Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has “strongly advised’’ all directors of Lekki Worldwide Estate Limited to submit themselves to the Commissioner of Police within the next 24 hours or face immediate arrest. A statement yesterday by Commissioner for Information and Strategy Steve Ayorinde, said the governor had also directed the suspension of work at the Lekki Gardens construction following the building collapse. He said based on preliminary reports and investigation, it was discovered that the collapsed building was served contravention notice for exceeding the approved floors and thereafter sealed by the Lagos State Building Control Agency. Ayorinde said it had also been discovered that in a brazen act of defiance and impunity, the owners of the building, Messrs Lekki Worldwide Estate Limited, the promoters of Lekki Gardens, had unsealed the property. According to him, they continued building beyond the approved floors until the unfortunate incident of Tuesday which led to loss of lives. He said the government also directed that further integrity tests be carried out on every other construction project which had or is currently being handled by the company in the interest of public safety. The Commissioner said the governor expressed his condolence over the death of the construction site workers. He said the governor had ordered the Police to cordon off the site as it was a crime scene. Ayorinde added that the government would no longer tolerate the actions of unscrupulous owners and builders who challenge its supervisory control, thereby endangering the lives of people. "It will no longer be business as usual. "Any developer, either on existing or new building projects, who fails to comply with building and construction regulations or attempts to subvert the law, will henceforth face criminal prosecution,” Ayorinde said. He commended the timely response by the combined team of the Lagos State Emergency Authority (LASEMA), the Lagos State Fire Service and National Emergency Agency (NEMA), among others. http://thenationonlineng.net/submit-police-ambode-tells-building-owners/

…Agric minister wants quarantine service back in seaport. Five containers of beans exported from Nigeria to the Republic of Ireland have been rejected and returned by the importers after the products were received with heaps of weeviles. Currently, exportation of beans from Nigeria is banned by the European Union, but it is not clear when the rejected product was exported. Nigerian producers will resume exportation of beans to EU countries by June this year, according to the minister of state for Agriculture, Mr Heineken Lopobiri. Inspecting the rejected agricultural product at the PTML Terminal, Tin Can Port Lagos yesterday, the minister of state for Agriculture, Lopobiri said that the containers were returned because heaps of weevils were detected in them by Republic of Island Quarantine Service. The minister described the return of the containers as a national embarrassment, saying that the containers were Exported without the knowledge of the Nigerian Agriculture and Quarantine Service. Lopobiri said that government would be returning the Quarantine Service back to the ports to partake in the examination of import and export containers. He said that hence forth, for any agro-product to leave the country, it has to be certified by the Quarantine Service, saying that this is the global practice, in US and other developed countries. He said, “Currently there is no more dollars oil and so, we need dollars from agriculture. We are in trade deficit with every other country in the world including Cameroun, and Benin Republic."So, we are trying to encourage as much export as possible so that we can substitute petrol-dollars to agro-dollars. “No government agency has right apart from Quarantine to say that agro-products is banned for export or import, it is the legal and exclusive responsibility of Quarantine Service.” The minister, who disclosed that the EU suspension is only on beans, and that the suspension would expire by June 2016, said relevant authorities would conduct their investigations, because the EU is concerned that if appropriate measures are not taken they will extend the ban on beans to other products. http://www.leadership.ng/news/507657/ireland-returns-5-containers-beans-exported-nigeria

HARDDON:Well, older women are not only more mature, and financially independent, but they're also better lovers and usually won't mess with your head. These are just some of the positive aspects of dating an older woman. |
Cutehector:After all, age ain’t nothing but a number. But the biological theory has always been men prefer younger women, while women prefer older men because they offer resources and stability. But evolving gender roles in modern society have led to more equality between the sexes, challenging this antiquated notion for men. I believe that young men nowadays probably also recognize that older women are adept at diligently juggling so many responsibilities (career, children, housekeeping, fitness, finances, socializing), which makes them intriguing and attractive and a more secure option. |
Relationships between older women and younger men are not uncommon. In fact, men like their woman to be matured, independent, and financially secured. Nevertheless, before getting into such a relationship, every man should weigh the pros and cons of dating an older woman. “Age is strictly a case of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.” — Jack Benny While talking about an older woman dating a younger man, our first thought goes to tinsel town’s very gorgeous and glamorous Demi Moore. Her relationship with Ashton Kutcher, who is nearly 16 years younger than her, has been gossiped about so much, that people very affectionately have given her the cognomen ‘the original Cougar of Hollywood’. Back in the day, when the duo started their romance, it was looked down upon, and so many found it strange that a young man was in a relationship with a woman who was so much older than him! Funnily enough, times have changed so much, that such relationships are widely accepted and embraced with open arms today. There are many that do not let the ‘age factor’ come in between them, especially if they have a beautiful relationship with the woman they love. But like in the case of all relationships, even one with an older woman has its own pros and cons, which are elaborated in this Buzzle write-up. The Pros Older women are matured and more experienced in all aspects. The way they handle their life, career, finances, and relationships is remarkable. Their entire approach towards how things should be done, especially in their relationships, is unique. Older women are more understanding as compared to younger women, and this is due to their past experiences. They will not nag you like a woman your age will. You will also be able to enjoy your space and time with your buddies, as she will be busy mostly working on her own stuff. They are more focused where their goals and targets (regarding their life) are concerned. They are patient, and are very good listeners. Older women give the best advice, and are amazing at cheering you up, especially when you are feeling down. They have this knack of analyzing and tackling problems in a very mature and elegant way. Apart from all this, they enjoy physical intimacy, and are always game for a good cuddle. Older women are very sophisticated and classy. Their tastes are refined, yet simple. They love spending quality time with their boyfriends, and even an impromptu stroll in the park makes them happy. They are spontaneous, and are game for trying out new things and exploring new places (taking her out for romantic getaways will earn you some extra brownie points). One thing that is very noticeable with older women, is that they are oozing with confidence and class. They love to be wined and dined at classy and romantic restaurants. The conversations you have with them are on a different level altogether. They will never indulge in mindless gossip with you, nor will they bore you about how their nail broke, or some other mundane issue like that. Even the conversations you have will always be intelligent. They will talk to you about topics that are interesting, where even you can put in your knowledge and experiences. You will never feel as if your girlfriend is showing off with her knowledge, because, she will, in a very subtle and classy way, put forth her points. The Cons Just like how every good thing has a flip side, even a relationship with an older woman has its own drawbacks. Even though you get all the space you want in your relationship, some women are not so accommodating. Because of your age difference, she may feel insecure of the fact that younger women may catch your interest, and you might eventually leave her for one of them. This aspect will make your woman a little possessive. We really can’t help it, but women are very territorial. Apart from being territorial, the most cliched con about dating an older woman is the fact that she has some issues about her past, the same mysterious past that she may or may not keep all mum about. There might be an ex-husband, a child or two, or worst-case scenario, a throng of no good ex-boyfriends. All these factors do play an important role in what and how she is today. Due to the pent up emotional baggage and stress, she may be grumpy, cranky, and sometimes plain old mean, and it may get too much for a man to handle. But with love, care, and probably a nice romantic picnic under the stars, you will be able to turn her bad mood into a great one. Show her that she is important, and it is guaranteed to bring you superb results. So, you have the emotional baggage and stress sorted out for you, but then comes this biological clock, which only women can feel ticking. It’s not a real clock that you can keep on your nightstand, but it’s a woman’s internal aging process, and every day brings her closer to D-day. See, the thing with women is that, they are naturally born caregivers, and they know this. That is why, once they feel that they are prepared to have a child, they want to go ahead and have one. Women want commitment, to settle down fast, and have a family of their own. So if you are 24 to 28 years old, and your girlfriend is past the 32-year mark, then there is a lot of pressure on you to settle down and handle your responsibilities. She wants a child, true; but every time you do something wrong or in a way that she does not like, she treats you like a slowpoke! Why? What’s with the constant patronizing (especially during arguments)? Older woman tend to treat their boyfriends (especially if you are younger than her) like children, at times, specially when it comes to taking care of things to be done. The constant ‘you are supposed to be doing this like this…’, or the ‘I told you so’, if the guy does it wrong, gets very irritating for him to handle, and he feels like running straight for the hills. Alright, yes, older women have the experience, but men need to make their own mistakes so that they learn from them. But no! Every older woman will always give you ‘advice’, in the guise of taking over the task (we women do tend to become control-freaks when it comes to doing things, sorry guys – it’s in our nature). There is a way around dealing with this, just talk it out with her face-to-face, and sort out your issues. Older women have the benefit of age, making them very easy to talk to. Like I mentioned, they are understanding, and will hear you out. They will try to do whatever it takes to keep the relationship going well, provided they see a future in it. So have patience with your woman, ’cause at the end of the day, even though she is older, she is still a teen at heart. http://www.tellyouall.com/17886-2/ |
Beetwo:Execution is in fact the third most likely outcome following a death sentence . Much more likely is the inmate to have their sentence reversed, or to remain for decades on death row. Ultimately, the Malaysian system of capital punishment arguably creates unnecessary suffering for both those defendants sentenced to death and the surviving family members of the victims of the crimes for which the defendants were convicted. A Malaysian Court of Appeal today March 8th upturned the death sentence handed down to a 31 year old Nigerian man identified as Abuchi Ngwoke, by a Malaysian High Court for trafficking 251.66 grammes of methamphetamine into Malaysia in May 2012. The Malaysian High Court had sentenced Abuchi to death after he was arrested at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport on May 23rd 2012 and taken to the Melaka General hospital where some precious stones he swallowed, tested positive for methamphetamine. Abuchi through his counsel, Hisyam Teh Poh Teik, had approached the Malaysian Appeal Court to appeal the High court’s judgment, arguing that he never knew the precious stones which was handed to him by his Nigerian friend named Chibike in Nigeria was laced with 251.66 grammes of methamphetamine. The Malaysian Court of Appeal ruled that there were merits on the issue raised by Abuchi’s counsel. The judges then sentenced Abuchi to 20 years in jail and 10 strokes of whipping and ordered that his jail sentence should begin from the date of his arrest which was on May 23rd 2012. http://nigeriacamera.net/photo-malaysian-court-upturns-death-sentence-handed-nigerian-drug-trafficker/

Emir Abdulmumini Kabir Usman of Katsina has decried the rising rate of drug abuse by youths and women in the state stressing that urgent measures needed to be taken. Our correspondent reports that there is widespread concern of excessive drug use by youths who reportedly indulge in the consumption of Indian hemp, cough syrup, tramadol capsules and other psychotropic substances. Addressing a gathering at Alqalam University, at the weekend, Emir Kabir said the trend was becoming more worrisome as it continues to assume alarming dimension in the state. The Emir said he recently received a report of drug abuse in the state which prompted him to convene an emergency stakeholders meeting noting that a communique drafted after the meeting would soon be presented to the state government for prompt action. According to the Emir, the incidence of drug abuse happens at different places including primary schools. He added that it was sad to note that even married women are not left out. He advocated for urgent and drastic measures to be taken in stemming the tide so that the nation does not wake up one day and ‘‘see mad men all over the place due to excessive drug intake.’’ A visibly worried Emir Kabir challenged the management of the university to buckle up by taking more stringent measures in guarding against the menace as this will augur well for the society. “Any student caught should be expelled. Don’t say because he or she is a ward of so and so director, therefore we will spare him or her. No!” the Emir enthused. http://leadership.ng/news/507217/drug-abuse-katsina-alarming-worrisome-emir |

Heavily pregnant actress, Lilian Esoro, has warned people constantly asking her questions about her baby and delivery date to desist from it. The Clinic Matters star actress and wife of tripleMG boss, Ubi Franklin took to her Instagram to bare her mind to the people she termed ‘Womb Watchers’. “This people that congratulate you on Instagram, ovary watchers that ask for due date or the sex of your baby when you aren't even pregnant or you didn't announce a pregnancy. It's really awkward so please just stop. Pregnancy is really sensitive and women go through a lot so if someone isn't pregnant or doesn't announce a pregnancy please keep your opinion/questions to yourself. Do you know if a woman is trying to get pregnant with no success, do you know if she's going through a loss, do you know if she's having a difficult pregnancy or if she just wants to keep it away from social media? So to all the womb watchers that constantly question women about their ovaries on social media. Please just stop,” she wrote. Mrs Franklin showed her baby bump in public for the first time at 2016 Headies award held on January 1, 2016. http://news2.onlinenigeria.com/entertainment/464173-pregnant-lilian-esoro-warns-“womb-watchersâ€-to-stay-away-from-her.html

The federal government has reportedly filed lawsuits against multinational oil corporations - Shell, Chevron, Agip and other major oil companies for failing to remit N2 trillion crude oil revenue. The revenue not declared between 2011 and 2014, according to Ynaija, runs into over 57 million barrels of crude oil shipments. As contained in the lawsuits, which were filed on Thursday, March 3, at a Federal High Court in Lagos, the decline in crude oil revenue recorded in 2014 "necessitated an intelligence based gathering of data, which showed that part of the reasons for the decline in the revenue from crude oil exploration was the refusal to declare and/or under- declaration of crude oil shipments". The suit stated that "the crude oil declared to have been exported from Nigeria, was less than what was declared to have been imported into the United States using the same shipment by the same vessel on the same bill of lading’. In carrying out the shady deals, Agip Oil allegedly used two vessels while namely "Value" and "Cosmic", while Chevron allegedly used three vessels; "Triathlo", "Poetic Olympic Future" and "Olympic Flag". The oil companies are being accused of illegally shipping 57 million barrels of crude oil, and selling to buyers in the United States alone, between January 2011- December 2014. Representing the federal government in the civil actions against the firms are Professor Fabian Ajogwu (SAN), Selekeowei Larry (SAN), Wilson Ajuwa and Audu Anuga, the report said. The government is seeking the court to compel the companies to remit $51,033,180, $462, 681,780, and $145, 848, 551 being the value of the missing payments. It was gathered that the case has not been assigned to any Judge. http://pulse.ng/local/shell-chevron-fg-slams-oil-firms-with-n2trn-lawsuit-over-alleged-oil-fraud-id4763791.html?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=daily-2016-03-05&utm_source=newsletter |

kolexepana:You are far from the truth bro. I have an android phone. The truth is that all these smartphones have their own set of pros and cons. We all know that there are some basic advantages and disadvantages that come along with these devices. But if you are always on the go and have to reply to your emails instantaneously, love chatting with family and friends and don’t care about applications, then this phone (Blackberry) is for you. There is a wide range of models to select from. |

Every day someone questions my Blackberry as the smartphone of choice but I can honestly say that it makes my life easier and me a more productive manager. THERE ARE CERTAIN WAYS BLACKBERRY IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY OVER OTHER SMARTPHONES. So how does the Blackberry IMPROVE productivity versus other smartphones? (1) E-mail and calendar work amazing WELL and are lightning fast. (2) Type super fast on the physical keyboard without looking, taking notes, writing blogs and other longer texts. (3) The battery always lasts longer even if the phone is used heavily. (4) It's small and can easily be used with one hand when needed. (4) The hardware is robust and has never failed me in the last 5 years. (5) When roaming it uses a minimum amount of data when sending and receiving and messages and no need to turn off other applications. (6) The services are extremely reliable with only one major incident in October 2012. (7) Related to the first point but usability is extremely good with swipes, touch screen and keyboard complementing each other. (8. Core services such as Camera, Calculator, Weather, Whatsapp and evernote work really well. (9) The lack of distraction from latest games and apps may be related to discipline rather than the device but I'll put it on the list anyway. And yes, I have an android with me as backup and to use all the great apps that also improve my daily life. Maybe the combination of two or three phones is the reason that Blackberry remains my primary device. My android battery doesn't last long and I have a problem with that. |
'DECEITFUL, REPUGNANT, PAEDOPHILE' The disgraced winger deserves every syllable of condemnation that will come his way after he was found guilty of sex offences against a 15- year-old girl on Wednesday. Adam Johnson will no longer be known for his ability on the football pitch. His past achievements of winning the Premier League, FA Cup and 12 England caps hold no significance. From now on, the former Middlesbrough, Manchester City and Sunderland winger will be remembered as a convicted sex offender. On Wednesday afternoon at Bradford Crown Court, a jury of eight women and four men found him guilty by majority verdict of 10-2 on one count of sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl. This came after he had already pleaded guilty to one charge of grooming and one count of sexual activity with a child. He was found not guilty on a charge relating to another sexual act. The disgraced Johnson is not “the villain of the piece” as his defence barrister Orlando Pownall QC tried to have the jury believe in his closing statements last Friday. He took advantage of his hero status to abuse a young Sunderland fan, who was forced to recount her experience in the three-week court case. After the verdict, Johnson's victim released a powerful statement in which she revealed the devastating impact that the ordeal has had on her health. "It’s been the hardest year of my life," she said in a statement. "I was made out to be a liar. What happened in his car has turned my life upside down. I have lost all of my confidence. The gossip on social media and hearing all of the horrible names that people have been calling me has been devastating to me, my friends and my family. "There have been times when I’ve wanted to hide away from the world. There have been times when I’ve tried not to show people how upset I am, but sometimes it hasn’t been possible and I’d just cry. I’ve felt so broken. "I hope Adam realises the hurt and damage he has caused. I now want to put this awful experience behind me and begin to rebuild my life." National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) provides aid to adult survivors of child abuse. The organisation's head of public affairs, Kath Stipala, fears that Johnson's abuse at the trial will haunt the victim, now 16, into her adulthood. "The time that the legal process can take, and people have to retell their accounts of the most humiliating and degrading experiences you've ever suffered in your life," she told Goal after the trial had concluded. "Having to talk about it publicly, over and over again, it's quite a hostile situation. "The court process can be really traumatising, especially things like defence questioning, being called a liar, and aggressive behaviour. People who when they first disclosed they were abused might have been called a liar if they were a child who told someone. So when they get called a liar in court, that's a really traumatising experience." Ms. Stipala added: "It's a child, it doesn't matter what they wanted the person to do. The onus is on the adult to behave appropriately." Johnson knew that the girl was still at school and was under 16 years of age, but that didn't stop him. The whole affair began on December 31, 2014 after the girl had attracted Johnson’s attention by asking for his autograph outside Sunderland's ground, the Stadium of Light. They met in private the following month on January 17, 2015 and, again, 13 days later. There was disagreement over the second meeting – the victim claimed they engaged in two sex acts, whereas the defendant denied it went any further than kissing. The 28-year-old was sacked by his club Sunderland on day one of the trial, February 10, after changing his plea to guilty on two of the four charges against him having originally given no plea. Johnson exchanged 834 WhatsApp messages with the victim, making a string of "creepy" comments and remarking that the girl "owed" him for signing a shirt in his Range Rover. After they met for the second time in a secluded car park, on January 30, 2015, he mentioned to the underage girl that she had "felt very turned on" and that they "might have to go in the back [of the car] next time". The footballer admitted he was hoping to have sex with the child but protested that, once he had started kissing her, he "knew it was wrong and I didn't want it to carry on any further". Prosecutor Kate Blackwell QC told the jury in her closing statement that "he is lying that it went no further than a kiss" and highlighted Johnson's Google search of the UK's age of sexual consent four days after this last meeting. Johnson confessed that he felt "absolutely awful" about his actions and stressed his own "stupidity", apologising in court to the victim and her family. But his remorseful words were undermined by his insistence that the victim fabricated the sexual activity to police. Johnson, who showed no emotion in court as he was found guilty on three of the four charges against him, doesn't deserve a shred of sympathy for destroying his own life. But spare a thought for the lives around him that he has ruined. As with any victim of child abuse, the girl Johnson groomed - who is guaranteed the legal right to lifetime anonymity - has been put at risk of long-term psychological damage. Victims can continue to suffer into adulthood with post- traumatic stress, depression, self-harm and low self- esteem, and have an increased chance of committing suicide or falling into crime, prostitution or alcoholism. The girl's father revealed during the trial that his daughter was "crying her eyes out and saying she wanted to kill herself” prior to telling him of the abuse she had suffered. NAPAC'S Kath Stipala added: "A lot of what the crime is, is the impact on the person. The loss of trust, that sense of violation, it stays with them for years. It harms their ability to have relationships in the future. It's a big psychological impact." In addition to the crimes he committed, Johnson’s defence barrister accused the victim of “barricading herself with the untruths she told” in an effort to discredit the legitimacy of her testimony - which will only have added to the schoolgirl's torment. The victim's statement included this harrowing line: "I’ve been in some very dark places over that time and I thought the trial and giving evidence, having my say, would give me closure. But it didn’t. It put me back into the same dark places and I felt worse than I’ve ever felt before. This was because I still didn’t feel believed." Johnson also subjected the mother of his one-year-old daughter to total public humiliation. Her name won't be mentioned in this article because she deserves a level of victim anonymity too. After attending the court with Johnson on day one of the trial, the 26-year-old woman’s picture and name were plastered all over the front pages of the British tabloids, leading the public to question why she was standing by her man. During the case it was revealed that the two had actually split but “remain friends”, though it was too late to stop the tidal wave of sick abuse she was also receiving on social media that led to her closing her Facebook account. She was brought to tears in the courtroom as it was described how, just a couple of weeks after she had given birth to their daughter, Johnson had secretly met with the child victim. She was demeaned in public after hearing how her former partner had cheated on her with “several women” throughout their relationship. Her name is now associated with a sex offender and there's nothing she has done to deserve it. Similarly, Sunderland didn't ask for the negative publicity, but the club were forced to answer allegations after the trial that they were aware the player may not have been innocent of all charges. The court heard that Sunderland chief executive Margaret Byrne had been in possession of Johnson's police interview copy and transcripts of his suggestive WhatsApp messages with the child since May 4, 2015. “It’s plain Sunderland football club knew exactly what was going on, they choose for whatever reason, rightly or wrongly, whether for commercial considerations or in the knowledge they were facing relegation, they allowed him to play. It might be in hindsight they regret that decision,” Johnson's defence barrister, Mr Pownall QC, said. The Wearside club released a statement on Wednesday insisting that they were unaware that the footballer they purchased for £10 million in 2012 from Man City would change his plea to guilty. "A suggestion was made that the club knew all along that Mr. Johnson was intending to change his plea just before trial to enable him to continue to play football for the club and that the club may also have been involved in tactical discussions about the plea," Sunderland stated. "This is utterly without foundation and is refuted in the strongest possible terms. "Had the club known that Mr. Johnson intended to plead guilty to any of these charges, then his employment would have been terminated immediately." The fact that the real victim was only mentioned once - in the penultimate paragraph - of Sunderland's 686-word statement does not look good. His defence team denied that Johnson delayed his guilty plea to ensure Sunderland didn't terminate his £60,000- a-week contract until the last possible moment. But it looks like that will be the last paycheck he earns for a long time as judge Jonathan Rose warned him that he will be going to prison. "You must understand when you return here at the end of March that it will be to receive a substantial prison sentence," the judge told Johnson before granting him bail to say goodbye to his daughter ahead of sentencing in two-to-three weeks' time. Having been reprimanded by the judge for joking with a security guard earlier in the trial, there was no smiling from Johnson as he faced up to spending between four and 10 years behind bars. In court, Johnson was described as “repugnant” by his own legal counsel, “deceitful and manipulative” by the prosecution, and “a bit of a paedophile” by a friend of the victim giving evidence. The disgraced footballer, who should not be allowed to play the sport again, is all of these things and worse. He has destroyed his own reputation forever, risked causing long-term psychological damage to his victim and ruined so many other lives around him. http://m.goal.com/s/en/news/9/english-football/2016/03/02/20873102/deceitful-repugnant-paedophile-how-adam-johnson-devastated?ICID=HP_BN_5

Nigerian companies operating in the Upstream oil and gas industry have cried out on the severe impact of the sliding crude oil prices on their operation. The sector operators lamented that the nation has lost about $21 billion to the plummeting crude oil price saga, while the oil companies reel in financial quagmire. The Managing Director of Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc, Austin Avuru, at the 13th Aret Adams Annual Lecture Series in Lagos, said that Nigerian independent oil companies were most affected by the drop in price of oil globally. Speaking on the topic: “Low Oil Prices: Challenges and Opportunities,” Avuru said: “We all borrowed to fund acquisition and growth capex. Many are now cash negative and yet need more investments for production increase to survive,” According to him, an average of $60 per barrel was required for most companies to survive in 2016, adding that the nation needs to embrace effective domestic utilisation of fossil fuels to survive. The Seplat boss said that because Nigeria heavily depends on oil to balance its economy, the drop in oil prices was a huge blow to the country’s major revenue. Speaking in the same vein, the Managing Director, Chevron Nigeria Limited, Clay Neff, said Nigeria had the opportunity to improve its competitive position in the global oil and gas industry. Neff said Nigeria had lost about $21 billion investment due to the dwindling oil prices and lack of investor confidence in the country in the last two years. According to him, Nigeria should under this current situation restore investor confidence by providing for competition in the domestic oil market. He said the country should ensure security of live and properties and control stability and simply approval processes. The Chevron boss said that the country should solve joint venture funding challenges and payback arrears, adding that Nigeria had an attractive resource base. Chairman of the occasion, Malam Muhammed Hayatu-Deen, , said discovery of oil had a global impact in the world economy. Hayatu-Deen, who is also the Chairman, Alpine Investment Limited, said while some used it to reverse their economy, others wasted it. http://www.ngrguardiannews.com/2016/02/pangs-of-low-crude-prices-hit-oil-firms/

Pharaoh94:That would be quite stressful. Don't you think so? He should save himself the stress and just get a genuine charger. That would be fine. BTW, your recommendation is unsafe. |
DEXTROVERT:Since you have already discovered they are fake, endeavor to get a genuine/original charger at once. The fake ones might destroy your phone. Because fake chargers can be erratic in nature when it comes to supplying electricity, they might just end up nuking your whole phone. Fake chargers are made of poor materials and they are a health hazard. Getting a good quality charger is always advisable. |
After launching a product from a popular brand, some manufacturers try to duplicate and sell it on the market. In this way, you buy the product with your desired brand which is fake. These type of products don’t go longer and you lose your money. They may also harm your original product. Fake charger also looks like the original one. You can’t differentiate which one is original and which one is fake. The charger works like the genuine one, but it may damage your smartphone. So, be aware of duplicate products. There are some points to differentiate original vs fake charger. Often times, after charging 2-3 times with the fake charger, it becomes hotter than normal. In some cases, the charger is original, but the USB charging cable is fake. You can identify using the port size and colour. The port color of the duplicate one is darker than the original one, and also it is a little bit longer. http://elecengworld1..co.id/2015/11/how-to-differentiate-between-original.html?m=1
