Labour Party won my Polling Unit for Presidential though PDP won at other levels. On the IReV, only a picture of the the signature of the INEC agent at the bottom with a the number of accredited voters is uploaded. Not the voting result itself.
My lady's PU result hasn't been uploaded yet but Obi won there too.

Since Saturday, a temporary situation room website by the Labour Party could have been built to upload the collated results.

Even if you don't want to go through the hassle of coding everything, TypeForms has conditional upload features which can be customised to select state, LGA, Ward and PU to upload evidence, and everything can be viewed in the backend as CSV while embedded to the website. 48 hours and everything is ready.

That would be more coordinated and leaves less margin of error during collation.

You knew of this Akapbio's influence before the election, but you said BAT would not get 25% from Akwa Ibom, especially after he came to the state to cuss Udom...isn't it surprising you're now saying BAT was poised to get 25% in Akwa Ibom because of factors you previously discounted?

Akpabio was never contesting. After the presidential elections, he was ruled out to contest the Senate and he didn't campaign. I did mention on this thread in August and September that Akpabio wasn't campaigning. Please conform independently if Akapbio campaigned for anyone in Akwa Ibom even in November.

That magic they did at the supreme court about a month ago to give him and Lawan the tickets fraudulently was the game-changer.

Here's an example of an overview colour scheme I created for our team on Saturday after the elections.

It's for a PAAS we are building for creatives in Akwa Ibom (and Cross River). We'd add Rivers later.

Promiseland is the tagline of Akwa Ibom State.

I had to markout our logo obviously. The colour scheme must be followed for the UI, web development, promotional graphics and web content.

Since we have a colour scheme, to outcome would harmonise and save project production time. Makes for great and uniform branding too.

The colours are also the official colours of Akwa Ibom.

We can curse out each other and learn.

For all technical projects, the most skilled and versatile person assumes the role of the CTO or the product manager. CTO better. Instead of spending 48 hours himself to deliver a project if its large scale and/or urgent, he delegates to the skilled team by creating templates they must all build on while he tweaks it continually.[sub][/sub]

If we are to build Nairaland for example, I'd create web content template for the copywriter/creative writer by listing all sections and subsections and footnotes; create template for the UI designer by creating a colour scheme he must follow and design flow.

I'd also choose the tech stack for the web developer while I oversee all of them and handle the most difficult parts.

You have obviously never overseen a deadline project.
