Stop calling God in vain. God cannot be mocked.

A serious country will do a critical analysis why the country is continuously going down instead of calling on God to bless corruption

The Supreme Court is also a court of policy and yes they can make judiciary pronouncements that becomes law. However,
the Supreme Fraud will always maintain the status quo of corruption because they're all corrupt!
TimeManager:
It is not the duty of SC to make laws or insert ino the law what's not there. The SC basically interpretes the provisions of the law whereby INEC has the discretion to conduct elections or upload results as she wishes. Until National Assembly makes electronic transmission mandatory.

Why are the governors thanking Tinubu after Supreme Court judgments? You know more than these governors?

If you're looking for legitimacy for Amoda,
the mandate thief, you won't find it.
TimeManager:
By virtue of the consistency of the Apex court in delivering judgements according to the rule of law, , all gubernatorial cases were dispatched off justiceably. So far, all Governors whose victories were challenged have been returned. Certainly, this attests to INEC's capacity to conduct free, fair and credible elections, the winners in the guber polls were affirmed as rightfully and lawfully declared by INEC. It speaks to the fact that the era of ballot snatching, multiple thumb printing, ballot stuffing, etc, is gone gone for good. this also indicates a remarkable improvement to the 2019 election. The 2023 elections was a validation on INEC's credibility with the hope that the electoral process keeps improving as our democracy matures.

Tinubu was not voted in, he came a distant 3rd! INEC shutdown IREV and results were changed and thats how he was declared. Once he was sworn in, he used presidential powers on the judiciary and thats why people are now advocating for litigations to be ended before swearing in

Haven't you wondered why Nigeria keeps going down with successive govts?
Olichoke:
These two things go hand in hand: politics and governance. Yarudua has always been my best president but politics brought him into government. Let those who know governance well go and study the dynamics of our politics to be in government. If not, this story will continue forever. Politics itself is a game. Only those who know the rule will be in government and not necessarily those who know governance. It is what it is. Online agreement and disagreement can't change it.

Its a dicey situation. If you prevent the boy from going, the boy may grow up angry for a missed opportunity.

You're also right that you might lose your son, not because the father deliberately takes him away but you know what they say about out of sight being out of mind?

BlackfyreRebell:
Please advice me
My ex husband and I are divorced 2 years ago. He recently acquired an European citizenship, he also wants to extend the citizenship to our son. Though I thought it a good idea but I can't shake the feeling that he is trying to use that to take him away from me.
He told me our son will need to come over there to finish the process of his citizenship. But when I went to submit the "application" what I saw on it is different from what he told me. The paper read that I am consenting to my son to go and reunite with his father. Or is that the way they process it?
Please those that have gone through same should please come to my aid, this is my only child and I can't afford to lose my child this way.
Family › Re: Am I Being Paranoid? Please Help Me by DMerciful(m): 12:33pm On Jan 20, 2024
Are you filling his head with things you resent about his father?

You probably hurt the father and you wanna hide it from him
BlackfyreRebell:
What of a motherly influence? he just under 10.
The fact that he is being deceitful is what I dont understand. What if he takes him there and cut all communication with me? what if he fills his head with things he resent about me and I lose my son's love and affection?
Politics › Re: Mutfwang Hails Tinubu For Resisting Pressure To Influence Court Verdict On Jos by DMerciful(m): 12:17pm On Jan 20, 2024
LP led APC with over 500k votes. The narrow margin were manipulation of figures. We saw where they were cleaning and rewriting the results and thats why IREV was shutdown
Themanleshey:
Lp won Lagos with how many votes ? Just 15,000 votes in a presidential election? Lol Take 15,000 out of 1.8 m votes that Apc used to lead Pdp and even more to lead Lp that came third you will see that their Lagos winning did not help .

This is where wisdom come to play . This is why Asiwaju is always ahead . Politics is not about emotions, it requires calculation and facing reality .

Someone spend billions on an election and can’t provide evidence in court is enough to tell you he lost . If he had won he will spend any amount to provide evidence . It is called wisdom .

You cannot wake a man pretending to be asleep!

You cannot prove anything before a compromised tribunal.

The tribunal threw away Obi's evidence saying they were not front loaded. How can you frontload evidence you need subpoena front the tribunal to compel INEC and other institutions to provide?

You're just regurgitating what you were fed from whatsapp group without knowing what really transpired in the petitions
Exousiang01:
Well you still know less than I do.
Was Obi able to prove that he WON?
Not emotions.
You should be able to prove that you had extra 2m+ voters to win Tinubu.
No proof.
Even when Obidients collated results on Twitter you guys still lost.
It means you could not even prove to yourself that you won.

There's nothing in my post that gives fuel to the fire you're burning. Seems you have something else in mind.

A Nigerian woman hails Nigerian men for taking care of women more than men of other countries and you're here saying she is wrong because I only corroborated her observation and this is based on data all over the internet unless you're pretending not to notice how other women hails Nigerian men.

Or you're pained because I said Nigerian women do not appreciate us as other women do?

If you wanna talk politically, both Nigerian men and women have failed. Betta Edu, Sadiyya Farouk, Diezani are women!

You dont know anything. Why do you think that these givernors are thanking Tinubu for not interfering? If Tinubu will interfere, won't it be first his own case?
Exousiang01:
Yes you are right
THEY WERE INFLUENCED BY TELLING OBI AND LP NOT TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THEY WON THE ELECTION.
slowminds everywhere.
You think people win court cases by shouting "I WON I WON I WON"
Una go shout tire but no evidence to show you won.
You think winning Lagos and Abuja equate winning the entire country?
How many votes Obi get for North.
Una no dey think..

Even when Obidients collated results on Twitter you guys still lost, even when na una decide to run am by unaself.....

Politics is a means to an end, not the end itself. The purpose of politics is to enable the chosing of leaders that would improve the wellbeing of citizens.

If the wellbeing of citizens continually go down, it means the politics is bad. You're praising a driver that knows how to do stunt but never gets to his destination
Olichoke:
I understand your point but we are mixing two things here. My focus was on politics and not governance. Politics actually gives you the opportunity to showcase your skills of governance.

You think politics is just for politics sake?

It is to make the standard of living of citizens better. Tinubu is practicing bad politics if the incompetent Bubu is better than him interms of the ability of Nigerians to meet their needs.

You cannot even compare this regime to GEJ administration, its incomparable. GEJ administration is a million times better!
Olichoke:
Let's observe Tinubu closely. It seems even the opposition loves him. I'm not his fan but how he is influencing other parties shows he is very powerful and he understands Nigerian politics than any politician alive in this nation today. From the day he settled PDP crisis in Rivers State, I concluded there is no opposition to his agenda.

descarado:
They are very good yet everyday, you are here debating on the rot your brothers caused the nation.
The most corrupt country in the world, yeah, thanks to Nigerian men.
Ego is a very fast killer.
The same ego you exhibited in your post is what the politicians you promote and condemn display that makes Nigeria rotten.
The day you all will realise that you plan for your future and not live in the moment like you all do, plan to protect your women, kids and elderly, Nigeria will never ever progress. Study and analyse history.
No country that berates their women and children progresses. Women are better managers than men. They see the future more than men.
You will continue to move in circle if Nigerian women are treated as 3rd class citizens.
Again, check history.
Egomaniacs.
Ego that has never taken them far. Ego that made men see women as their competitors. Ego that will do anything to pull down a successful lady.
If you are a single lady and successful, hide your success else no man will come for your hand in marriage cos you are a threat to the ego of men.

Everything in Nigeria revolves around Nigerian man.
Yet, they are rushing out of the country to countries that value their women and kids. That makes laws that protect them and really execute those laws.
2027 is around the corner, you will continue from where you stopped. Still the same Nigerian men will snatch and run with the ballot papers.

Anything to stroke your ego. Toke is now loved.
Let's go to her topics here and see how she faired among you all.
Rubbish and nonsense

Obi won Nasarawa, Abuja, Plateau. Got substantial votes in Borno, Kaduna, and many northern states but was rigged out when IREV was shutdown.

The legacy of Anambra as one of the best run states till today started from Obi. Obi will surely stop reckless stealing of public funds.

Amoda cannot do anything for Nigeria. He lacks the legitimacy, capacity and integrity to move Nigeria forward
