I admire Rotech works greatly, he's one of the few professionals who's not always scared of showing off his works because he's always proud of what he does. His attention to details while working is also something I love.

I've been following his works since and I've never witnessed a single complaint towards him.

We humans are not perfect especially when we are trying a design that is not yet common in this part of the world. I will fault him for how he communicates and I won't also fault him because he's an engineer and that is why big coys hire communication manager/customer care service that handles disputes better.


The Client has every right to be angry and I also apologize on his behalf, if there's any way possible for Him to make things better, kindly allow him to.


Lastly also, he's a professional but you were too harsh in your responses to him by calling him stupid and co, this is not even a matter of age or whatsoever, I was really not happy with how you kept repeating the word "STUPID" "STUPID" "I AM OLDER THAN YOU". Go for the work he did but not his age and his personality.


But BOLU (POP guy) ommooor, you've known Rotech since though, the way you threw him under the bus with your response was bad

This is not a bashing post!!!

I have been advised to seek professional opinions on this.
Please I will need experts and professionals in the house to please advise on best approach on how to tackle this.

Quick summary:
During casting these areas were not well supported and almost gave way. From the look of things, beam seems to be affected.

@hajivince could you please explain the solutions you have proffered so far. I want the professionals in the house to weigh in on this to see if any of these approaches will work.



How can we correct this at this point?

This is Chimes aluminium, oven baked ,long span roofing sheets of 0.45 mm. It's not in any way comparable to Gerard roofing, both in type and cost.

Bros that generator is believed to 5.5 kva, our people make them write anything and brand on them. 7 years ago my friend call the manufacturer from US in China to make inquiries about that brand Sumac or sumic. They told us it was only one guy that import those generator to Nigeria then, the give him the guy Company name, phone, and offices address in Ikeja. He is surprise we get his information from China. I went to the guy office in Ikeja, he gives me little discount because we call the manufacture. I bought two of those generator, another friend bought 1 from him, it works well. it’s carry (1) 1.5 hp Ac (1hp Ac) refrigerator, water pump, and about 20 bulbs or so. Anything after that if field overload from the sound when running. It’s runs for 7 hours straight, stop let it rise for 3-5 hours then run it again. To have long lifespan from the generator it works for 4 years, before star have a problem. I just give it out. Note, not running like that for 4 years oo , some times. I may not need it for weeks. Another important thing people don’t pay attention to is Fuel consumed per hour, it is very very important when buying generator. I know many Nigerians don’t care about that because fuel is very cheap. It’s just like a car, if buy new car, you burn less gas per mileage than those good for nothing old Jeeps or truck as we call them. Do your research buy wisely.

I got one for my carpenter, one for my Welder, they will tell me that it slows them down especially when climbing and even walking around on form works abs scaffold.

However, am still encouraging them to get used to wearing them. Even gloves � too.

Am sure they will get used to the new norm of wearing it.

There are alot of impractical advice online.. It's not possible that cement costs 2750 from factory and rituals at 4000 naira..

I know FinPaul Akinlaja. He's a financial analyst/ investment advisor. Some of his analysis are spot on.

Some people drop nuggets to appear clever and smart. They even lure you into some investments and one suffers loses at the end.

I buy thru distributors but I know people working there , if you can get directly or thru a distributor cheaper than 3720 let me know , there is no distributor discount for more than a year now is what am told

My carpenters are still here, doing what they know best. Roofing sheets coverage loading, we will be taking measurements of this bug house and plans to buy the roofing sheets are in progress, which colour will fit this large building?
