing here in Nigeria and growing wealth?

The healthcare and quality education benefit is there as an advantage for japa though.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

Consistency in application is key. Nothing beats consistency. Not even hard work
