PetsDo You Need A Pet? See Ten Interesting Facts About The Cat by donmayorgroup(op): 11:53pm On Jun 22, 2016
Do you need a pet? Why?

Many persons have different reasons they go for a pet and the kind of pet they go for.

As for me, Am a lover of Cats. I will tell you why cats make the perfect pet.

Number 1, I grew up with cats. We used to have a cat in those days. A well trained cat. It never steal fish neither does it make away with the chicks

Number 2, Here is an excerpt from Dr Karen Becker's Healthy Pets.

Research shows that being able to care for a pet improves our morale, helps validate us and encourages us to take care of ourselves.

Some parents have discovered the family cat can help teach children the values of compassion and gentleness. Most dogs will allow family members to wrestle with them, chase after them, and roughen the house.

In fact, many dogs live for that type of interaction.Cats on the other hand, do not. If a child (or anyone) treats a cat roughly or aggressively, kitty will bolt from the room, putting an end to the interaction between human and pet.

So children learn the difference between sturdier, more tolerant pets and those that require careful, gentle handling.

And That's why cats make my perfect pet!

Do you have the intention of getting a cat today, here are ten basic things you must know about cats.

1. A cat can recognize it's owner's foot steps from 100 feet away.
2. They can digest food without chewing it.
3. Cats' nose prints are unique as human fingerprints.
4. They sleep a lot because their body release growth hormone while they are sleeping.
5. To find out how old your cat is in human years, you add 20

RomanceHow To Manage Fights In A Relationship: The Steps by donmayorgroup(op): 1:10pm On Jun 03, 2016
The more you communicate in this way with your partner, honestly and directly, yet with compassion, the closer and stronger your relationship will become.
.......................................................................

Misunderstandings and Fights are some of those unpleasant parts of a relationship that we wish wouldn’t happen. But what if it was also life-threatening?

Taking the blame or better known as Unilateral disarmament is a tool which every couple should not neglect. This actually has to do with the ability of a partner to momentarily drop his/her side of the debate and approaching his partner from a more loving stance. The idea is that when couples have tension between them, perhaps from not communicating successfully or directly, they start to build resentments toward each other, which often reach a tipping point.

An argument begins, then escalates based on an overflow of pent-up frustration and flawed communication. Heated moments are, however, the worst times to try to solve problems or make our points heard. They leave us saying things we regret or don’t even mean. This does not help the relationship.

Like i mentioned above, Unilateral disarmament involves shifting your focus from your partner’s words and behaviors to your own. The only person you can control in a relationshi...CONTINUE READING>>> http://www.michaeldoosblog.info/2016/06/how-to-manage-fights-in-relationship.html?m=1

HealthPsychotic Disorders: Avoid Drugs by donmayorgroup(op): 9:20pm On Jun 02, 2016
Another preventative measure is to avoid drugs
that have been associated with development of
the disorder, including cannabis, cocaine, and
amphetamines.

Psychotic disorders are severe mental disorders
that cause abnormal thinking and perceptions.
People with psychosis lose touch with reality.
Two of the main symptoms are delusions and
hallucinations.
§ Delusions are false beliefs, such as
thinking that someone is plotting against you
or that the TV is sending you secret
messages.
§ Hallucinations are false perceptions, such
as hearing, seeing, or feeling something that
is not there or exists.
The treatment or management depends on the
cause of the psychosis. It might involve drugs
(chemotherapy) to control symptoms and talk
therapy (Psychotherapy). Hospitalization is an
option for serious cases where a person might
be dangerous to himself or others around him/
her.
Some major psychotic disorders include:
1. Schizophrenia
2. Schizoaffective Disorder
3. Delusional Disorder
4. Chronic Hallucinatory psychosis
This article focuses mainly on Schizophrenia.
What many of you out there refer to as
‘madness’
SCHIZOPHRENIA
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder often
characterized by abnormal social behavior and
failure to recognize what is real. Common
symptoms include
· False beliefs
· Unclear or confused thinking
· Auditory hallucinations
· Reduced social engagement; and,
· Emotional expression and inactivity.
Diagnosis is based on observed behavior and the
person's reported experiences. Genetics and
early environment, as well as psychological and
social processes, appear to be important
contributory factors. Some recreational and
prescription drugs appear to cause or worsen
symptoms .
Schizophrenia does not imply a "split
personality", or " multiple personality disorder"—a
condition with which it is often confused in
public perception. Rather, the term means a
"splitting of mental functions", reflecting the
presentation of the illness. The mainstay of
treatment is antipsychotic medication, which
primarily suppresses dopamine receptor activity.
Counseling, job training and social rehabilitation
are also important in treatment. In more serious
cases—where there is risk to self or others—
involuntary hospitalization may be necessary,
although hospital stays are now shorter and less
frequent than they once were.

PoliticsEbonyi Gov. To Buy N116million Worth Of Vehicles For Past Leaders. by donmayorgroup(op): 12:33pm On May 26, 2016
On 24th May, 2016 at the so called ‘hallowed’ chambers of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, the House approved a request brought before them by the state Governor, David UMAHI. The request which was not deliberated upon was brought by the Governor seeking the approval of the House to purchase vehicles for past leaders and Governors of the State. This was approved in minutes!

According to the proposal, the Governor intends to recognize the efforts of the State’s past leaders such as Senator Sam EGWU, who is currently serving in the Senate and the first Democratic Governor of Ebonyi State; Martin Elechi, immediate past Governor of Ebonyi State; Senator Pius Anyim Pius, former Senate President; Ogbonnaya Onu, Minister of Science and Technology.

According to estimates, each vehicle will cost about N29Million and in totality, the State will spend about N116Million to purchase vehicles for its past leaders.

Reactions to this approval began right from the chambers of the House. Even some of the Honourable Members who echoed ‘Aii’ could not hide their feelings.

The people feel that the Government is insensitive to their plight. Ebonyi state is one of the poorest states in the federation. Its people are highly unemployed. Its workers are not just owed, but the little they used to earn was slashed by half and their take home package can hardly get home....

HealthWhat Is The Most Effective Proven Treatment For Depression And Anxiety? by donmayorgroup(op): 4:22pm On May 23, 2016
*In particular the fastest, most effective and permanent fix (and with the best / most thorough

Because of the experience I’ve had with depression, I have keenly researched and joined forum where experts discuss mental health.
I know am not alone in this.

Many of YOU out there suffer, or at one time or the other have suffered from both mild or acute, depression and anxiety. Anxiety is even more common as it’s needed for normal everyday functioning, although it might become a disorder when it disrupts one’s ability to function or carry out his normal responsibilities.

The following are excerpts from a team of mental health experts made up Psychologists, Counselors, Psychiatrists, and other experts in different fields of Psychology. As a matter of fact, individuals equally shared their personal experiences and that’s why I have brought them to you…to learn.
Calm down, read and learn!

Drew Gaut
(Longtime anxiety sufferer)

While I appreciate the A2A, there are a lot of good answers here already. All I would add is that there is no perfect solution.

Most people respond favorably to therapy, but not everyone, and it is not an attainable option everywhere. If it is available, though, I recommend making it a part of your solution. If your insurance won't cover it (or you are uninsured), many therapists have generous sliding scales. Try to find a therapist you can afford who has a personality you mesh with. You will do better if you are comfortable talking to the person.

HealthTips To Help You Overcome Depression by donmayorgroup(op): 1:41pm On May 19, 2016
Following the mail sent to me earlier today by Mel, i had to sit and think about depression and the devastating effect it has on our ability to function normally in the society and to relate well with people around us.

READ ABOUT MEL'S MAIL HERE>>>

I discovered that many persons attract enmity, hatred and disregard to themselves probably as a result of their mental disposition which normally may be no fault of theirs. It is equally possible that these issues are just minor, but the singular fact that we take them to heart and nurse them so well, it has graduated and dominated every activity around us.

Consequently, i deemed it necessary to research more and bring to you some simple pragmatic steps which will help you manage your depressive moods.

Here are some tips from my research and experience that may help, although I would suggest seeing somebody (counselor) even if it's just to talk with an impartial professional or a superior in the work place.

>>>Walk: Lots of it. And any other form of exercise. Anything. Even if you feel like you can't get up, drag yourself to your wardrobe, put some clothes on and move. Whilst walking listen to your favorite music or talks that offer advice on how to cope. Just ensure that it’s sane advice, realistic and speaks to your soul and mind.

>>>Eat healthy: That means no fried foods or junk. Drink green tea and take lots of vitamins especially b1, fish oil, vitamin c. If you're not sure, do some research. DON'T say you are broke o. LOL!!!

"Whenever you read a cancer booklet or website or whatever, they always list depression among the side effects of cancer. But, in fact, depression is not a side effect of cancer. Depression is a side effect of dying"
John Green, The Fault in Our Stars

>>>Talk to people that you can trust: They may not know all the right things to say and may even agitate you. Just know that they mean well and want the best for you.

>>>Make love, not war. When in the darkness it's easy to think you can fight your way out. Sometimes it works. More often than not it doesn't. Look for the most loving solution. It's not always the most logical but right now, logic doesn't really make sense and it's annoying because you already know the logical way out that everybody keeps telling you ie. “ get over it” “ let it go” etc But it's not helping. So if you are to choose an emotion, choose love and from that position, things somehow start falling into place.

>>>Create some distance between yourself and the place, person or event that has contributed to you feeling this way. Right now, distance could be your friend and may help you clear your mind. Go back when and if you're ready and it's safe to do so.

>>>Go with the flow knowing that even if you don't see a light at the end of the tunnel, there is one and it will present itself when you least expect it.

>>>Pray(Ekpere!) Relentlessly. Have faith that your prayers will be answered and they will. And your answers will come in ways that you least expect and may even be different to what you asked for. Give it a try for yourself.

Remember that you're valuable beyond measure. You and how you feel matters. Yes, you!
I hope this helps and I wish you a smooth recovery.
Don't go drinking or smoking. It doesn't help!
I love you.

SportsManchester United Match Cancelled Over Discovery Of Suspicious Package by donmayorgroup(op): 9:09pm On May 15, 2016
Curled from http://www.michaeldoosblog.info/2016/05/man-u-match-against-bournemouth.html?m=1

The dramatic evacuation of tens of thousands of fans from
Old Trafford sparked off when a mobile phone connected to
wiring was found abandoned in a toilet during Manchester
United's final-day clash with Bournemouth this afternoon was
the result of an 'elaborate hoax', it is understood.
The Premier League game was originally scheduled to kick-off
at 3pm but was hastily pushed back to 3.45pm and later
cancelled altogether when officials discovered an 'incredibly
lifelike explosive device' consisting of a mobile phone and
piping in a toilet cubicle.
Bomb disposal experts were called in to examine the device
and fans were told to stay away from the 76,000-seater
stadium while detectives and sniffer dogs investigated the
scene and a controlled explosion was carried out on the
suspect package.
I t is gathered that the results of the controlled explosion
point towards the device being an elaborate hoax and police
are expected to launch a wide-ranging investigation to find
the culprit. One security official, who saw the device, said:
'It certainly did not look like something you would want to
mess with.'
The decision to abandon the game was taken by the club and
the Football Association, following a consultation with the
police. Officers are said to have been thankful and impressed
by the calm response to the evacuation by supporters. A
picture of the device was taken before the controlled
explosion and is expected to be used as evidence, should an
arrest and charges follow. Greater Manchester Police
confirmed this evening:
'Full assessment now concluded and found device wasn't
viable. A full search of the stadium is ongoing.'

RomanceMy 2go Relationship Story:a Must Read! by donmayorgroup(op): 4:24pm On May 12, 2016
My friend, Chibuike had borne this in mind for the past six years and only God knows what we were discussing when he opened up to me. He equally begged me to publish this on my blog so as to hear from you what you think about his encounter with Linda, his 2go friend.
Please read and tell us what you think.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
Even as I keep growing, I have had causes to look back and think of events in the past that I think was really risky and could probably had taken my life. Of all my escapades, I can hardly forget my encounter with Linda and how…should I say she almost wiped off my family?
My people, these all began on 2go about six years ago. I met Linda in a 2go chat room and we got talking. We apparently left the room and were having private chats. We exchanged Phone numbers and called and talked at intervals. Linda was very friendly and it appeared she was from a rich background because she would always send me airtime anytime she felt I needed one and I couldn’t help loving her for that.
I was in my ND One and life wasn’t too clear to me. In as much as I appreciated her kind gestures towards me, I still entertained fears and I was a bit skeptical of her genuine intentions towards me. I thought I was alone in this until I invited her to come over to Benin City. She was residing in Yenagoa. It dawned on me that she could be harmless hence she entertains same fears as I do. So I summoned courage and traveled to Yenagoa to see Linda. I had told my parents lies as to my destination.
When I got to Yenagoa, Linda lodged me in a hotel (I can’t remember the name). Before I arrived, she’d booked a room for me and made other necessary arrangements. When I saw Linda, I was ‘miniatured’ before her. She was everything a man would want in a woman. Well-built with upright boobs and a complementary buttocks to give her that ‘cocacola’ look… and it all pleased me!
That night, we slept together in the hotel room, but I didn’t make love to her because she was in her menstrual period, although we romanced and caressed. The next day, we went round the town. We visited a place she said is her father’s house which he rented out. I couldn’t confirm from any one anyways. We equally visited other places in the State Capital, but one thing was obvious, she didn’t take me to her house. I can’t remember asking…I was foolish!
By the time I got back to Benin City, all fears I’d entertained about Linda had faded off and the communication was freer and on my next visit to Yenagoa, she lodged me in that same hotel. That night, I tried making love to her. It was a bit challenging because ‘it’ couldn’t enter. She told me that if I used condom, ‘it’ would not enter. I was skeptical but I needed to f**k this girl. I hopped in and at my climax I could only hear her yelling…’Baby, release inside, my mum is a nurse, release inside’…I OBEYED.

Revealed!: Chimaroke And Sullivan Are Responsible For Enugu Massacre!
Read more on www.michaeldoosblog.info

The menace of Fulani Herdsmen has become really worrisome in Nigeria. It is like a time bomb that soon will explode. Most worrisome is the Government’s lackadaisical attitude towards finding a lasting solution. The way it’s being handled, many of us are beginning to think that these Herdsmen are spirits or they are stronger and bigger than the Nigerian Government.
People may have different opinions as to the issues surrounding the Fulani Herdsmen attack on the innocent people of Nimbo Community of Uzo-Uwani LGA of Enugu State. But I am out here to tell the world what I believe. I am out here to state fearlessly my opinion on this issue. And my opinion is that Chimaroke Nnamani and Sullivan Chime, the past Governors of Enugu State are responsible for the death of our brothers in Nimbo! Believe it or not, that’s the fact.
Chimaroke came in and many people were hailing him ‘Ebeano, Ebeano!’ After so many years, I thought to myself… what did this man really do for Enugu State? Is it the Ebeano Tunnel he built, or the ESUTH permanent site he relocated to his compound in Agbani? Or the money he embezzled leaving Enugu State poverty stricken? Questions unanswered.
People rated Sullivan as the best Governor when he was in power. Frankly speaking, he did well in building roads within Enugu Metropolis, especially the Abakpa Nike- Opi Junction By-Pass. But the truth is that Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area is forgotten in Enugu State. Uzo –Uwani was never suitable for any Government projects.
All over the Federation, people see Ebonyi State as being backward. People see Ebonyi as the poorest State in Nigeria. But I can categorically state here that Ebonyi State is 100% better than Enugu State. There is no LGA in Ebonyi State without good access roads. There is no Community in Ebonyi where there is not more than five boreholes for the people to have access to clean and hygienic drinking water. I have not entered any Community in Ebonyi State and didn’t see electricity, neither have I ever got stuck in any community in EBonyi State because of network connectivity.
The former Governor of Ebonyi State, Martin ELECHI was known to have concentrated his developmental projects in the rural areas thereby opening up his people to business and linking them to opportunities in the town and also enhancing business transactions. The most remarkable of all his projects were the 34 unity bridges which cut across all the Local Government Areas of the state. This is because it helped unite Communities which were practically cut off from each other as a result of the collapse of the bridges built during the military regime. These 34 bridges of unity have also helped in the transportation of goods from the rural areas to the markets in Abakaliki Metropolis and elsewhere. This is exactly what the people of Uzo-Uwani, specifically Igbo-Ano DC comprising of Ugbene-Ajima, Abbi, Nrobo and Nimbo, suffer.
These four communities that make up Igbo-Ano DC are better described as forests. The then Enugu State Government did not know anywhere like Igbo-Ano DC ever existed. This DC is the closest to Nsukka either through Ugbene-Ajima or through Edem-Nrobo roads. The roads are better described as footpaths! Nobody cared about them. Once you descend down to Igbo-Ano D C, you are automatically cut off from the rest of the world. There is no network connectivity. These people practically suffer all manner of deprivation and perpetual neglect by the Enugu State Government.
Now you may ask how Chimaroke and Sulivan came into the picture. This is it.
On that ill-fated day of attack, I learnt that many persons were practically unable to make calls to the Security Agencies because there is no network coverage. When the Police and other Security Agencies finally responded, it was hours, hours and hours after my brother and sisters have been butchered in cold blood. Why? There is no means of communication, neither was there good access roads and we still say we are part of Enugu State. If Chimaroke had put aside his Ebeano chanting and ranting and cared even a little about the plight of the people, I believe we may have gotten a clean good access road from Nsukka to Opanda joining the Ogurugu road which is by every measurement, shorter. If Sullivan had during his tenure cared about my people, the Security agencies would have acted more swiftly, the Security agencies, would have received calls on time. If the lives of the people ever meant anything to the Government, with respect to earlier attacks, a police station would have been built, and well equipped and staffed to respond to such issues. But even if you buy them cars, where will they drive them…? Drive them in the air?
I know vividly that three roads lead to Uzo-Uwani from Nsukka. These roads are the Ogurugu Road which was built during the military administration and presently, it’s a death trap! The other two roads are TTC-Ugbene-Nimbo Road and Edem-Nrobo-Abbi-Nimbo Road. Amongst these three roads, the shortest to Nimbo is the TTC-Ugbene-Nimbo Road while the longest is the Oogurugu Road. The shortest road takes about 30 minutes to Nimbo even in the bad state of the road and will take about 15 minutes if it is tarred. The longest route takes about 3 hours even in its present state. I believe the State Governor, Ifeanyi UGWUANYI must have taken this route on that day!
I know you will ask if the state government knew there will be an attack. YES, THEY KNOW! There has been this history of attacks by Fulani Herdsmen on the people of Nimbo and its two neighbouring communities, Opanda and Ugbene Ajima.
Because I was terribly concerned about this, I wrote several letters to MTN, AIRTEL, GLO AND even ETISALAT begging, pleading and requesting that they should come to the assistance of my people. I volunteered to give my land provided it is situated in the right place, free of charge! But they never took me serious. They were more concerned about rubbish! They think business is all about making money…MBA!
Haven been disappointed by these network providers, I headed to Enugu State website to paste copies of my letters hoping they will look in that direction but nothing was done about it. I tried using all avenues to communicate the State Government but they were more concerned with projects in Communities that has big politicians and influence. Right now, I think, this is the right place to air my views on this issue.
We are suffering. My people are suffering. My people still go into the forests to fetch water from the streams and the rocks. Chimaroke and Sullivan never built a single bore hole for us. And it never mattered because nobody was there to speak for us.
Our market men and women are constantly being robbed of their hard earned moneys and people lose their lives along Nsukka-Ugbene and Nsukka Nnrobo roads because Chimaroke was busy ranting EBEANO and Sullivan cared less.
Our youths flee from the villages. Those who return from the cities do not stay more than two days. Families and loved ones are cut off from each other for years because there is no network connectivity in my place. Old men and women are seen under the scorching sun struggling up the hills just to get network signals to call and speak with their children and loved ones. The worst is that many have sustained injuries in the process, just to make calls. Business men and women detest our place because there is no good road, no electricity, no good water…there is just nothing. No Government presence, nothing.
If anything I have said above is wrong or disturbs you, feel free to confront me. I speak with facts and I do not care how you see it or if anyone is offended. Is it not also true that our pupils seat on bare floors? Did you also know that our children study in dilapidated buildings? hmmm.. i guess you don’t know. This is total neglect! And as long as those innocent people of Nimbo remain dead, I will always blame CHIMAROKE NNAMANI and SULLIVAN CHIME!
This is a wakeup call. My people, it’s time to wake up for your right. We have suffered enough. We are tired of this brainwashing that Enugu is beautiful, Enugu is beautiful. It’s all lies. If you want to see the true Enugu State, come to Uzo-Uwani LGA, come to Nimbo, come to Ugbene-Ajima, come to Abbi, come to Nrobo. Visit our schools, visit our streams, and don’t forget your phones. Come in your expensive cars, come with plenty money and you will better stand a chance to tell the stories yourself!
We must bring this to the notice of the State Government. Ugwuanyi must no follow the path of his predecessors.
We need;
Good Access roads
GSM Network Connectivity
Good and Hygienic Drinking Water
Electricity
And Security for our people.
All of the above were denied us for the past 100 years of Nigeria’s existence. We have been neglected for the past sixteen years by our former Governors, probably because they are not from Enugu North Senatorial District or from Nsukka. But this time around, we must let them know that Uzo-Uwani is one out of the 17 LGAs of Enugu State and as result, we deserve to be treated just like other LGAs.
Chimaroke Nnamani and Sullivan Chime killed our brothers and sisters at Nimbo Community!

RomanceMen Invented Cheating, But Women Perfected The Art! Check Out The Stories by donmayorgroup(op): 8:37pm On Apr 29, 2016
A blogger who asked women to share their most explicit sex stories on Twitter has left her male followers feeling a little paranoid.
Dami Olonisakin, from London - who blogs under the name Oloni - writes about sex and relationships, and on Tuesday night she asked women to submit their most toe-curling 'hoe stories'.
They came in thick and fast, and the blogger then shared them anonymously with her 16,000 followers.
Over the next few hours she was inundated with dozens of responses - from stories of cheating and two-timing to threesomes.

One woman revealed she had been sleeping with her boyfriend's brother for some time, while another admitted to sleeping with three men who were all friends.
'I was having sex with 2 guys who turned out to be cousins,' one confessed. 'Like they knew each other but I didn't know it was like THAAAAt.

'So the day I saw them today they were like hi, this is my cousin and I was like... There was nothing to explain they always knew everything.'
One admitted to sleeping with two men in less than 24 hours. 'I broke up with a guy I was with a few weeks before as he didn't see it going anywhere,' she explained.

One admitted to sleeping with two men in less than 24 hours.

'I broke up with a guy I was with a few weeks before as he didn't see it going anywhere,' she explained.

'She said that, following a night shift, she'd slept with a man she'd met online before having sex with another man who had texted her out of the blue. She called it her 'darkest moment,' adding: 'I don't think I'd ever do that again it's really not me!'
Oloni also shared the story of one woman who slept with a man she was 'trying to build a relationship with' one morning, before ending up in bed with her FWB (friend with benefits) the very same day.
'My FWB sex is just way better, I couldn't resist,' she explained.

And in one confession which Oloni shared, playfully labelling it 'crew love' one woman recalled sleeping with two men while 'completely forgetting they were friends.'
She ended up sleeping with their third friend and the trio ended up having a conversation about what they'd got up to with her between the sheets. 'So I've slept with the crew,' she said.
One woman confessed: 'I was in a relationship with a guy for 9 months but found out he cheated. I decided to forgive him amd during that time I got back in contact with an ex f*** body so I got my ex to drop me to his house without him knowing so I could get the D.'
Another woman shared what she called her 'greatest hoe achievement,' explaining that she managed to have three boyfriends on the go for a whole year.
'If I had crap sex with one I'd just call the other to come and take control,' she said. 'I had the time of my life playing these boys.'

However, while Oloni and her followers might have enjoyed the stories, the men of Twitter were left visibly shaken by her 'hoe thread'.
One wrote: 'These girls will give any man trust issues,' while Paa Kwasi tweeted: 'Some these confessions and stories and really chilly omg (sic).'
DjLammy commented: 'Lawd!!! @oloni's thread,' alongside a series of shocked faces. One Twitter user said: 'This thread proved that men invented cheating but women perfected the art.'
Even a female user wrote: 'Everything I've thought and said about men, I take back!! Women proved me wrong.'
The Maverick Nerd tweeted: 'This story is mad,' and commenting beneath a particularly explicit story, one man wrote: 'This girl is evil lmao.'

This is the killer of all cheat stories...the women killed it!

PhonesIphone And Whatsapp's End-to-end Encryption...what's Your Take? by donmayorgroup(op): 4:37am On Apr 24, 2016
Apple's end-to-end encryption on their phones, has been replicated on Whatsapp. When Apple announced that they will employ end-to-encryption on IPhones, it generated mixed reactions aw people thought it was difficult for law enforcement agencies to carry out criminal investigations, therefore threatening the ability of intelligence and other security agencies to fighting cyber crime and other crimes related to the use of mobile phones.
A visit to Whatsapp website revealed interesting facts and details about this newly introduced encryption.
This is posted as sourced from Whatsapp.................
From day one, we built WhatsApp to help you stay in touch with friends, share vital information during natural disasters, reconnect with separated families, or seek a better life. Some of your most personal moments are shared with WhatsApp, which is why we built end-to-end encryption into the latest versions of our app. When end-to-end encrypted, your messages, photos, videos, voice messages, documents, and calls are secured from falling into the wrong hands.

Security by Default

WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption is available when you and the people you message use the latest versions of our app. Many messaging apps only encrypt messages between you and them, but WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption ensures only you and the person you're communicating with can read what is sent, and nobody in between, not even WhatsApp. This is because your messages are secured with a lock, and only the recipient and you have the special key needed to unlock and read them. For added protection, every message you send has its own unique lock and key. All of this happens automatically: no need to turn on settings or set up special secret chats to secure your messages.

So to get your chats encrypted, update to the latest Whatsapp and get secured on the go!

RomanceArtificial Hair Attachments: Made From Human Corpses? by donmayorgroup(op): 3:46pm On Apr 23, 2016
In Solidarity with Natural Hair Lovers Community on Google+
Many women out there will be so ashamed to admit the possibility that they could be wearing DEAD people’s hairs. It’s quite unfortunate that some of us give very little considerations to the origin of our hair attachments. Am also made to believe that some of the hairs we buy down here are hairs from excavated corpses! But the real question is this, if these are human hairs, did they actually consent to their hairs being shaved off, was it just shaved off at the morgue without the knowledge of their friends and family?
Well, the contents of the above paragraph could as well pass as insinuations until I came across a true life story of a young girl. According to her, she visited Russia and to her utmost shock, young girls, as young as 13 years are coerced to shave off their hairs for a few pounds. She further revealed that some of these girls are either indigents or slaves who are made to forcefully shave off their hairs to make money for their masters. Now you become the end user, gallivanting and partying under the hairs of poor, hungry and disease stricken girls out there!
My research has also...

RomanceLove Apart, What Comes .next? by donmayorgroup(op): 3:36pm On Apr 23, 2016
Love is such a sweet thing that it makes us do things we ordinarily would not have done or would have done differently.  Love interprets and most times, wrongly events and actions around us. Love is accommodating and tolerates differences in belief, ideas, character, views and affiliations.
The benefits of love cannot be overemphasized. This is because love is the centre of whatever we do. Where there is no love, there is chaos, hatred, backbiting, violence and schism. Now love is good. Still, it appears love has put a veil on the eyes of many persons out there and they accept sh*t for love. This is what I came out of.
This is my story.
There is this beautiful lady whom I have dated for about five years. I met her when she was about 19 years old and was seeking for admission. I loved Princess and was ready to do anything for her. She is beautiful, lovely and I loved her more because she is assertive. Princess rarely made demands and hardly accepts money from me because she knows I hadn’t enough. She was ready to support me all through. When you say that a lady is hard working, then you must be talking about Princess. Like every other young man out there, I struggled to make ends meet and she undeniably believed in me and was hopeful that someday things will work out. Consequently, I was willing to spend the rest of my life with this noble lady. I did everything possible to keep her and give her hope that things will certainly get better. Whenever I get a thousand Naira note, I think about Princess and was ready to part with half of the money to make her happy. Whenever I see a lovely gown along the road, I will always buy and take to her. I know the size of her feet, waist and… size of everything…
Princess is not just faithful but detests any woman who cheats on her man. In her words…
’I can’t imagine myself sleeping with a man whom I have no feelings for. I just don’t know why a woman will open her legs for any man that comes around’
I could swear with my life that Princess can never ever smell the breath of another man until one early morning I visited her and met a man in his boxers in her hostel! She effortlessly tried convincing me they had nothing going on that he just slept. Okay o!
Since February 2011 when God brought our paths together, I had tried making known to Princess what I want in a woman. I made her believe that I detest and can never live with any woman who is
Rude
Disrespective
Insulting
And bears grudges in her mind

Unfortunately, Princess is all I have mentioned above. She throws words at me like…She is ready to say anything before me and it just didn’t matter provided she said her mind. That actually isn’t what I want.
What about you?
Princess made enemies, all my friends. In as much as I know she hates each and every one for a reason, I doubt it’s enough reason to talk to them disrespectfully. Severally, she’s been at logger heads with people around and I could only get comments like…
’BUSKY, THAT YOUR GIRL RUDE O!’
Is that what you want, guys?
Now this is the straw that broke the camel’s back.
On this fateful evening, Princess visited and as usual was preparing something in the Kitchen, and I was in the sitting room working on my blog. Occasionally, she will run into the room to continue with her favourite soap, ‘I Do’
Soon, someone knocked on the door. I beckoned on her to help with the door. Amaka is a friend and sometimes, whenever she is passing, checks on me. She came in and we exchanged pleasantries. She said she was going to a friend’s place and ‘branched’ to check on me. I offered her seat but she said she has to go because it was getting late. So I stood up to see her off. Amaka was ahead of me while I looked for a shirt to put on. Princess was like…
‘Nawa o (with a deceptive smile playing on her lips), so you are going out to discuss with her. Okay o’
I didn’t like the comment and I replied…
‘Princess, why are you being so fast? Nothing has happened yet and you are raising eyebrows?’
I slipped through the door and met Amaka outside. We were chatting and gently strolling towards the gate. But all of a sudden, Princess appeared from nowhere right in front of us and stood akimbo! She asked Amaka…
‘Ehen, tell me, who are you and what are you to him’ (She asked pointing at me) I was dumbfounded. I stood speechless staring at her. Amaka was taken unawares. She couldn’t immediately come up with an answer. Princess repeated the questions…
‘Am Princess, who did you say you are?’
‘Hmmm’ (Amaka began) ‘My name is Amaka. I stay around and most times I just come around to say Hi to them’ (referring to my neighbour).
‘Hmmm, is that all?’ Princess retorted
‘Yes’ with this response, Amaka moved on and I stood there confused. I wasn’t sure of what to do next. Everything happened so quickly and I didn’t know when and how to come in.
When I returned to the house, I didn’t say a word to her. I continued on my blog. Throughout the night, I couldn’t sleep. The next day, I prepared for work. I dropped some money for her and left.
When I got back from work, she had left and didn’t take the money I dropped. After three days, she sent me a message on whatsapp. She said
‘Tell me what’s happening. Are we breaking up?’
I didn’t reply that chat. After few more days, she called me on my line and said…
‘Just be a man and say the words. If we are breaking up, tell me, just say the words…’
This time around, I told her that was not willing to talk about that.
This morning in my office, I was just thinking about the whole incident. I thought to myself.
What if I’d married this girl, how will people see me? That I can’t control my wife?
‘That my wife ‘runs’ me’?
My people, I know she may not be 100% wrong in whatever happened that day. But I was thinking it would have been better if she had enquired about the girl from me instead of confronting her the way she did. I believe she embarrassed not just me, but my visitor. I believe she was out to soil my image before people out there. I also believe she was looking for a way out and it was so cheap for her.
Now, I know that it’s not all about love. Love apart, what do we do with the character and habits of people we love and who are not willing to change? Do we keep them because we love them? Or do we do away with love and strictly demand for a change in character?
Love had blinded us for years, but right now, I want to be with a woman that will be my wife and not my husband.
Tell me what you think?

HealthSocial Anxiety Disorder: There Is Way Out (1) by donmayorgroup(op): 12:01pm On Apr 21, 2016
It's normal just for anyone to feel anxious or tensed prior the execution of an action or in the midst of some people or to feel nervous in some social situations. For example, going on a date or giving a presentation may cause that feeling of butterflies in your stomach.

Anxiety as a normal phenomenon prepares one for any actions ahead. Just like I mentioned above, when you about to give a speech, presentation, or be involved in any public event, its very normal for you to feel nervous initially, but in social anxiety disorder, everyday interactions cause significant anxiety, fear, self-consciousness and embarrassment because you fear being scrutinized or judged by others or even the fear of failing!

This is a chronic mental health condition which affects the victim both mentally and physically and most times threaten the individual’s ability to relate with others in a social setting comfortably. Psychological procedures such as counseling, medication and learning coping skills can help one gain confidence and improve his/her ability to interact with others and socialize comfortably.

It’s most imperative to note that when an individual experiences feelings of shyness or discomfort in certain social situations, it may not necessarily be signs of social anxiety disorder, particularly in children. Comfort levels in social situations vary, depending on the individual's personality traits and life experiences. Some people are naturally reserved and others are more outgoing. But being reserved does not mean you suffer Socio-phobia!

Apart from the everyday nervousness which I said earlier is normal and a good lift for a better performance, social anxiety disorder includes fear, anxiety and avoidance that interferes with your daily routine, work, school or other social activities and relationships.

Symptoms Of Social Anxiety

Some of the indicators include:

Having anxiety in anticipation of a feared activity or event
Concern that you'll offend someone
Worrying about embarrassing or humiliating yourself
Fear of situations in which you may be judged
Intense fear of interacting or talking with strangers
Fear that others will notice that you look anxious
Fear of physical symptoms that may cause you embarrassment, such as blushing, sweating, trembling or having a shaky voice
Avoiding doing things or speaking to people out of fear of embarrassment
Avoiding situations where you might be the center of attention
Spending time after a social situation analyzing your performance and identifying flaws in your interactions
Expecting the worst possible consequences from a negative experience during a social situation

Physical symptoms

When an individual suffers from Social Anxiety Disorder, some physical symptoms are experienced and they include the following:

Fast heartbeat
Upset stomach or nausea
Trouble catching your breath
Dizziness or light-

headedness
Confusion or feeling "out of body"
Diarrhea
Muscle tension

Situation Avoided By People Suffering From Social Anxiety Disorder

Using a public restroom
Interacting with strangers
Eating in front of others
Making eye contact
Initiating conversations
Dating
Attending parties or social gatherings
Going to work or school
Entering a room in which people are already seated
Returning items to a store

Social anxiety disorder symptoms can change over time. They may flare up if you're facing a lot of stress or demands. Although avoiding anxiety-producing situations may make you feel better in the short term, your anxiety is likely to persist over the long term if you don't get treatment.

HealthPhoto: Ten (10) Steps On Managing Your Anger And Emotions (1) by donmayorgroup(op): 11:51am On Apr 21, 2016
Many people define anger differently based on their understanding, experience and perception. Anger as a state of being ‘mad’, annoyed, vexed or irritable, cannot be given a single definition.

As complex as anger is, it is equally a daunting task managing and controlling it. People’s inability to manage anger has destroyed marriages, broken relationships, caused death and injuries even when they are preventable.

Its most unfortunate that we hardly can control our emotions nowadays. Now does your blood pressure skyrocket when your child disobeys you? Do you fume and rage when you are cut off in the traffic? How do you react when people offend you? Are we quick to react? How fast are you to speak your mind when angered?

Well, however way the offense comes, its most important we handle it positively. Like I mentioned earlier, uncontrolled anger and emotions can negatively affect you psychologically, physically and even threaten your relationship with people around you.

Now if you are ready to get your anger and emotions under control, maybe you should consider following these steps.

1: Try Think Before You Talk

It might really be difficult to do, but knowing its benefits will help you stay away from saying something you will regret later. Don’t be a rush to respond to maybe your partner, friend, parents and even strangers. Take a few moments to think of the consequences of what you are about to say. Do you think it will spark another round of argument of fight? When you want to talk, don’t play the blame game!

2: Express Your Feelings In A Calm state

You will discover that you will say the wisest things once you are calm and relaxed. Be assertive but non-confrontational. Like…’I know we all feel really hurt, I believe we can work things out…’ Assertiveness lets you state your stand and needs clearer without hurting the other person’s feelings.

3: Exercise

Engaging yourself in a physical activity will tremendously help reduce stress which gives rise to anger. If you feel your anger is getting out of control, go for a walk, exercise yourself and your muscles will relax.

4: Take A Break

Breaks either from work or from activities that tend to breed stress and anger are the best ways of preventing them. A few moments of quietude and calmness, away from all issues is enough to get you balling again.

5: Identify Likely Solutions To Your Problems

It’s always better to seek for ways of solving anxiety inducing or anger inducing phenomenon instead of focusing on the cause(s). Does your child’s dirty room irritate you? Shut the door. Does your husband return late for dinner, re-adjust your schedule? The golden rule is to remind yourself that anger can never fix your problems

CelebritiesBack To Back Butt Show By Iyke Ogbonna's Columbian Wife! by donmayorgroup(op): 11:44pm On Apr 17, 2016
The way this our Columbian wife exposes her big
'nyash' leaves non to imagination!
It's quite understandable that she was a wild bird
before we married her. Yes we know. But here in
Nigeria, married women don't go about flaunting
naked butts before the camera!
Seriously, am not vexed with the woman. What
about my own brother Iyke who has our Igbo blood
in him? Did he grow up to see his mother going
about naked? Has his father ever shown him the
picture of his mum flaunting her a*** before the
camera?
The pictures at the beach, okay okay, no offence,
but what about the one in the house. That is a
compromising position for a wife to be right before
the camera and the whole world...and the foolish
husband had the guts to post the god damned
m**f**k*g shit on Instagram!
Now I began to ask...where are the morals we were
taught? Where has our culture gone to? Why have
we chosen the Western culture against ours that
preaches against nudity, immorality, and other vices?
Well, I pray he gets to see this. Change is what we
want!
Iyke Ogbonna and Wife...CHANGE!
