@Muma, I saw your comment. I'm just working on some things. I promise that the next recipe I post will be fertility-friendly. I'm doing some research to know foods that shrink fibroids, help women with pcos and endo, etc, and then create recipes around those foods.

@tundeseun, skimmed milk is milk with most of the fat content removed (or skimmed off the top).

@honiepie, unripe pawpaw? R u serious? Do u know if it affects guys? Cos my dh doesn't like soft, mushy paw-paw. He prefers those crunchy not too ripe ones.

Rofemiguwa, yes, you can use a nonstick pan in place of a wok. Just increase the heat slightly cos a wok cooks faster. As for the halogen oven, you can use it for everything, but i really dont know about cakes. I've used mine for chicken, beef, fish, potatoes, but never for cakes. Thankssss for the compliments, I'm very grateful.
