Tochex101:It's not.. This appointment has Obasanjo's hand all over it. And let's not forget that the guy has successfully led a presidential campaign before in 2011.. It's a very solid appointment hence you can hear no dissent from anyone in the party. The guy is highly experienced in the art of campaigning, something the Obi campaign can do with at this point. |
Truly they say time reveals all.. Finally breeze don blow, fowl nyash open. Arthur eze don expose soludo finish. See as soludo dey smile sheepishly as Arthur dey point am dey talk atiku will hand over to him. ![]() The way Atiku dey press some Igbo elite mumu button no be here. So the presidency is atikus to give. Lets not even forget the fact that okowa will be the VP. So Atiku will bypass okowa for soludo. ![]() Anyways as I was saying my happiness is that soludo has been revealed to be a jealous and selfish slowpoke.. All those talks he made last month talking about an Igbo president from apga and all that was just rubbish. This nigga actually sees himself as the person to be leading the presidency charge not Obi. Accusing Obi of Igbo betrayal yet he himself is leaving the apga candidate behind and lining himself up behind Atiku of the PDP. Na God just dey fight Obi battle for am. It's just the way these leaders are taking the masses for a fool that gets to me. Make soludo come win second tenure make we see. ![]() |
Seun please do something about this paid propagandist.. Please find out the moderator he is in cahoots with and fire the person.. Why should a paid political jobber have direct access to the front page? Having this kind of arrangement reduces the reputation and integrity of this site as a place that can be bought and paid for. Seun please do something about this guy. |
DissTroyer: ![]() Walahi you no get joy. ![]() But you're spitting though.. Amoto harbors a very dangerous ideology. One that I hope he eventually sheds and reforms.. |
Bimffo:No p. I want you to advise us on what you think we should do on our parts to get this country better. |
DeadPresidents:That we predict that there will be obstacles ahead of us in our quest for progress does not mean we give up on that said quest. If we can agree that there is clearly a better candidate of the 3 presented, isn't it logical to take that leap of faith and take action while hoping for the best. No Obi supporter will tell you that Nigeria's problem will be solved in 4 years. We're telling you that his candidacy represents the best chance to kick things off. To get that change started!. Labor party winning the presidency next year will send shockwaves around the country and will define the country for years to come. Voting Obi is the logical practical first step to make l. |
Bimffo:Yep, as usual, criticize without providing practical solution.. I'm sure that when I ask you what you think Nigerians should do on their part to try and change the bad situation, we will embark on a binging of doom-fest. You will regale us with tales of how this country will never work. Then you will now come here again to mock those who are trying to actually do something about it. Hmm. Where have we seen this before? Same old same old pattern. Almost as if melancholy is a joyful thing to delight in. Oga bimfo please I'm begging you to tell us what you think Nigerians should do on their part to change the bad governance of this country. |
raumdeuter:Dayo are you implicitly stating that politics is not important to anyone's life?? Clarity would help because this statement can be meant to interpret that advocacy for good governance is ultimately meaningless. |
DeadPresidents:The two points you made are very independent of each other.. That one is advocating for good governance does not mean that the person should not strive in personal endeavors. Nobody here advocating for good governance is doing so because he hopes to earn directly from any politician. Nooo. Don't get it twisted. But we live in a country where the system actively works against you and we're fighting to change that.. Just look at this girl killed today. Someone doing well for herself now rendered to become a statistic of police casualty because of systemic failure.. Look at the insecurity situation around the country that hinders businesses and impedes lives abruptly. Someone would set up a business and overnight the business would be robbed dry with no hope of finding the culprit or regaining loss. When we talk about obi, we're not just talking about one man, we're talking about participating in the process to ignite positive change in the country. It has nothing to do with "looking out for one's self" in this regard.. unless you are trying to say politics or governance has no bearing on our lives to which you are very wrong In that regard. Lastly, the country is failing but there is no reason to think that things cannot change. Never let yourself fall that defeatist mindset.. Saving the country is not a sprint but a relay. Taking different thousand steps one step at a time. |
FPL is now mostly template teams.. differentials are few and far between. Almost every team has halland Salah trippier almiron martinelli. Imagine having 50 points and still having a red arrow.. this FPL season feels very different. |
These men should understand that this is not about tribe per say. We need to shed all this mentality about which tribe produces which president. The focus should be on who is the most competent and capable of leading this country and we're lucky to have a solid choice in Peter Obi. Obi being Igbo is just an icing on the cake to other igbos that their candidate is the best on the ballot. When we make it about tribe, we limit what the conversation should be about. About who will make the best appointments without having to settle favors from corrupt people. About who will appoint better judges. About who will block the various leakages in government spending and corrupt entities within the government. The only candidate of the front 3 is clearly Obi. |
See what Nigeria has become.
|
StarchAndBanga:Na wa o. This one na serious turnabout. Your own money na him dey cause your death. Chai |
Emaprince:This is because very few of you strongly put down or condemned the very ugly tribal narratives that were shown here, many decided to cuddle or justify why someone would be saying the most ugly and violent things about another tribe. That's the result. It's now looking very okay and justifiable for someone to say hurtful things about other tribes. You guys share that blame bro. |
duro4chang:All for 70k, is it worth it? |
Propaganda upon propaganda! That's all these BATstards know. I hope Nigerians are not decieved by gimmicks like these.. The APC campaign has a solid wing of "digital media operators". People that are paid to try and shape or manipulate public opinions on social media platforms.. Under Buhari they were known as BMC. Buhari media crew. Better shine your eyes and not be decieved. Only one candidate has the mass appeal from the ordinary masses. You know who already. |
LeoDeKing:Why are you calling me "shinedu"? Do you know if I am an idoma person from Benue or gbagi from nasarawa or urhobo from Delta?? I love the way you guys keep demarketing the Tinubu campaign with your hateful and toxic narratives. ![]() It only makes the non-yorubas rush Obi the more. One wonders why his popularity is growing in all parts of the south and the middle belt. Continue!! |
You forgot to post where he stated unequivocally that Obi is his first and preferred candidate. ![]() Everyone has to understand him walking a tight rope here seeing as he's the brother of a governor there and knowing how violent the drug lord supporters are. Make them no go burn him property. There was fact that is very obvious to everyone. Because of the difference in candidate quality, Obi would win more Yoruba votes than Tinubu would win Igbo votes.. That's because of candidate quality. If Seyi makinde or even osinbajo was contesting against ikpeazu, the reverse will be the case. |
PandoraObi:I always laugh when I see you urchins singling out igbos and insulting them. The fact that you people can't see the own goal you're scoring is just mind boggling. Imagine idoma people reading this and thinking that they would be attracted to Tinubu because you're insulting Igbo people. ![]() You people are driving away supporters from Tinubu. That's why all the tribes of the south and especially the middle belt are rushing Obi. Because of this politics of hatred. Tell me, is it Igbo People that are destroying Benue state right now? Make una continue. Many of us voted APC last time but we won't make that mistake again in our lifetime. |
DissTroy:As for the bolded, that one, hypocrisy na him middle name. He would go to American politics section and stand for one thing, then apply the opposite for Nigerian politics. Just like wanting Biden not to run again on account of old age then come here and tell people sick old grand fathers like Tinubu should rule Nigeria. I won't even talk about the raw hatred he forments and spreads amongst his types here.. Anyways away from that, I see you talking about abortion and transgenders now but it wasn't only that sef. It was how you were always defending and praising Trump while hating Obama. ![]() That thing dey pain. How would one be hating Obama and praising Trump of all people. that used to be our bone of contempt. When it comes to abortion, I think that should rest solely on the mother's choice. Raising a child is a lifelong responsibility and commitment. Forcing people to have kids is how we end up having criminals and sexual molesters in the society. |
God bless Pa Adebanjo. May his lineage never be erased and always be intact. He stressed that an opportunity to have a man like Obi to provide the needed credible and strategic leadership comes to a nation once in a while.I really have to give great thanks to our real omoluabis here. The ones that are not playing politics of hate and calling people of other tribes cannibals and cowards.. You are the real Nigerians.. my respect for the afeniferi and pa Adebanjo is tremendous. |
Agbado munching bastard on the beat. ![]() Only an agbado brain will compare this Peter Obi movement with whatever sowore did before.. We are talking of a movement that has galvanized every nook and cranny of the country. Did you notice how recently the Obi movement gained serious momentum this period?? It's because city people have all gone to their rural homes and are organising serious sensitization in the rural villages as they've come home. Keep dreaming! Una go shock last last You think it's by being paid 70k by the APC campaign as a "digital media battalion" and then coming online to nairaland to foister tribal wars and defend the indefensible? Every Obi supporter out there supports him from a position of desire to see a better Nigeria. |
Emaprince:Let's not forget the dangerous call he had with ibukunle amosun. One where his raw hatred for the igbos were brought to light. Talking about handicapping igbos economically, ostracizing them etc etc. It was after I heard that leaked phone call, I began fearing that man. He's a danger to Nigeria. That's one reason I hate the APC ticket with passion.. apart from the fact that you couldn't find a northern Christian out of the many millions of northern Christians, you picked a radical islam fundamentalist. As in, you couldn't find liberal Moslems like Sanusi or zulum, you went straight for the purported leader of Boko Haram in Nigeria and someone who had to murder his party's ticket winner to become governor. Let Nigerians better be wise. |
Wike endorsing APC for presidency would be the death of his political career.. He knows very well that he would be moving against the will of the vast majority of his people. All the terrible things he has said about the APC in the last 8 years would be unravelled and used against him. All that Talk of not leaving a place that has Malaria for one with cancer would be nonsense in the end.. No human being on this earth has been as critical of the APC as nyesom wike.. He immediately loses all substance if he dares to actually endorse the APC. This is just me by the way, there is no indication he might actually do this. I'm just saying what happens in such an unlikely scenario. |
Disstroy someday I will like us to resume our liberal v conservative debate.. You seem like a guy I'm in tune with and I'm surprised how in terms of foreign politics we seem to be on opposite sides of the debate. Who do you wish to get the GOP ticket next year? |
Northerners speaking from experience.
|
Tribalism does not pay!! Whether a leader speaks your language or not, if the person is terrible, you would suffer from it. If the person's entire reason for aspiring to lead you is a sense of entitlement, one that he can be bold to tell you the voter "emi lo kan". IT IS MY TURN! Run ooooo! Give that person 20 miles. Tribalism is useless to the elite class. Know this, know peace. A bad leader na bad leader.
|
The fact that BATstards were hyperventilating over a skit that mocked all the candidates and honestly wasn't even that funny just shows how insecure and guilty they are and feel.. They know that whenever their candidate is put under the microscope he withers heavily. They know that they are supporting a bad person to rule this country. A person that even they themselves don't know his history.. The only thing that attracts him to them is simply the language he speaks and the religion he represents. That's all that's important to these folks. This 2 factors are the major factors to which they had to look for reasons to support their confirmation biases and justify their decisions. History would not remember these folks well. |
No wonder amoto loves the ticket. He has heard the message loud and clear and is happy to oblige. ![]() DissTroy: |
DissTroy:Yeah. Time has really proven you right.. The way Obi just became the extremely popular third force in a very short period of time has to be studied.. From relative obscurity to frontrunner in just 5 months.. I just thank God for giving us this unique opportunity.. What everyone can agree on whether you love or hate the man is that he has made a deep impact on our democracy. He has awaken millions of people who were blind to the importance of leadership and the role of government in their lives. This man would be one of the most celebrated Nigerians for decades thereafter.
|
OasisX:Try saying it again, this time without crying. ![]() |
