The bill have been their since 1984 and he knows kaduna is religiously volatile while is he revisiting an issue that is already enacted when he suppose to be acting on it, he should have let sleeping dogs lie. the initial public outcry on the bill emanated from his state else u and I who reside outside the state including prophet suleman wouldn't have bother. This shows it has an under tune agender targeted at a particular religion.

I think the catch here was to publicize the bill so that people know something like that exists and it is going to be enforced by his government.

Adaure4ever:
Nothing is wrong with staring, We all stare but it should be done maturely.
I went to a wedding ceremony with my mum and I noticed that three guys who were in a round table beside us were just staring at me and whispering something to themselves, when I looked at them, two of them move their eyes away while one just released a shy smile.. Though that particular one that smiled looks cute and was fair. LOL
They continue this way till the ceremony ended even my mum noticed it and asked me if I knew them. Hahahahaha.
It was a bit embarrasing.
My main point is that some guys need to learn how to stare in a stylish way at someone.. I can offer to teach it. LOL.

I'd like lessons.

Education / Please Help My Understanding by dovetark: 9:47am On Jan 20, 2016
In secondary school I was taught that "there are 2 electrons in the first shell and 8 electrons in the 2nd shell, and all other shells". It was also said that the maximum number of electrons a shell can have is 2n^2, meaning the third shell can actually hold a maximum of 18 electrons. When drawing orbitals and filling them up with electrons, why don't we put 18 electrons in the third (m) shell?

Nice @op how about having a business idea and lacking the appropriate skill to excute it, meanwhile you have strategies that will make such idea a success, how do you source fore genuine partners with skill, keep a relationship with them and build a team that will deliver. Considering the fact that time is ticking and you cannot learn everything at once.

Politics / Who Appointed The Emir As Chancellor of UNIBEN? by dovetark: 10:39am On Nov 26, 2015
Jonathan appoints former CBN boss, Emir Sanusi as UNIBEN pro-chancellor

The former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi (Muhammad Sanusi II), has been appointed as the pro-chancellor of the University of Benin, Edo State.

Sanusi received his letter of appointment at his palace on Monday from the Minister of Education, Ibrahim Shekarau. The former CBN boss who raised the issue of the missing money at NNPC, said it is good to always do good.

“I’m saying this because as the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria then, I came to the rescue of the university by spending N500 million to construct a bridge yearned for by the university for over 30 years.
“If at that time one told me I would reap the reward of that job almost immediately I would not agree, but today, in Allah’s favour, I’m being appointed the pro-chancellor of the university, something that is telling one that he should always think of being good not only to his close people but to everybody far and near,” he said.

Oshiomhole is one of the best performing Governors - Emir Sanusi

Oshiomhole

Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, has described the performance of Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State as commendable and satisfying.

The traditional ruler made this statement during a courtesy visit to the governor at the Government House, Benin city.
He said, “I am happy to see that you are doing well.

“I have been following some of your recent comments on the minimum wage, you have remained consistent with the ideals for which you are known.

“I am here this time on the occasion of the honour done to me by President Muhammadu Buhari by appointing me Chancellor of the University of Benin.

“Your Excellency, for me, it is a matter of deep pride to be associated with this city and this state and this particular university, and, I can assure you we will do our best to ensure we bring as much development as we can and to further strengthen the excellent relationship between the people of Kano and the people of Edo.”

Responding, Governor Oshiomhole said he was honoured to receive the Emir at the Government House.

“As the governor of this state, I still have fond memories of your last visit to Edo State then, as the governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) with regards to your resourcefulness, and initiatives in the area of empowerment of rural people. We remember the laudable legacies that your highness left behind as the CBN governor.

“I want to thank you for your support, for your kind words and your prayers. We also want to congratulate your highness on your richly deserved appointment as the Chancellor of the University of Benin which we are all proud to describe as UNIBEST and I am sure under your leadership, it would witness even more growth and development and Edo as a community will continue to benefit from the activities of the university.”
