If that guy had sincere intention he won't be pained. People have been labelled all sort of things as a result of being affiliated to a particular group. I'm sure Muslims who aren't terrorist will understand my point.
hmm, that is not true. Muslims who are not terrorist feel pain when falsely accused. I once saw a woman accuse those begger Fulani woman of being boko haram. You could see the hurt in the Fulani woman's eyes. Saying we should not feel pain because we have sincere intention is like saying you should not feel hurt when being falsely accused of being a thief. Bro losing a business because of the crime of others is painful. So please disregard this your if you are honest it won't hurt theory.

Chukazu:

I don't think you read the entire article...I actually read it on the original site before now..so read and put sentiment aside.

the question is what is the way forward? the governor talking about ranches are most playing to the gallery, they don't even know what they want.
Brother, whether they are playing gallery or not, it is not the herdsmen business.
The demand for meat should not be a yardstick for them committing atrocities.
As for the way forward, I don't see a problem with that. If them moving out causes scarcity of meat, innovative people will come. And one of two things will happen.
1)Individuals within the state will build the ranches as businesses. That would be bad for the herdsmen because the indegines would finally realise the profit in meat rearing and not allow them back.
2) Demand for alternative meat like grasscutters and rabbits will boom. When beef is not available, people would look for alternative. And the rearing of these alternatives are quite easy.

Notice the only claim they could muster was that the federal government owned the water not the land. OK then, let them keep their animals on the water and not come to the land. It is the state government, even the local government that owns the land. The Federal government cannot use any land without permission from the state government.
The truth is that they are not as indispensable as they believe they are. Let them move with their meat and they would feel it more.
In fact it would even affect them here. Muslims don't eat meat killed by other religion, they have to be a prayer said on the animal before it is killed. That is one of the reasons they are in charge of meat, so Muslims can eat meat anywhere they are in Nigeria. By the time non Muslims take over the trade, they won't consider whether a prayer is said over the meat before it is killed or not. Then Muslims won't have meat to eat.
And finally, it is not the job of the government to be involved in business, only make policies that will allow businesses to thrive. This our mentality of government providing all solutions to our problems is detrimental. The best the government should do is lobby the top businessmen to invest in ranches in their state, not do it themselves. The policy of ranch owning is a thriving policy that would be good for business. it is left for the indegines of the state to take advantage of it, not the government.

I can't seem to find ur post on the Nigerian guy getting a bomb on a plane, so I have to reference this.
First of all, except you are talking of another Nigerian guy I believe you are referring to the British Yoruba guy. And ma, I followed the news during its period and I can say your information is wrong. The guy did not get the bomb on the plane but past the general airport security. He was caught before he entered the plane with it.

As for the Queen, 1982 was about 35 years ago, before the advent of security camera and gadget. If it was that easy to breach, successful breakins would have been recorded in the last 5 years.

As for machine guns, we are talking about the president of the united states. Before he moves, all communication in the area he is going to will be monitored. All tall buildings in the distance the recorded best sniper can shoot from will be swept. No machine gun can even come near it. Don't also forget that at least 4 armed drones always follow the president. any unfriendly armed vehicle coming towards his motorcade will be blown off before it even gets close.

As for surface to air missile. Hm. That is not possible. USA has missile bunkers everywhere. You launch from any country and a counter missile will intercept it before it touches ground, and they will blow ur country to pieces.

As for terrorist, all the terrorists mean business, but as a man once said, the anger of an antelope cannot make it challenge the lion. No matter how much the terrorists mean business, they can never come up with a strategy that will directly assassinate the president, not when all calls from terrorists are monitored and any charter regarding the president is picked.

And finally, they can't succeed, not because of the gadgets they have, but because they are always improving those gadgets before the enemy has time to find the loopholes. They are not Nigerians that would not make a move to improve something because it is not broke. Americans by themselves render themselves obsolete. Before an hacker would fully study the security program used to guide the president, the Pentagon has built a better one.
I stand corrected on the Nigerian suicide bomber. I just confirmed he indeed entered the plane and almost blew it up.

Bros help me tell them ooooo
i don't dispute the fact that the security apparatus of the president team isn't 100% but the chances of anybody hitting him is very slim. The US already has the history of loosing two president to home made attackers. The best attack if there would be any would be from inside the security service and i don't see that happening now. Those guys spy on themselves. The CIA wire tapped even Angela Merkel phone calls...The cia taps everything of interest to them. Recently i came across a senate report on how china was stealing US advanced weapons system. They know all these things, sometimes they deliberately allow it happen...the CIA took down the USSR through television and US culture. China is very careful trying not to allow US culture infiltrate thier society...if Facebooks enters china...she is finished, she knows this...the media is a powerful tool and the US knows how to use it very well. They show you what they want you to believe. if the US sells you F-35 sorry Israel has a better model and they have a model far superior to that of the Israelis. So no reason them.....abeg...those guys are on another level...if you look at their military budget alone....you go weak. forget all those parade soldiers like north korea own....dem no get gun to fight....the only thing that makes russia powerful is her large nuclear asernal. Putin knows that without the nuclear weapons, Russian military was still in the communists era....its one reason he is revamping the military.....You think the US army involving in conflict across the world is for show...its a form of training as they are always practicing every new theory out there. Putin understand this that is why he caused the Ukrainian conflict in crimea and got involved in it covertly. He is also training russian airforce in syria...the chinese are becoming aware that's why they are getting into UN peace missions. Even turkey now has a base in Somalia. The world is not as it appears...the world belongs to those who are active....Nigeria should have dealth with Boko issue, learn some more by involving a little in the somalia saga by joining with kenya and ugandan forces there....Then cause small trouble for the Cameroonians by giving light arms to the amazonians to to fight the authorities....instead we are showing musclea and intelligence inside our country....
Kai, bros, I think say I sabi strategy but I day learn for where u day. You harsh o. Ha, u no get joy at all. Under you en, our soldiers go pass US own sef

I will vote for Buhari ten times over a very incompetent Jonathan who was so weak he couldn't bring any of the looters in his government to justice.
His wife allegedly built a billion naira hotel, what business was she involved in? What is the source of the money?

I wanted to keep quiet, but after reading through the whole posts, I saw that the stupidity of all your post is like zworld, extraordinary everyday.

You see from your post I see u don't understand the meaning of democracy. Democracy is not doing what you think is right for the people, but doing what they want. If what they want is not right for them, then it is the duty of the leader to present the needed change in an enticing manner to the people.

Do you know how many people blasts Donald trump and openly insult him? There was even a picture of a woman riding a bicycle alongside him to tell him Bleep u. you don't see him attempting to shut the media down.

Now back to GEJ, he was the definition of democracy. No matter how good his policies are, you don't implement them if you can't make the people want them.

Now as for Buhari, he came in, guns blazing, not minding who is affected by his policies. made people suffer unnecessarily.

The moment as a government your policies make more people suffer than benefit, you have failed.

And for ur information, it is still d militants that are guarding the pipelines, and he is paying them. he tried to fight them but advice himself to stop after they blew up some terminals several times.

And he is also paying subsidies on fuel.
Don't worry, oil is now over $50 per barrel. When they are kicked out in 2019, we will see if they saved or squandered the treasury too.

So democracy for you, is for allowing your cronies to steal public funds until the treasury is empty?
Democracy is to give the people what they need, without making them lose what they have. Democracy is not allowing a nation to go hungry, all in the name of fighting corruption. Democracy is not blindly accusing people and media trying them, without concrete proof to convict them. Democracy is not confidently and specifically promising what you cannot deliver on. Democracy is not using a country to do trial and error while businesses are closing down and people are losing jobs.

Only when one has totally lost the capacity to reason and compare, would one have your type of mindset.
Your so-claimed incompetency, stupidity and hypocrisy actually belong to you and the immediate-past miserable-looting regime.

Brother, the last administration was many things, incompetent, stupid and hypocritical was not one of them.
Thank God Ebola did not come in buhari's time, many people would have died.

Please do name one policy or project they were incompetent about. When they gave a target and could not achieve it, they came out to explain why, not blame the previous government. if you want to mention boko haram, do you know the sabotage done by the army against Jonathan? One soldier redeployed from Bornu told us how they would receive an order to abandon a location with very clear signs that boko haram was about to attack.

As for stupidity, Jonathan's administration did not make stupid comments like lai Mohammed or this new stupid lady is doing. How can she come out and try to use the name of the venerable Dora Akinuyi to try to score point. I so like the way it backfired.

Then I must have to remind you what hypocrisy is, using a different standard for leaders and population. There is no record of the past administration doing that. If you were a citizen with the money to go abroad for schooling or medical check up, Jonathan's administration would not stop you. But here comes buhari, stopped dollar for people studying abroad or wanted to go abroad for medicals, causing students to drop out and people with their own money to fly out to die. But have his own children going to school, and staying abroad for medicals for over 160 days in a year.

And who told you looting has stopped? Guess you did not see the article of a commissioner sharing money.

As I said, counter with fact, not innuendo or just insults

And I quote Peter C.
" Goodluck Ebele Jonathan - remember him? He is the same man that was offloaded off power here some two light years ago. He is still the bumbling man perpetually living in denial, even in the face of egregious evidences of failure. He is still the same person who said he went to school without shoes yet when asked to declare his assets, after some few years in power, he declined and thundered ‘I don’t give a damn!’. He is still the same man who, as president, shocked the nation when he declared the stealing is not corruption, wondering why people were making comparison between ‘ordinary stealing’ and ‘corruption’. He is still the same fellow who harvested tremendous, unparalleled revenue in a providential oil boom and frittered the hefty accrual, which exceeded the combined revenue made by all previous governments before his. He is the same man who gave no damn that his cronies and those of his party men freely and impudently raided the national treasury and salted away mind-bugling amounts under his pernicious watch. He has cut a mark for himself for always burying his head in the sand when you expect him to be a man. He plays deaf and dumb in the hefty indiscretions and corrupt acts that have been linked to his men and subalterns. He creates the mien of an inscrutable man who lives with unimaginably corrupt people. He does not betray any qualms trading this paradoxical picture because his favorite pet must be an ostrich ......."

The thing with Nigerians is that we are so used to force we take a normal Democratic process as an act of weakness.

The truth still remains stealing is not corruption. You have a phone, Google the meaning of both.

More importantly, the fight against corruption is not something done with a kill them all attitude like buhari is doing. You will end up killing the economy like he did. Fighting corruption has to do with tactics. Do you ever wonder why USA did not aggressively hunt those that caused the last financial crises? It is because they understood that any chance of recovery and mitigation cannot be achieved by that method, and pursuing aggressively will only increase the plight of the american people.

And how is the accumulation more sub-standard university an achievement?

He created 9 new universities yet spend a. Big chunk of Nigeria revenue sending Nigeria graduates abroad to study on scholarship....what is the wisdom in it?

How long did it take CU to attain her present height? Can same be said of GEJ's Unis?

Oil revenue contributed only 15% of GDP yet a crash in oil price led to borrowing of money to pay common salary....whats is the logic behind this?

You claim Nigeria had the largest economy in Africa.......how can that be possible when there is no good roads, health care, rail, standard airport, water scheme?.....isn't this African man's economics?

Keep on impressing the illiterates
I must have to say that some people prove me wrong when I think homer Simpson is the most stupid character ever created.

Brother, sending people abroad to study has nothing to do with the quality of the universities, but to the fact that those courses they went to learn are not taught in Nigeria and the fact that Nigeria values certificate from abroad than local certificate. Hope you are aware that the acclaimed chibok girls released were also sent abroad for schooling?

Comparing a private university to public ones is so fool hardy. Even in USA, private owned university like Yale, Harvard and Oxford are always better than public owned universities, that is why they are always much more expensive.

Brother, I also don't know where you got the report that money borrowed was used to pay salaries, that is a wrong one. And also be aware that the present government is also borrowing, and worst of all, selling bonds they cannot pay on like lollipop.

Seriously, can't you do basic maths? Even with oil prices at $50 per barrel, there is no reason for a crash in economy, as officially this government has cut more than half of our dollar usage by stopping fuel subsidy and banning importation of a lot of items.

Brother, having the largest economy has nothing to do with good amenities but with our size. the fact is this, mtn, shoprite, dstv and all other foreign company make more money from Nigeria than any other part of Africa. They also employ more staffs in it's workforce. And that is how an economy is rated. Not by the amount of amenities bit by the job creation and overall financial turn over of the companies in it.

Thank you. I liked all the issues raised here and I'll try to address them one by one.
The charge of 50 naira stamp duty is not done by FG but a monetary policy by CBN to help Banks to meet up with their business. Remember the money doesn't go to FG pulse but each Banks pulse. Put into consideration that Banks business is a personal business owned by individuals or corporate body and no single bank is owned by FG.
Oil price has not stable still wavering between $40 to $50 per barrel. Remember that some of the pipelines and oil sites have been blown by Niger Delta Avengers and still under repair, meaning our oil output has gone down drastically and government are not relying more on oil because of diversification drive of this regime to non-oil products. Now, when a country is diversifying its economy citizenry will surely feel the adverse effects because all energies would be directed to that.
On the issue of power don't tell me there is no significant improvement in electricity. We not have arrived but it getting better and cannot be done in a sweep. Look at the trillions of Naira that has been expended by the past regimes and there is no significant improvement let alone a less than two years drive of Fashola. I think is better based on the work so far.
Fight against insurgency is not won in a go. Isil been fought by high powers are not yet defeated how much more Nigeria that still rely on another's countries know how to exist. For years to come we will still be experiencing pocket of their attack mostly on soft spot as their doing right away by attacking students in schools and markets.
On the issue of refineries, work are going on on them and the Petroleum minister for state has assured the country the refineries would be ready 100percent by 2019. Same Dangote refinery. The refineries are working but not to required level as it can Carter for end users.
Please no one is wishing away that there is no corruption in BUHARI's government but how prompt is the taming. If there is corruption act in a given state how would FG know if the state government don't blow it open and also make their book open for the anti graft agency.
"I Know of about 2 successful transfers of over $100 million dollars out of the country in buharis regime" Pls what are the names of the people that made the transfer and not hearsay?
Yes the country would experience one problem or the other because the people he is fighting have more money than the country put together and they are ready to launch their arsenal to fight him not to succeed.

Price of goods are cost because subsidy has been removed from all subsidized products imported to the country and borders also closed to give way for local content competition which Jonathan was afraid to do. That is why Buhari Banned some products from been imported to the country. Like paste, tooth picks and some eye sore products that we can produce locally.

Hmm, the #50 naira stamp duty down not go to the bank but straight to Nipost, an arm of the federal government. you can download the CBN circular to confirm that.

Even with the pipeline damage, Nigeria has not produced less than 1.5 million barrel per day in the last 18 months.

On power, in my area its the same, no significant increase or decrease, but I places like sapele and ughelli they have not had light in over 4 months.

As for the insurgency, when PDP was telling you that the boko haram fight was tactical Shay you said they where lazy and you could do it quicker than them. so now you are failing and you are bringing the same excuse of the previous administration.

On the refinery, I leave near the warri refinery, it has been comatose for over 8 months, and reports from port Harcourt is the same.

As for the transfer, am not EFCC, I don't work on hearsay, but I know for a fact.

And brother, no subsidy was removed on any price of goods. If you are in Lagos, you can go to Cotonou with around 2k and ask the price of goods there. Price of goods went up because dollars went up and the importation was suddenly banned instead of a systematic approach.

If there was food subsidy, APC with their media glory seeking would not have kept quiet about it, but would have sung that mantra like they have been singing the other ones. Don't make up excuses that cannot be backed by report, media or in case of APC, allegations. No one allegation about food subsidy has been made about the former government so that alone proves you are lying.

You think manufacturing everything will be a good solution? think again. It is this importation that has kept some bilateral ties with a lot of countries.

look at USA, trump wants to stop the agreement between USA, Mexico and Canada. But do you see him suddenly ending all importation from those two countries? No, because they understand that doing that would put the country in Chaos. Ur Buffon of a party did not understand that and just ban things without reasoning.

If you know history you mean states were not having difficulty in paying salaries and allowances? That as at January 2015 some states are not owing up to six months salaries? That Fayose PDP governor never complain that Fayemi, former governor didn't pay some months salaries before leaving. That state governors never begged the incoming president to give them bail out. That the monthly allocation for state government and parastatal did not reduced since 2014. That Jonathan's regime never continue borrowing and left the government with accumulated debt of over $38B and even taken to consideration the amount of money in made from crude oil because in the history of Nigeria, his government recorded the highest sales of crude oil at exorbitant price of over $105 per barrel. What are the effect of these monies made and borrowed in the society or economy? If he has turned Nigeria to Dubai it's not out of place because of the monies at his disposal. A wise man that says, electorates have short memory. Many people like you have even forgotten the situation as at 2013 to 2014 and what led to gang up by political parties to oust him out. Ngozi Iwele who was his finance minister then was crying on top of her voice that the country is nose diving and she went ahead to tell the nation to prepare for austerity in 2015 but many people have even forgotten that and even words of many economists on the state of the nation's economy. We were told our economy was the best in Africa but same country are borrowing and government businesses cannot be met. Then what is the correlation of having big economy on paper but the reality is saying another thing. PDP and their jokers are always saying APC are liars but if there is any party that have been lying to the citizenry for years is PDP because they paint what is not to the country. If the economy is as robust as they claimed, why is the country still borrow even till April 2015 to pay salaries and crack insurgency? FEC just approved $44B to pay salary arrears, promotion and allowances back log from 2012 till date. Who was in the saddle of leadership as at 2012 till 2015 May, I presume is Buhari? If we're in a good system many of these people suppose to be in jail by now or hanged but our judiciary killing everything but same people they freed here are jailed in good system that don't condole graft.
You PDP supporters can only deceive yourself and not sound minds or people that has been following the politics of the country. We know where we are coming from and we know where we are going. PDP can never be an option in 2019 but KOWA would be better than lying and destroyer of nation fabric like PDP.
You're even claiming Buhari ridiculed the nation by CNN. You guys forgot that if not by the intervention of same Buhasi, our image as a country had been dent and almost lost at the international communities. Did you recall what happened at South Africa, Addis Ababa? Did you also remember what America and Britain say about Nigeria before Buhari came on board? I know you've forgotten. Buhari came and redeemed the battered image that countries are even inviting him to visit their countries. Are you aware that Buhari has been chosen to lead anti-corruption rally in Africa by AU even in his sick bed? Are you aware that some countries declared prayer day for Buhari to get well?
Young man, PDP politics has blinded your mind and taken your memory to remember what happened just few years back and even the latest. Intelligent people know where the problems come from.

So brother, what is different about the current government, some states are still owing salaries, the federal government is still borrowing, worst of all, they are selling bonds they cannot pay on as if it is candy.
Please tell me how the country's image was dented by CNN, was it in calling Nigeria the fastest growing economy in Africa, was it in interviewing all the numerous youwin beneficiary on CNN Africa, please tell me what way.
That other countries prayed for him or rallied for him does not show he is a wizard, you know that all African countries will forever choose Nigeria to lead them, the president does not have to be a smart one, he just has to come from Nigeria. So what else you got?

It's really a big shame that some youths that are supposed to be the leaders of tomorrow are celebrating the mismanagement of the PDP government.
A popular saying is that "it is not how far but how well" We have always known that generating good policies is not a problem in Nigeria, but that of implementation.
Of all the policies that GEJ listed, which one was allowed to have positive impact on the public.
We were all witnesses to how many government agencies refused under GEJ to subscribe to IPPIS, BVN and TSA because they knew they would be exposed. Jonathan was not able to do anything to make the programmes work until Buhari came to faithfully implement them.
Whoever claims not to know that the recession had been predicted during the Jonathan government is only deceiving himself/herself. The signs were there but PDP government looked the other way. They never listened to the technocrats' warnings.
The shallow thinking level of those comparing the solid foundation being laid under APC government with the profligate under PDP is nauseating. The same people who have not asked PDP questions about lack of infrastructure development under 16 years of PDP are shouting that they are yet to see the achievement of APC after 2 years. Despite all the revenues generated under PDP, Nigeria cannot boast of good infrastructure to help our economy to achieve real growth.
The PDP supporters shouldn't be in a hurry, the difference will be glaring at the end of 4 years and if God permits, after 8 years, Nigerians will be in a good position to compare PDP achievements in 16 years with that of APC in 8 years.

Bro mind you, we are not celebrating mismanagement we are celebrating growth. In Jonathan's time there was growth, abundance of growth. Unlike this regime that has stunted the growth of this nation.
As for the rejection of BVN and the rest, Jonathan knew he could not win the fight in his first tenure if he wanted to win 2nd tenure hence him putting them on standby, ready to kick them off as he entered second tenure. Don't be decieved, it was because BVN and TSA where already planned down and waiting for execution that could make buhari execute it quickly. If not for that buhari would not have been able to think of it, talk less of plan it.

And brother please, stop lying and saying no infrastructural development under PDP. The KANU/Lagos railway was done by GEJ, almost all the power centers where done by him. Lagos/Benin Road was done by him. Then the almajari schools he built (unless you are saying education is not important), The EPZ project, so many farm projects. In fact it is actually buhari that has not started any infrastructural development.

As for revenue, now the federal government has claimed to have put a stop to fuel subsidy payment, they now collect #50 for bank charges, fuel is now #145, oil is now above $50 per barrel, with all the loophole they claim to have fixed they should be earning at least half of what the previous government was earning. But what do they have to show for this? what have they saved out of this?

As for policies, please tell me the policies buhari has made that has not negatively impacted the masses, was it the forex ban, that made many people die for lack of forex to go abroad for treatment or make some students loose their admission? was it the sudden stop in food importation that made many Nigerians go hungry and starve, was it the erronous financial policies that made foreign investors withold investment that led to recession in this country? Which other good policies did he make that did not negatively impact Nigerians?
Above all, if you believe APC would win in 2019, I like your faith. Keep it up, it will serve you very well in other areas of your life, just not in PDP loosing 2019 election. Hook for hook, or crook for crook, APC cannot win. The only thing I am happy about APC in power is that now they have exposed themselves to the world as the empty vessels we the PDP members have known them to be. A bunch of hypocritical buffons who do not know left from right or have bridled tongues.
If it was PDP that won, and all these nonsense is happening, you guys would have been all around screaming things would have been better if they have won. But now, APC have won and exposed their daftness, their incompetency and their outright stupidity.
All PDP has to do for the next 20 years to remain in power is to remind the middle belt, not the north or the west (cos their vote was basically the same both for this election and the upper one) of the outright failures, massacre, hypocrisy, incompetence, promise renegation, avoidable increase in cost of living. And APC would never see the light of day.

Those that doesn't settle for something will always settle for everything. That's just your case. I don't blame you, I only blame your political disposition.
Those that doesn't learn from history will always have a bitter lesson to narrate, if only they survived it. Your kind put us in this mess because resources that suppose go into the system are in the hands of your cronies.
Even the minister for finance under the same Jonathan gave several warnings that we're heading towards austerity but no measure was put in place to check it but Jonathan's regime were making the monies and spending then without recourse to rainy days that we're experiencing today.
If you don't know where you're coming from, you cannot know where you're going. Nigeria has not been accountable to itself and that's why we don't know where we're going.

Brother I must say you wre the ones that did not learn from history. A man ruled the first time and led us to recession. He ruled again and led us again to recession.
Either one of two things, either he is highly incompetent or highly unfortunate both of which are equally bad.
If he is highly incompetent then you guys should agree you where fooled and move on. And if he is highly unfortunate you guys should obey one of the 48 laws of power and avoid him like a plague.

Yes, the economy would be better because there are monies to plug loopholes. Oil was booming at high rate over $100per barrel. Reserve was huge and was monthly depleted to compensate for the downturn. They have enough to subsidize staple foods. Rice were imported and subsidized for the importers but are no more. The dollars were more in circulation than our Naira there by weakens the system and taken us to Third World country. Buhari came and mopped it up to encourage locals competitiveness. Remember at that time tooth picks were also imported to Nigeria and even tomato paste which informed BUHARI's government to ban some items for importation. Same sovereign wealth account was also depleted as confirmed by Ngozi Iwela in 2014 that Jonathan has no political will because visually everything in reserve has been spent.
Truly Buhari did not start well but the foundation he met was too faulty with the price of oil depleted to about $25 per barrel. Also remember that state governors as at 2013 find it difficult to even pay salary and meet up with government businesses. Things were getting worse but JONATHAN'S government concede it since money was still flowing and they still see to borrow.

Brother what loopholes has he fixed. Better wake up from your slumber. And bro no rice was subsidized at any time. Now buhari's error goes way beyond didn't start well. Even at this time he has not started well. In fact let me once again remind you of some of his failures and hypocrisy.

1) Told the then government they could fix power in six month, have not fixed power in over two years.
2) Told the government they could end book haram, Ogbeni they are reclaiming territories.
3) Fought against the previous government for fuel price increase, they increased fuel price when they came in.
4) Told Nigerians you could not release forex for foreign medical trips for over a year, the president who issued that command has spent over 180 days for medical treatment abroad in 270 days.
5) Their incompetent and bias fight against corruption.
6) Promising to reduce cost of government yet doing nothing at all.
7) Requesting then President Yaradua to reveal his sickness or step down, yet refusing to do the same.
cool Non challant attitude to Herdsmen rampage in the middle belt.
9) He offended women with the other room statement.
10) He offended Pastors with the Suleiman saga.
11) He offended musicians with the banning of music saga.
12) Mad CAC go on strike for the first time.
13) Mocked previous government for ASUU strike yet ASUU is now on strike.
14) Made Nigeria a laughing stock by CNN

You see where your reasoning snowball to. You bought rice #8,000 under Jonathan. Is it Nigerian rice you bought at that price? Young man, every rice imported are being subsidized for you to be able to buy them but Buhari came came and say know, the economy cannot take it again because importers were enjoying virtually subsidy on every products imported and with the downturn of oil price the country cannot cope because it's already telling on the system where state government cannot pay salaries any more.
The price of oil came down to about $50 something per barrel in the year 2014 but remember Jonathan mount leadership role in the year 2011 but he could not save but was borrowing and spending. As at the time he left our debt profile was about $30 something billion dollars with all the monies he made from oil.
Economist has said, JONATHAN'S state of economy is fake and that was what informed rebasing they did and say Nigeria economy is the best in Africa.

Brother, there was no where recorded that Nigeria paid for rice subsidy so please I would advice you keep quiet instead of fabricating stories. when bag of rice was #8000 here, that same bag was actually #4000 in Cotonou where it comes from. Go and ask any rice dealer to confirm what I just told you and stop saying trash.

The path to recession was laid by GEJ administration. That Buhari is sick and undergoing treatment is not is fault, anybody can fall sick.

Bro, please don't say what you don't know. No part of recession was laid by GEJ. Recession came as a result of the bad financial policies made by this Buffon administration that did not allow foreigner's bring in money during those time, that made JP Morgan delist Nigeria, that made it practically impossible for foreign companies to repatriate their profit.

But let's assume what you say is true, now that oil is above $50 per barrel, how much have they saved? Now they claim there is no more subsidy payment, what significant difference have they made?

Bro besides, they did not enter to tell us the problem caused by the previous admin but to fix it swiftly. But it is as certain as the sun rising tomorrow that this daft administration cannot fix anything they promised.

HEADLINES BEFORE THE 2015 ELECTIONS
FAMOUS QUOTABLE QUOTES.....
"Over 20 billion dollars unremitted to the federation account, and if nothing is done by 2015 upward, Nigeria will know what economic crisis is"
~ Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi
"Whoever wins 2015 will NEVER find it easy to govern. Over 30 trillion is mismanaged, unaccounted for or missing under Jonathan."
~ Prof Charles Soludo
"Our reserve is depleted and our savings are squandered. Our nation is in trouble."
~ Dr Oby Ezekwesili.
"For seven months, NNPC did not remit any money into federation account. When I called as a sitting governor and major oil producing state, Diezani Alison Madueke refused to pick my calls."
~ Godswill Akpabio
"I told them to save ahead of eventualities, but Jonathan had no political will to do so and this is the reason why we are in crisis, because we squandered our boom."
~ Okonjo Iweala
"Okonjo-Iweala, Sanusi urged us to save but we state governors refused to save for the unseen future during the tenure of Goodluck Jonathan, despite warning from economic experts."
~ Peter Obi - Anambra Gov
"Jonathan is a blessed ATM machine that doesn't have secret pin number"
~ Bala Mohammed -FCT Minister

No wonder we are in such a mess. Information is power and ignorance is dangerous. Some electorates have short memories but I am not one of them.
If our judiciary had lived to their expectations, many of these people should be Rotten in jail by now but our judiciary system is poo. They freed thief here and he/she goes to advanced system and got convicted.
How would a man supervised such humongous looting and still has the effrontery to talk when all the monies that supposed to work wonders for him are in the hands of individuals that he trusted too much, even God has shame because He said, He regretted creating man. Jonathan has no single shame left in him. Well, I know the man is remorseful internally but people that destroyed his regime are still pushing him to talk when he doesn't want to do.

Ogbeni, now that the so called looting has stopped. Now that they charge us 50 naira for stamp duties, now that oil has gone above $50 per barrel, now that the price of petrol is higher, what different improvement has APC shown for this?

Power that they promised to restore, has not been restored.

Book Haram are still rampant.

And about two weeks ago I read all the refineries are no longer functioning as he claimed before.

And the picture of the Bornu commissioner above this topic on nairaland, you can see corruption is still very much alive.

I know of about 2 successful transfers of over $100 million dollars out of the country in buharis regime.

Both by his fault and by nature's strong disapproval of him, this country has been experiencing one problem or the other. And all the band aid solutions he provided are falling apart.

Fuel increase, Tomato scarcity, shite massacre, ipob massacre, herdsmen rampage, increase in suicide, EFCC saga, dollar withholding, CAC strike, ASUU strike, company closure, refinery breakdown, Continued Boko haram attacks, china currency swap deal we no longer heard about, our athletes stranded in Rio and having to return back from a recent competition due to lack of funds, senate buying cars worth billions of naira and many more.

Mind you, off all the charges raised by EFCC, they have won led than 10% of their court cases. And mind you, the court has not found Deziani guilty, they just ordered her properties be temporarily seized pending the end of investigation.

So please, tell me something significantly different buhari has done since entering office

Bro their fight for freedom is not consistent. Where was their voice during GEJ's time?
Brother in Jonathan's time they were placated, their business was steady, they were importing and selling at a friendly price. Then comes buhari. His policies raised the price of dollars to never seen heights, which affected the IBO's as they are the largest importers in the country.
He then went further to ban many goods needed for manufacturing companies (still mostly owned by IBOs) from importation list. Now he started subsidizing farming (mostly done by the north) but never for once has he tought of supporting the industrial cities of the IBOs.
Have you tried going to Aba (the most indeginous industrial city in Nigeria), the road is hell. Yet, after frustrating their business, he could not offer them respite by doing the road. With the importance of Aba, any road leading to it aught to be at the top of the federal government priorities. But no it is not, they have not received any federal government funding too, so why should they want to stay?

Igbos are not ready. Nigeria has a standing army. One of the best in the world. How many Igbos are in the ranks and files of the Nigerian Army? Let not start what we can not finish.

We make ourselves foreigners in our own land (Nigeria) by our dispositions and actions, hence our deprivation and marginalisation.
I know, we can all work together to change this mindset my friend.

We can all become better and change the status quo. Loyalty begets loyalty. We are grossly deficient in this aspect towards Nigeria. You don't openly declare disloyalty to your father's land and still expect to be given a pat on your shoulder for your open betrayal or pampered for your lack of allegiance. Who does that?

I would rather agitate for true federalism than agitate for Biafra that is a mirage.

Long live Nigeria

Peace
Brother, you will see that in the fight for a free country the ability of an army is greatly limited. Now that the fight for Biafra has been well pronounced all over the world, if a civil war should breakout, believe me the world would not allow the extreme tactics used by the soldiers in the first civil war to repeat itself.
All that blockage of food, killing of unarmed youths, raping and pillaging. All those will not be allowed, you know why? Because provided you don't perform act of terrorism, it is not a crime to fight for freedom.
So far so good the igbos unlike boko haram have not performed any act of terrorism in their call for freedom. And any unethical military practice in case of another civil war will be tagged a war crime and the perpetrators will be convicted.
In fact, in case of another civil war (which I believe will not be started by the igbos) the international media attention on Nigeria will not even allow the army to carry out the barbaric tactics used in the first civil war. And even if they do, it will only help international countries support the freedom of Biafra to the survivors.
It was this reason that allowed Ukraine gain freedom from Russia, because Russia used more force than necessary to try to suppress them, and it only resulted in international sympathy for Ukraine. And it is also for fear of international sanctions that Russia cannot just go and crush Ukraine, even though their army is at least 5 times the size of Ukraine's army

I just have to reply you on this. please do tell me, was the fight to end slavery won on the first war in america? No it was not. Was the fight for a free Isreal nation won on the first war? Still no. Then in the old testament, was it at the first plague Pharaoh realized the Israelite? No it was not.
I don't know if they would win a war to free themselves, but telling them not to fight for their freedom because they lost the first civil war is both stupid and foolish.
Imagine if Joshua abandoned the Philistines because he lost the first battle.
Even their so called Mohammed had to run away from the first war he fought.
I for one don't see any reason to keep two tribes that hate each other together in the name of unity. I for one believe that if the north is confident they can leave without the IBO's they should grant them their freedom.
Besides, it was not the ibos but the Hausas that began the call for war

This information is available online. He should not come and be disturbing us to share the pic.
Legally, the army and any other agency has no obligation of investigating any matter except a formal complaint is filed to them. (Even if they post it on social media).

Hello, so the only criteria for a good government is to fix Lagos Ibadan road. Hope you commended president Jonathan when he fixed the Benin/ore road and the bayelsa port harcourt road, or when he reactivated the kano rail road, or when he in fact revitalised the railway corporation in Nigeria. You are just talking as if the previous government did not do any road. Boy wake up and give tangible landmark for your failed president. Cos if road is what you are using to boast about him, then Jonathan did more road in two years than him.

Some of them are just talking trash. Let's assume the girls were not taken by any bokoharam and were just kept somewhere or that Boko haram actually took them but it was all planned by perpetrators of evil which to be honest is quite possible. But the question is :

1. Why wasn't Jonathan with all the power he had in the land while he was president not able to unravel the mystery and free the girls? Note that he had the support of all the army, police, airforce, navy, all intelligence departments, the CBN, the majority at the upper and lower chamber, the sympathy of Nigerians who wanted the girls released, the sympathy of the parents of the girls who would not have minded he shaming whoever are involved.

2. Why did Jonathan and his government claim there was no such kidnap only to come out 48 hours later to say they have the situation under control. If there was no kidnap, why the change of tone?

3. Could Nigeria's evil politicians have successfully fooled the whole world? Note, not a single intelligence department the world over has claimed there was no kidnap by Boko haram or that it was planned? Do we have more intelligence than Russia? The UK? The USA? China? Isreal and co? You may say USA wasn't supporting the GEJ government but he had ample support from China and Russia? If it was fake or planned how come none of these countries haven't said so so far?

3. BBC and many other media houses have had journalists ( I personally met one at BBC road at Ikoyi he and myself came for an interview with D1 of Kennis music unfortunately I can't share what I heard on here) doing their investigative work but none has been able to come up with your type of truth. They all must hate GEJ then?

I await your reply but off course I know no genuine thing will be said to this posers.
Well, let's start with this, do you think any foreign intelligence agency would counter claim a speech made by an ally country about its people. Have you ever heard USA condemning the beheading of gay men by saudi Arabia, but if same is done in syria. Saudi Arabia citizens where part of the terrorist that bombed twin tower, yet they were not part of trumps travel ban. I repeat, no country goes against the words of an ally country.
Now let me ask, do you really think if the foreign intelligence agencies knew that the girls where kidnapped they would have lost interest that quickly? Which of the foreign agencies have you heard mention shakau?
See, if you are ignorant enough to be fooled, then I pity you. You better go and learn country politics so you will understand that silence does not mean acceptance.
