Tinubu is a true leader of men and resources.
Who can love ApC more than Tinubu and Buhari?
Can any sane person convince me why Oshiomole should be removed?
Can any sane person tell me the perfect person that will not commit human errors like Oshiomole?
Can any sane person convince me that the human errors of Oshiomole is so unforgivable to warrant all these hog wash? |

amaniro: As a lawyer I read Sagay books but to be honest, the guy is dumb as Fvck when it comes to common sense As a lawyer I think you are probably more dumb than Sagay, when it comes to both the law and common sense. As a non lawyer ,I know what Sagay said makes very logical common sense. Two cases were dismissed based on the same principle of finality and only one got fined. Whereas for the Bayelsa case, the law clearly states that you disqualify a candidate based on false information of fundamental nature and not on conflicting information . |

Always endeavor to read contents and understand issues before vomiting comments. Becoming a governor through the court determining the actual lawful votes,is different from becoming a governor by default through the court's disqualification of the actual winner, based on name descripancy. |

peeddy: Injustice by the presidency has been upheld and jealously guided by the judiciary. The only Hope that Ihedioha has was the court, but they myopicly dashed the feeling to someone anwering the name. Stupid comments from PDP apologist. To them justice is only when PDp wins. Was ihedioha able to produce any result to counter that of Uzodinma or any report to show elections were duly cancelled in affected polling units. And what concerns presidency with this or why was Bayelsa case not influenced by presidency? |

Sermwell: this politicians like playing the masses like you as fools!! Buba might have been wrong here but this is only coming to light because he's not on the same page with buhari! just let tinubu or even Abba kyari fall out with buhari today, then you'll know how corrupt they are, but as for now they are saints as far as buhari is concern!! Your case is pathetic to say the least. A case that had been in court even before Buhari became President? Which of Tinubu or Kyari 's court case if any,has Buhari influenced because they are in Buhari's good books. Jonathan and Obasanjo could not successfully prosecute Tinubu and you expect Buhari to do so abi? Is Galadima the only politician not on the same page with Buhari? Or Buhari should order Amcon to stop doing its work against his perceived enemies so as to avoid people like you? I think you are the fool here. |

Ayemileto: He said he didn't take a Kobo.
All the businesses he wants to purchase the fertiliser from reject the credit letter. A statement by Mr. Jude Nwauzor, the corporation’s corporate communications head, yesterday said Galadima and Bedko Nigeria Limited, his company, owe AMCON nearly N900 million which was collected during the first phase of Eligible Bank Assets purchase from Unity Bank Plc in 2011. Perhaps people like you do not understand how AMCON operates. AMcon does not manufacture or concoct debtors. AMCOn had taken over(bought)all bad debts of bank customers just to save innocent bank depositors and avoid collapse of the banking sector. Believe Galadima at your own risk. |

OhiOfIhima: Lesson to learn here is that, all my wards will only go wit two names.. Surname n his/her official name.. I hate more than two names.. I have been a victim to this in the pass.. Where I recommended to my Waec register to write my three names, the man in d end went ahead to wrote just two n abbreviated d third, When I asked him, he shouted at me like "no space hidiot " I have to rectified it after I graduated from high institution.
I will sue any teachers or individual who even dare to ask for my kid third name.
That errors has derailed many people opportunity.
Look at d man now, causing APC a huge blow in Bayelsa State Whatever, the law does not include conflicting information as a basis for disqualification. Only false information can disqualify a candidate. The intention of the law is to the effect that the candidate did not forge the declared qualification . The SC judgement is a total calamity. |
Politics › Re: Degi-Eremienyo: The Conflicting Names That Disqualified APC Deputy Governor by Doyin2(m): 1:59pm On Feb 14, 2020 |
Validated: The forgery is introducing Eremienyo not anywhere in his certificates. Typo and misspelling as well as first name before last name can be overlooked. Not bearing an entirely new name in a governorship race. Perhaps you need to go back to school to understand the meaning of forgery. So if my Bsc certificate reads John Mark and MSc reads John Chidi Mark Adamu, backed by affidavit of change of name,I am a forger, abi?? And the court was unable to prove that I stole or forge the two certificates. Clowns every where on Nairaland! |

OChimex: But they didnt get that Sworn Affidavit......
You will never understand this judgement until you contract someone to do a job for you worth 10 million, and that person you supposed to pay the said 10 million gives you account name different from the name he signed on the 10 million naira contract. My friend, the law talks about deliberately giving false information or forgery,to be disqualified. This is very much different from the scenario you had painted, which implies conflicting information. Conflicting information is not the same as false information. An affidavit would suffice to correct conflicting information. |

Politics › Re: Degi-Eremienyo: The Conflicting Names That Disqualified APC Deputy Governor by Doyin2(m): 1:33pm On Feb 14, 2020 |
The SC judgment is final. However it is a total calamity. The issue at stake is whether having different names on a certificate backed by an affidavit of change of name, amounts to false information of a fundamental nature. Facts: 1.No case of forgery was established 2.No evidence to prove that the defendant is indeed not the owner of the certificates Case of false information was not proven beyond reasonable doubt. I am tempted to ask if you really need to be a trained lawyer or judge,to deliver sound justice IMO,now Bayelsa, what a shame!!! |

Iamgrey5: Tinubu is speaking from both sides of his mouth on this.
Summary of what he said:
He is not saying that Amotekun is bad but he is not saying the government is wrong either.
However, both of them cannot be right at the same time because the government's position on Amotekun about the legality of it.
Federal Government had the luxury of consulting with the state governments directly to understand their operations before they chose that position. Tinubu is very wise. Truth be told without emotions,Amotekun is inevitable provided the legislation is put in place. That is the hidden message of the Jagaban. Half a word is enough for the wise. |
