God works in mysterious ways. Sent her a FB mail apologising for my insecurities (dis OP post made me recall memories) and pronto, she accepted. Waiting for my message all these while. Happiest dude on earth at d moment.

RomanceRe: Confessions Of A Fat Girl by Dreamflyin(m): 8:16pm On Jul 16, 2013
Try gowns. Dose flowered skimpy knee lenght ones. U got nice calves nt elephant legs which is a big plus for u. Flaunt it. Wear near jeans pants wit flat moccasins and a bit bulgy tops to hide d belly. Nicely colored tops. Have an eye catchy hair styles. Walk confidently. My ex, a kenyan, was a bit like u. Bak in SA we went shoppin and gadged her up. Though it was nt easy in d beginning cos i too got depressed cos of her mood swings but i stuck with her cos frankly, she's d best personality i've ever seen/dated. Strong willed, smart but always depressed about her looks. Social life was zero etc. We tried, nice wears, pride, and she was able to pik herself up. Bak home nw and d hottest in her estate. Sees her and friends on FB n stil feels d loss. Long distance relationshps neva works out.
RomanceRe: Confessions Of A Fat Girl by Dreamflyin(m): 5:19pm On Jul 16, 2013
U look thick but could look nicer wit nice wears. Be conscious of how u dress and look gud. Beware of NA Goldd***ers also.
Get busy with school cos relationshp wise, it'll be hard to get someone dat really digs u unless u've got a really nice dress sense and personality. Plus size gals are always depressed (in my own opinion) and ends up stressing out even d BFs. Be free with urself, be proud of urself and shine bright like a diamond.

Don't make ur man jealous. I'm not supporting the slap, but do unto Chima how u'll like to be done unto by Chima.

Imagine a hot lady commented Chima on his trouser bulge and Chima winked at her, i hope u'll buy him a bunch of flowers?

Sorry for the slap, but sulk and do ur tin till he apologises and buys u a gift or gives u a treat, but next time tell an admirer dat u got a better admirer not acknowledge the admiration in Chima's presence.

PoliticsRe: Dana Air Had Technical Fault While Taking-Off In Lagos Yesterday by Dreamflyin(m): 6:09pm On Jun 11, 2013
OP dis is an affront to the aviation community. That the pilot took emergency procedures and landed safely does not mean that the plane was in grave danger, rather it goes a long way to show the professionalism of Dana Air management and pilots.
Attacking Dana brand, that values ur life and their brand by landing the aircraft after a technical glitch is so unfair.
TravelRe: Nairobi Photos (kenya): A Beautiful East African City by Dreamflyin(m): 12:17pm On Jun 11, 2013
if u hav nt been to Nairobi, den dis pics wil definitely brainwash u about nairobi. I could upload d pics of Island around marina and adetokunboh streets plus plush ends in ikeja, lekki and VGC and pass it off for being Lagos.
Nairobi no make sense oooo, but i gbadun Karen abit.

Education is worth d paper it is written on. For the loan issue, dats d risky part. Go for more professional advice. Look for a critic dat'll oppose ur biz plan as a failure, after dat u can rethink. Best of luck, d next Dangote!!!!

U ar freakinly handsome. I'm jealous, but frankly, combine dat ur face, body wit intelligence plus gud family money and u'll sail in d air.
Chicks dnt dig broke handsome dudes, no be nollywood.
Nw should be investing quality time in ur books, graduation, possibly a gud course abroad, and touché, just ur face wil get d ladies HRs goin gaga. Stp uploadin pics on NL to feed ur ego. Ego based on looks at this age is a killer, ur ego now shuld be based on intelligence, nt street smartness, but being brilliant. For a start go read a whole lot of books and quit Nairaland. Ur age bracket is d most inquisitiv of all. An opportunity lost....

Dem for send him come him village for naija. By d time hunga wire am, and he see im mates dey hustle for lagos sun, no b person go change him mindset. If he even mistake go lagos mosque, d abokis go even deny him.
Nigeria has always and will always be d asylum/correction facility for all the oyiboland crazy kids.
A friend family use style dump their daughter for cousin house waka go bak. If u see d gal nw ehh; na she dey kneel down, use rag wipe floor wella, wash utensils, sweep sweepables n all. U go surprise say na d same chick wey dey smoke like there was no 2moro and does cocaine like snacks.

So sad peeps dnt knw hw tough life is in Nigeria. There are married men with kids earning N10-N15k monthly all around this nation, especially in the cities. If not, why should a sane tinkin human being live in a slum?
Alot of Nigerians are so insensitive, abi unexposed to the brutal realites of life in naija. When politicians shares out N200-N500, y does peeps leave their supposed well paying jobs to scramble for dat peanut at campaigns?
Alot of comments on nairaland is really saddening. We are all no better than our leaders. GEJ, and others, sorry i insulted una alot of times. We are all the same.
CrimeRe: Girl Stabs Her Classmate To Death For Attempted Rape by Dreamflyin(m): 12:13pm On May 13, 2013
Wen i first saw d story on FB, i was surprised hw peeps were insultin d gal because she followed d dude home. Lets be frank;
d gal like d dude to follow him home. Evry lady would giv u a green light to toast her, nt s§x her. She did wat alot of gals has been doin for ages to guys they'll like to date.
D dude tuk d familiarity to a higher extent cos he've been takin advantage of oda gals like dat. He's a big boy in his own might, n naturally gals will flock around him, but forcin himself on a gal is a no no.
It's surprising dat alot of Nigerians don't really knw wat a RAP€ is!
Dis kind of rape is common in all Nigerian tertiary institutions. As am talkin rite nw, i knw up2 30 girls are raped at d moment across our universites!

Danfo: @biolabee,

Thanks for the 'effort marks' (20/20).Professionally I am an high level Analyst.

Personals apart, no there is no hastiness here. You see, the instrumentation or tools for identifying a problem is constantly provided by means of words. In other words, when you start talking/commenting an expert will identify your core/central issue(s) right away.

And if I identify pride as the issue here why do I have to wait to state my honest opinion. Wait till when? Shey you understand?

As far as I know the OP is here for frank and honest opinions not some stupid, sycophantic, nursery, and senseless comments people makes which has no impact on her desire for a solution.
Abegii, u self get d pride, even a bigger one. U tinks dat u ar on a higher moral/intelligence pedestal above everyone.
Bro, pride is an innate tin in every human being. We all got it. Who wants to knw if u ar a professional wat.(analyssss, abi analysian, someone shuld pls teach me gud englisss).
We all got PRIDE!
Thanks. I'm grateful for the replies.

Sorry if I offended anyone by mentioning UK. What I meant to explain is I'm always on holidays to London to relax and expand my search my a husband. I work in rotational shifts so when I get 4 weeks off, I like to use it to travel which is like 5-6 times a year. I'm not bragging ot showing off. I don't even go for shopping or live lavish when I visit there. Maybe it wasn't worth mentioning so I'm sorry.

I'm a catholic but started attending winners. I'm active in my Church even though most women are there for the same thing. They gossip too much and all that. Most of these brothers are not what i'm looking for or they're sometimes naïve and me I can't settle for any man anyhow. I like activities so I go out a lot and don't partake in irresponsible things. I'm just ready to have a husband and my own home. When you meet a man that's not settled, they usually bring their baggage to me and as a single woman I don't think I should be feeding any man. My siblings are getting hitched and im feeling the pressure to have my own.
Abegii she've come out plain by being herself. Maybe u ar 2 'modern' for d dudes u come in contact wit. Who wants to get married to a responsibility? Not me of course!
There was d chick in SA i really admire. She's single n like evry oda gal wants to get married. She dates Nigerians like there is no 2moro( but dnt take dat for granted). She always surrounds herself wit positice minded ladies like her.
If u wanna date her, n got not ur acts 2geda, u beta run, cos dem gals takes no losers cos they wanna get married.
Live ur life, hav a gud time. Someday, somehow, u'll get ur man, even if it happens not, there are lots of single mums livin happily if u ar really dat desperate.
Societal pressure is a b/tch, but dnt allow urself be statistics of divorcees or victims of domestic violence.

Haters full 4 dis Nairaland ooo!

Frankly, u wouldn't get a hussy at a club(night clubs i guess).
There are a whole lot of gud dudes around u, but maybe ur attitude is scaring all n sundry away. Chek thineself!

Ur confidence may pass for pride.
Good dress sense maybe ostentious dressing, etc etc.
This is Africa, n in Africa, a lady wit an ego more dan a dude is a no no, unless u ar really lucky 2 get a very liberal minded African( i'm yet to see one, nt withstandin many havin education n born in western nations).

Best of LUCK(cos u need lots of it).

Why must u?
Is dis life or ur kids life a lottery?
Most parents deserve the firing squad!
FamilyRe: How Many Kids Would You Like To Have And Why? by Dreamflyin(m): 7:14pm On May 07, 2013
Evryone is nw countin off numbers like it's arithmetic. Wen dose kids wants to study oversea u'll complain dat there's no money n hw u trained urself in school.

If u can't afford to giv ur kids d best in education(wich we all knw is outside Nigeria), pls park well.

One dot for me. If he/she goes wayward though i'll try my best, at least he/she'll hav sometin tangible to start life off wit. Kids ar nt gift from God, but gift from my di#k.

Nairalanders, pls be4 we all rush in2 conclusions, dis is d reason y govt is passin dis law-

A private jet is solely for the private use of the owner/company. It does nt engage in commercial activites. FG is puttin up this law cos 95% of private jet owners lease out their jets to aviation companies to operate commercially for them. Dats fraudulent n tax dodging! Will u buy a porsche as a private car den giv it a taxi company to use it 2 do bizness for u, while u dnt pay tax on commercial vehicles?

It's unethical and a cheat!

Naija pple talk say 'na condition make crayfish bend'. Since our private jet owners nw route d law to do illegal biz, d govt is nw breaking d law to come out wit unconventional acts to nail dem. It is no witch hunting abeg.

This current aviation ministry is d most pro active in history of aviation since d demise of Nigerian Airways. Pple ar shouting tribalism because d benefittors of d corrupt system ar nw gettin their ass whooped.

Den d issue of foreign registered planes is a crime to Nigerians. An aircraft dat was bought wit Nigerian money shuld be registered in Nigeria and crewed wit Nigerians. It's unfair to Nigeria to be sendin our millions out of the country monthly to pay ur foreign crews and maintain ur foreign registration. Wat happened to local content development?

There are no jobs den y giv d few dat ar available to foreigners? Y devalue the currency more tru capital flight annually?

We shuld support most of the current aviation ministry acts, though a few are questionable, but most are noble and truly projects protectionalism of Nigeria's interests.

God bless Nigeria!
God bless Nairaland

(atheists sorry ooo)
Bless Nigeria
Bless Nairaland
