AHCB:hmm, that is not true. Muslims who are not terrorist feel pain when falsely accused. I once saw a woman accuse those begger Fulani woman of being boko haram. You could see the hurt in the Fulani woman's eyes. Saying we should not feel pain because we have sincere intention is like saying you should not feel hurt when being falsely accused of being a thief. Bro losing a business because of the crime of others is painful. So please disregard this your if you are honest it won't hurt theory. |

Chukazu:Brother, whether they are playing gallery or not, it is not the herdsmen business. The demand for meat should not be a yardstick for them committing atrocities. As for the way forward, I don't see a problem with that. If them moving out causes scarcity of meat, innovative people will come. And one of two things will happen. 1)Individuals within the state will build the ranches as businesses. That would be bad for the herdsmen because the indegines would finally realise the profit in meat rearing and not allow them back. 2) Demand for alternative meat like grasscutters and rabbits will boom. When beef is not available, people would look for alternative. And the rearing of these alternatives are quite easy. Notice the only claim they could muster was that the federal government owned the water not the land. OK then, let them keep their animals on the water and not come to the land. It is the state government, even the local government that owns the land. The Federal government cannot use any land without permission from the state government. The truth is that they are not as indispensable as they believe they are. Let them move with their meat and they would feel it more. In fact it would even affect them here. Muslims don't eat meat killed by other religion, they have to be a prayer said on the animal before it is killed. That is one of the reasons they are in charge of meat, so Muslims can eat meat anywhere they are in Nigeria. By the time non Muslims take over the trade, they won't consider whether a prayer is said over the meat before it is killed or not. Then Muslims won't have meat to eat. And finally, it is not the job of the government to be involved in business, only make policies that will allow businesses to thrive. This our mentality of government providing all solutions to our problems is detrimental. The best the government should do is lobby the top businessmen to invest in ranches in their state, not do it themselves. The policy of ranch owning is a thriving policy that would be good for business. it is left for the indegines of the state to take advantage of it, not the government. 1 Like |

Guestlander: I wanted to keep quiet, but after reading through the whole posts, I saw that the stupidity of all your post is like zworld, extraordinary everyday. You see from your post I see u don't understand the meaning of democracy. Democracy is not doing what you think is right for the people, but doing what they want. If what they want is not right for them, then it is the duty of the leader to present the needed change in an enticing manner to the people. Do you know how many people blasts Donald trump and openly insult him? There was even a picture of a woman riding a bicycle alongside him to tell him Bleep u. you don't see him attempting to shut the media down. Now back to GEJ, he was the definition of democracy. No matter how good his policies are, you don't implement them if you can't make the people want them. Now as for Buhari, he came in, guns blazing, not minding who is affected by his policies. made people suffer unnecessarily. The moment as a government your policies make more people suffer than benefit, you have failed. And for ur information, it is still d militants that are guarding the pipelines, and he is paying them. he tried to fight them but advice himself to stop after they blew up some terminals several times. And he is also paying subsidies on fuel. Don't worry, oil is now over $50 per barrel. When they are kicked out in 2019, we will see if they saved or squandered the treasury too. 3 Likes |

Queenlovely: I can't seem to find ur post on the Nigerian guy getting a bomb on a plane, so I have to reference this. First of all, except you are talking of another Nigerian guy I believe you are referring to the British Yoruba guy. And ma, I followed the news during its period and I can say your information is wrong. The guy did not get the bomb on the plane but past the general airport security. He was caught before he entered the plane with it. As for the Queen, 1982 was about 35 years ago, before the advent of security camera and gadget. If it was that easy to breach, successful breakins would have been recorded in the last 5 years. As for machine guns, we are talking about the president of the united states. Before he moves, all communication in the area he is going to will be monitored. All tall buildings in the distance the recorded best sniper can shoot from will be swept. No machine gun can even come near it. Don't also forget that at least 4 armed drones always follow the president. any unfriendly armed vehicle coming towards his motorcade will be blown off before it even gets close. As for surface to air missile. Hm. That is not possible. USA has missile bunkers everywhere. You launch from any country and a counter missile will intercept it before it touches ground, and they will blow ur country to pieces. As for terrorist, all the terrorists mean business, but as a man once said, the anger of an antelope cannot make it challenge the lion. No matter how much the terrorists mean business, they can never come up with a strategy that will directly assassinate the president, not when all calls from terrorists are monitored and any charter regarding the president is picked. And finally, they can't succeed, not because of the gadgets they have, but because they are always improving those gadgets before the enemy has time to find the loopholes. They are not Nigerians that would not make a move to improve something because it is not broke. Americans by themselves render themselves obsolete. Before an hacker would fully study the security program used to guide the president, the Pentagon has built a better one. 7 Likes |

AnanseK:Democracy is to give the people what they need, without making them lose what they have. Democracy is not allowing a nation to go hungry, all in the name of fighting corruption. Democracy is not blindly accusing people and media trying them, without concrete proof to convict them. Democracy is not confidently and specifically promising what you cannot deliver on. Democracy is not using a country to do trial and error while businesses are closing down and people are losing jobs. |

Bobnotrouble: Brother, the last administration was many things, incompetent, stupid and hypocritical was not one of them. Thank God Ebola did not come in buhari's time, many people would have died. Please do name one policy or project they were incompetent about. When they gave a target and could not achieve it, they came out to explain why, not blame the previous government. if you want to mention boko haram, do you know the sabotage done by the army against Jonathan? One soldier redeployed from Bornu told us how they would receive an order to abandon a location with very clear signs that boko haram was about to attack. As for stupidity, Jonathan's administration did not make stupid comments like lai Mohammed or this new stupid lady is doing. How can she come out and try to use the name of the venerable Dora Akinuyi to try to score point. I so like the way it backfired. Then I must have to remind you what hypocrisy is, using a different standard for leaders and population. There is no record of the past administration doing that. If you were a citizen with the money to go abroad for schooling or medical check up, Jonathan's administration would not stop you. But here comes buhari, stopped dollar for people studying abroad or wanted to go abroad for medicals, causing students to drop out and people with their own money to fly out to die. But have his own children going to school, and staying abroad for medicals for over 160 days in a year. And who told you looting has stopped? Guess you did not see the article of a commissioner sharing money. As I said, counter with fact, not innuendo or just insults |

Awoo88: Brother, sometimes for people to know the lie, they have to experience it first. When we were telling them that APC had nothing to offer they would not listen because they have had nothing to compare PDP with. But now that they do, it's easier to point out their lies. Bro, who would you believe more, a new employee that promises you he can do a good job, or a 2 months non challant employee that promises you he will do a good job as you are about to fire him. Nigerians believed them because they wanted to give them a benefit of doubt. Now the doubt has been confirmed, we are just pointing it out to affirm them. |
![]() |
greatiyk4u: Bro, I would say you should start with facts like I did. Not baseless innuendo. I am not like you, an untrained individual who does no research to state a fact. You bring your fact to counter mine. You don't need to do much, you have a phone. Just google. But then again, I won't expect that from homer Simpson. |
![]() |
AnanseK: The thing with Nigerians is that we are so used to force we take a normal Democratic process as an act of weakness. The truth still remains stealing is not corruption. You have a phone, Google the meaning of both. More importantly, the fight against corruption is not something done with a kill them all attitude like buhari is doing. You will end up killing the economy like he did. Fighting corruption has to do with tactics. Do you ever wonder why USA did not aggressively hunt those that caused the last financial crises? It is because they understood that any chance of recovery and mitigation cannot be achieved by that method, and pursuing aggressively will only increase the plight of the american people. |
![]() |
Bobnotrouble: Hmm, if that is the only excuse you have, it is an old one. The incompetency, stupidity and hypocrisy has been displayed for the whole word to see. Now Nigerians know they were hoodwinked, we are just waiting for 2019 to remove this error in history once again. |
![]() |
greatiyk4u:I must have to say that some people prove me wrong when I think homer Simpson is the most stupid character ever created. Brother, sending people abroad to study has nothing to do with the quality of the universities, but to the fact that those courses they went to learn are not taught in Nigeria and the fact that Nigeria values certificate from abroad than local certificate. Hope you are aware that the acclaimed chibok girls released were also sent abroad for schooling? Comparing a private university to public ones is so fool hardy. Even in USA, private owned university like Yale, Harvard and Oxford are always better than public owned universities, that is why they are always much more expensive. Brother, I also don't know where you got the report that money borrowed was used to pay salaries, that is a wrong one. And also be aware that the present government is also borrowing, and worst of all, selling bonds they cannot pay on like lollipop. Seriously, can't you do basic maths? Even with oil prices at $50 per barrel, there is no reason for a crash in economy, as officially this government has cut more than half of our dollar usage by stopping fuel subsidy and banning importation of a lot of items. Brother, having the largest economy has nothing to do with good amenities but with our size. the fact is this, mtn, shoprite, dstv and all other foreign company make more money from Nigeria than any other part of Africa. They also employ more staffs in it's workforce. And that is how an economy is rated. Not by the amount of amenities bit by the job creation and overall financial turn over of the companies in it. |

ihatesycophant:Hmm, the #50 naira stamp duty down not go to the bank but straight to Nipost, an arm of the federal government. you can download the CBN circular to confirm that. Even with the pipeline damage, Nigeria has not produced less than 1.5 million barrel per day in the last 18 months. On power, in my area its the same, no significant increase or decrease, but I places like sapele and ughelli they have not had light in over 4 months. As for the insurgency, when PDP was telling you that the boko haram fight was tactical Shay you said they where lazy and you could do it quicker than them. so now you are failing and you are bringing the same excuse of the previous administration. On the refinery, I leave near the warri refinery, it has been comatose for over 8 months, and reports from port Harcourt is the same. As for the transfer, am not EFCC, I don't work on hearsay, but I know for a fact. And brother, no subsidy was removed on any price of goods. If you are in Lagos, you can go to Cotonou with around 2k and ask the price of goods there. Price of goods went up because dollars went up and the importation was suddenly banned instead of a systematic approach. If there was food subsidy, APC with their media glory seeking would not have kept quiet about it, but would have sung that mantra like they have been singing the other ones. Don't make up excuses that cannot be backed by report, media or in case of APC, allegations. No one allegation about food subsidy has been made about the former government so that alone proves you are lying. You think manufacturing everything will be a good solution? think again. It is this importation that has kept some bilateral ties with a lot of countries. look at USA, trump wants to stop the agreement between USA, Mexico and Canada. But do you see him suddenly ending all importation from those two countries? No, because they understand that doing that would put the country in Chaos. Ur Buffon of a party did not understand that and just ban things without reasoning. |

ihatesycophant: So brother, what is different about the current government, some states are still owing salaries, the federal government is still borrowing, worst of all, they are selling bonds they cannot pay on as if it is candy. Please tell me how the country's image was dented by CNN, was it in calling Nigeria the fastest growing economy in Africa, was it in interviewing all the numerous youwin beneficiary on CNN Africa, please tell me what way. That other countries prayed for him or rallied for him does not show he is a wizard, you know that all African countries will forever choose Nigeria to lead them, the president does not have to be a smart one, he just has to come from Nigeria. So what else you got? |

KBrown: Bro mind you, we are not celebrating mismanagement we are celebrating growth. In Jonathan's time there was growth, abundance of growth. Unlike this regime that has stunted the growth of this nation. As for the rejection of BVN and the rest, Jonathan knew he could not win the fight in his first tenure if he wanted to win 2nd tenure hence him putting them on standby, ready to kick them off as he entered second tenure. Don't be decieved, it was because BVN and TSA where already planned down and waiting for execution that could make buhari execute it quickly. If not for that buhari would not have been able to think of it, talk less of plan it. And brother please, stop lying and saying no infrastructural development under PDP. The KANU/Lagos railway was done by GEJ, almost all the power centers where done by him. Lagos/Benin Road was done by him. Then the almajari schools he built (unless you are saying education is not important), The EPZ project, so many farm projects. In fact it is actually buhari that has not started any infrastructural development. As for revenue, now the federal government has claimed to have put a stop to fuel subsidy payment, they now collect #50 for bank charges, fuel is now #145, oil is now above $50 per barrel, with all the loophole they claim to have fixed they should be earning at least half of what the previous government was earning. But what do they have to show for this? what have they saved out of this? As for policies, please tell me the policies buhari has made that has not negatively impacted the masses, was it the forex ban, that made many people die for lack of forex to go abroad for treatment or make some students loose their admission? was it the sudden stop in food importation that made many Nigerians go hungry and starve, was it the erronous financial policies that made foreign investors withold investment that led to recession in this country? Which other good policies did he make that did not negatively impact Nigerians? Above all, if you believe APC would win in 2019, I like your faith. Keep it up, it will serve you very well in other areas of your life, just not in PDP loosing 2019 election. Hook for hook, or crook for crook, APC cannot win. The only thing I am happy about APC in power is that now they have exposed themselves to the world as the empty vessels we the PDP members have known them to be. A bunch of hypocritical buffons who do not know left from right or have bridled tongues. If it was PDP that won, and all these nonsense is happening, you guys would have been all around screaming things would have been better if they have won. But now, APC have won and exposed their daftness, their incompetency and their outright stupidity. All PDP has to do for the next 20 years to remain in power is to remind the middle belt, not the north or the west (cos their vote was basically the same both for this election and the upper one) of the outright failures, massacre, hypocrisy, incompetence, promise renegation, avoidable increase in cost of living. And APC would never see the light of day. |
![]() |
ihatesycophant: Brother I must say you wre the ones that did not learn from history. A man ruled the first time and led us to recession. He ruled again and led us again to recession. Either one of two things, either he is highly incompetent or highly unfortunate both of which are equally bad. If he is highly incompetent then you guys should agree you where fooled and move on. And if he is highly unfortunate you guys should obey one of the 48 laws of power and avoid him like a plague. |

ihatesycophant: Brother what loopholes has he fixed. Better wake up from your slumber. And bro no rice was subsidized at any time. Now buhari's error goes way beyond didn't start well. Even at this time he has not started well. In fact let me once again remind you of some of his failures and hypocrisy. 1) Told the then government they could fix power in six month, have not fixed power in over two years. 2) Told the government they could end book haram, Ogbeni they are reclaiming territories. 3) Fought against the previous government for fuel price increase, they increased fuel price when they came in. 4) Told Nigerians you could not release forex for foreign medical trips for over a year, the president who issued that command has spent over 180 days for medical treatment abroad in 270 days. 5) Their incompetent and bias fight against corruption. 6) Promising to reduce cost of government yet doing nothing at all. 7) Requesting then President Yaradua to reveal his sickness or step down, yet refusing to do the same. ![]() 9) He offended women with the other room statement. 10) He offended Pastors with the Suleiman saga. 11) He offended musicians with the banning of music saga. 12) Mad CAC go on strike for the first time. 13) Mocked previous government for ASUU strike yet ASUU is now on strike. 14) Made Nigeria a laughing stock by CNN |
![]() |
ihatesycophant: Brother, there was no where recorded that Nigeria paid for rice subsidy so please I would advice you keep quiet instead of fabricating stories. when bag of rice was #8000 here, that same bag was actually #4000 in Cotonou where it comes from. Go and ask any rice dealer to confirm what I just told you and stop saying trash. |

goslowgoslow: Bro, please don't say what you don't know. No part of recession was laid by GEJ. Recession came as a result of the bad financial policies made by this Buffon administration that did not allow foreigner's bring in money during those time, that made JP Morgan delist Nigeria, that made it practically impossible for foreign companies to repatriate their profit. But let's assume what you say is true, now that oil is above $50 per barrel, how much have they saved? Now they claim there is no more subsidy payment, what significant difference have they made? Bro besides, they did not enter to tell us the problem caused by the previous admin but to fix it swiftly. But it is as certain as the sun rising tomorrow that this daft administration cannot fix anything they promised. |
![]() |
ihatesycophant: Ogbeni, now that the so called looting has stopped. Now that they charge us 50 naira for stamp duties, now that oil has gone above $50 per barrel, now that the price of petrol is higher, what different improvement has APC shown for this? Power that they promised to restore, has not been restored. Book Haram are still rampant. And about two weeks ago I read all the refineries are no longer functioning as he claimed before. And the picture of the Bornu commissioner above this topic on nairaland, you can see corruption is still very much alive. I know of about 2 successful transfers of over $100 million dollars out of the country in buharis regime. Both by his fault and by nature's strong disapproval of him, this country has been experiencing one problem or the other. And all the band aid solutions he provided are falling apart. Fuel increase, Tomato scarcity, shite massacre, ipob massacre, herdsmen rampage, increase in suicide, EFCC saga, dollar withholding, CAC strike, ASUU strike, company closure, refinery breakdown, Continued Boko haram attacks, china currency swap deal we no longer heard about, our athletes stranded in Rio and having to return back from a recent competition due to lack of funds, senate buying cars worth billions of naira and many more. Mind you, off all the charges raised by EFCC, they have won led than 10% of their court cases. And mind you, the court has not found Deziani guilty, they just ordered her properties be temporarily seized pending the end of investigation. So please, tell me something significantly different buhari has done since entering office 1 Like |

axglide:Brother in Jonathan's time they were placated, their business was steady, they were importing and selling at a friendly price. Then comes buhari. His policies raised the price of dollars to never seen heights, which affected the IBO's as they are the largest importers in the country. He then went further to ban many goods needed for manufacturing companies (still mostly owned by IBOs) from importation list. Now he started subsidizing farming (mostly done by the north) but never for once has he tought of supporting the industrial cities of the IBOs. Have you tried going to Aba (the most indeginous industrial city in Nigeria), the road is hell. Yet, after frustrating their business, he could not offer them respite by doing the road. With the importance of Aba, any road leading to it aught to be at the top of the federal government priorities. But no it is not, they have not received any federal government funding too, so why should they want to stay? |

Koolking:Brother, you will see that in the fight for a free country the ability of an army is greatly limited. Now that the fight for Biafra has been well pronounced all over the world, if a civil war should breakout, believe me the world would not allow the extreme tactics used by the soldiers in the first civil war to repeat itself. All that blockage of food, killing of unarmed youths, raping and pillaging. All those will not be allowed, you know why? Because provided you don't perform act of terrorism, it is not a crime to fight for freedom. So far so good the igbos unlike boko haram have not performed any act of terrorism in their call for freedom. And any unethical military practice in case of another civil war will be tagged a war crime and the perpetrators will be convicted. In fact, in case of another civil war (which I believe will not be started by the igbos) the international media attention on Nigeria will not even allow the army to carry out the barbaric tactics used in the first civil war. And even if they do, it will only help international countries support the freedom of Biafra to the survivors. It was this reason that allowed Ukraine gain freedom from Russia, because Russia used more force than necessary to try to suppress them, and it only resulted in international sympathy for Ukraine. And it is also for fear of international sanctions that Russia cannot just go and crush Ukraine, even though their army is at least 5 times the size of Ukraine's army |

tutudesz:I just have to reply you on this. please do tell me, was the fight to end slavery won on the first war in america? No it was not. Was the fight for a free Isreal nation won on the first war? Still no. Then in the old testament, was it at the first plague Pharaoh realized the Israelite? No it was not. I don't know if they would win a war to free themselves, but telling them not to fight for their freedom because they lost the first civil war is both stupid and foolish. Imagine if Joshua abandoned the Philistines because he lost the first battle. Even their so called Mohammed had to run away from the first war he fought. I for one don't see any reason to keep two tribes that hate each other together in the name of unity. I for one believe that if the north is confident they can leave without the IBO's they should grant them their freedom. Besides, it was not the ibos but the Hausas that began the call for war |

Brother, who ever has the mb to share this on naira land should also have the mb to google and search for contacts of the appropriate disciplinary body of the Nigerian army. This information is available online. He should not come and be disturbing us to share the pic. olujastro:Hello, so the only criteria for a good government is to fix Lagos Ibadan road. Hope you commended president Jonathan when he fixed the Benin/ore road and the bayelsa port harcourt road, or when he reactivated the kano rail road, or when he in fact revitalised the railway corporation in Nigeria. You are just talking as if the previous government did not do any road. Boy wake up and give tangible landmark for your failed president. Cos if road is what you are using to boast about him, then Jonathan did more road in two years than him. |

abescom:Well, let's start with this, do you think any foreign intelligence agency would counter claim a speech made by an ally country about its people. Have you ever heard USA condemning the beheading of gay men by saudi Arabia, but if same is done in syria. Saudi Arabia citizens where part of the terrorist that bombed twin tower, yet they were not part of trumps travel ban. I repeat, no country goes against the words of an ally country. Now let me ask, do you really think if the foreign intelligence agencies knew that the girls where kidnapped they would have lost interest that quickly? Which of the foreign agencies have you heard mention shakau? See, if you are ignorant enough to be fooled, then I pity you. You better go and learn country politics so you will understand that silence does not mean acceptance. |
