In Nigeria we are quick to disparage other people's idea while not proffering alternate solution. All this guy does is tell us how in his opinion the ideas from others are lacking in merit. Let him tell us his party plans for us. |
This story is incomplete. How old were the boys before adoption? What were there living conditions living with their adopted family.e.g how many kids and adults were in the family they were adopted into? Where they loved, cared for and treated well by the family that they felt like part of the family? There are so many things that affects a child's life growing up, because even biological kids do beat up their parents and do some of the things you mentioned here. So what kind of training was given to these kids? Making a blanket statement like the OP is not correct but people should do their due diligence before adopting and ensure to treat the kids as their own too. |
Who takes these two seriously? In another year or two, they will be in the same party because that's what politicians do. |
So after checking the car, they didn't give her a cost estimate of what needed to be change for her to agree if she want to change it or take the car elsewhere? Which country is that? |
Chizzyjforce:If only they will listen. Some of them will convince themselves that they are smarter than this, therefore won't be caught or make such mistake and won't heed to your sound but simple advice. |
I stand with the lecturers in this saga. That being said, if the lecturers had the opportunity, they would've left already. This court judgement has nothing to do with that. But why are people that matters not questioning the govt. The journalists don't even take govt to task anymore. You signed at least 2 MOU, had series of agreement with the lecturers only to break your promise. Who will take such govt serious? |
For what, Mediocrity? The rate at which this retired army chief is in the news lately, just watch out. He will be contesting elections in no time with the same stolen money meant to buy weapons for the army. |
First this is unnecessary risk, especially to the person filming and any other person around. Why not do the fly test on an open field? Looks to me like the tail is heavier than the rest, hence it keeps tilting backward . |
wolebest:. I get your point, but I don't agree with that way. If there's a law that state you will forfeit your vehicle for driving one way then that's draconic. The highest penalty apart from a fine, should be losing your driving license for a long period of time. And again not everyone whose vehicles were auctioned drove one way. You don't use a sledge hammer to resolve an infraction that a scalpel would've been Ideal for. I listened to the head of the task force claiming some refused to come claim their vehicles. Which brings me to a previous point I made, if you sold the vehicles to cover the fines, do you give the balance of the money to the owners of the vehicles? |
Fully agreed. Auctioning people's property because of 25-50k fines. Jungle country.. |
Even our government looked at these cars are called them road worthy? No wonder we have vehicles on the road that have either 3 tyres instead of 4 or vehicles that are tilted to one side. From the pictures, these vehicles shouldn't be sold to the public. They constitute a big danger to the public . |
phorget:But that's not a statement to be made to a child. The head of school can disagree with the parent all she want. But it's not right to involve a child. If my child comes home from school and told me the head of school said this to him, I'll head to that school the next day to discuss with that head of school. This is just the Africa way of training which is so wrong. It's similar to someone asking Nigerians for advice, while 35% will advice, another 35% will insult the person seeking for advice while the remaining 30% will both advice, blame and insult the advice seeker. It's our way. A wrong way, but it's our way. |
OP, you do know family planning is a very broad term right? What exactly did she went for? Wearing condom, taking pregnancies prevention pills are all part of it. So enlighten us exactly what she went for? |
At this rate, these people will use politics to turn Nigeria to the same level of hatred that we are seeing in America politics. |
Sunofgod:Politics aside, this is not a nice thing to say of anyone. |
How intelligent are we as a people? Dumping waste where you know it will clog the drainage and cause problem for the people living around. I don't gerrit.... |
Where's the assault? The screaming? She was scared for her life hence the screaming ![]() But the officer comported himself professionally once the camera started rolling. If only all police officers can behave this way at all time. |
Is Peter Obi the only presidential candidate? Why is Atiku and PDP supporters not asked to organise their own match or rallies on said date? |
How much is the monthly stipend they are protesting for? |
Charity begins at home. This one learn this behaviour from home. Imagine say na naija public school this one go. Dem for reset her brain. ![]() But why the teacher no try stop her? I didn't mean beat her, but she can still stop the child from destroying stuffs. |
rusher14:abroad is broad so which abroad are you referring to. No police officer will enter your car in Europe or America. They will ask you to get out of the car. If you don't have a license, the car will be impounded there and then. So that police PR that have sense should explain why the officer entered the car. |
What a failed country. What's even the point lamenting and complaining. The more things change, the more it remains the same but in our case worst |
If that guy physical appearance looked more British, he would've won by a landslide. He had a better plan which he well articulated over and over again during his campaign. The result didn't come as a surprise, it has been known for over 2 months now. |
I don't blame the politicians. The youths are not helping themselves. Why take money at all. Why not vote for competence? Imagine, maybe if they were given 10k apiece they won't fight the politicians. The so called youth have been mortgaging their past and future for stipends since 1999. |
Trump is on hinge. Still baffles me how this guy became a president. But now we see the true colour of the 70 million plus Americans who before where hiding their racist nature but now with the help of trump are showing their true colour. The worst part, the republican leaders are scared of him so they encourage or shy away from his unbecoming behaviours. |
fman:He only made some very valid points. The post he reacted to was either poorly thought of or the writer is just plainly .... (Insert what tickle's your fancy). |
Which titans. Never heard of that company b4. I doubt any of the features on that Raimo watch is even accurate or reliable. |
Kastonkastroll:They should work for free? Why is the government not honouring Agreement they signed? |
Even oyinbo wey we like copy, dey use card board paper and other Props take test, this foolish pikin killed another person child say na test. Now him own life is over too. |
UselessBuharist:couldn't have said it better. The only way to curb this barbaric behaviour is to persecute people that thinks they are judge and jury. |
Best way to enter trance and see vision. Fastest way to hear the angels voices. ![]() |
What don't kill you will make you stronger does not apply here. If only they know there are basically millions of organism most not good for the human body living in that dirty water. Oh wait they are mostly uneducated so don't know this. ![]() |
