You have a right to exhibit your caricature knowledge and interpret the court judgement to suit your mediocrity.

But a sound mind knows that the implication of the judgement is that non attachment of certificate due to one reason or the other, can never be implied that the contestant is not qualified or does not have what he claimed to have,if he can provide affidavit to the effect that the certificate was not available for attachment as at the time of submission.

In court,it was proved that indeed Buhari had the certificates he claimed,by tendering it. So the issue of whether Buhari gave false information that is fundamental to his qualification,does not arise.

That his classmate said they were not required to submit certificates,does not imply that the military did not have Buhari's documents one way or the other,by coup and illegal ransacking of his house.

Whatever,his classmate or military can never be regarded as the truth tellers over Buhari. That would have to be decided in a separate court case of pejury,to determine whether PMB lied under oath or not.

Moreover,the fact that a witness say something,does not mean the truth. It has to be backed by indisputable evidence.
