http://uk.clearblue.com/clearblue-ovulation-test-range/clearblue-digital-ovulation-test-–-7-test-pack Don't reuse the stick. You can only use it once. It will display for 8 minutes and go off on its own. If it's positive, it will display for 24 hours. |
wonyi: @ aunty dream, pls come to my rescueWith the clear blue? Lemme send you a pictorial |
@Honiepie, that's cool. Like I said in the email, I thought you were still angry because of the comment you made in ibo as a reply to Muma. Life's too short to stress the little things. |
@Oct20, I dey kampe jare. How r u, how is DH? Will email you. @Favoured gal, seconded. Other opks used to confuse me. With clear blue, I found out I actually ovulate 2 days before I previously thought. Smiley face all the way! @Sen.tempest, it's easy for me to say 'don't worry', but really, that worry can only delay things cos of stress. Please relax, I can imagine what is going through your mind, with all the circumstances you outlined. Challenges occur in every relationship, the important thing is how we handle them. Do you know what the cause for delay is? Is it unexplained? May the joy of your salvation be restored sooner than you expect, in Jesus' Name. |
Welcome bajehaugustina, may your stay here be brief and blissful |
@Honiepie, I'm sure no one was insinuating that you had anything to gain from the sale of bsm and acv. We know that you are trying to help, and we are very grateful. Dont take it personal, to the extent of losing your appetite. For what now? It's just sad that when he would try to take advantage of people by trying to force them to buy quantities of the product because he feels there's a demand. No vex. |
@Mowafruitful, na wa o. The thing has become a money making venture for somebody somewhere. Look for it in shoprite or healthplus. Y must u be forced to buy half a carton? |
@Omalichachim, thank you darling. May God give you a bumper package this month. |
@Mowafruitful, it is well. God knows how much you want/need the job. I pray you get it, in Jesus' Name. As for your babies, have no fear. You will carry them sooner than you expect. @Favored gal, no morning sickness o. It's almost 24hour headaches that I'm having. At this point, I almost wish I was having morning sickness. Lol. No problem sha, anything wey wan happen make e happen, the important thing is for them to be born in good health of mind and body, and for dh and I to be alive and well to welcome and take care of them. How are you? How is LO? How is 2nd trimester treating you? Please take good care of yourself. @mum2be, I'm sure someone who can help you will come along soon. |
@Muma, congratulations on your promotion. Please stock up your freezer o, I dey come make you wash am for me. This is just the beginning of the good things God wil shower you with. @Hawtmummie, 2 things are involved: 1. Do a hpt to confirm pregnancy 2. Check the packet of that green tea to confirm alcohol is not one of the contents. LMAO! BFB kwa? @Faith2013, I'm leaning towards a tech gadget for the pastor, a fashion accessory for his wife. Or sponsor a little trip (depends on how much you are willing to spend sha) |
Ayakaanoh, congratulations! Wishing you h&h pregnancy. Please check your progesterone levels as our sisters have said. Hugsssss @Prettyrosefave, yours is next o! @all, please do your hpts nd bpts and come and testify. We still have like 25 bfps to declare this month. @Chimdalu, hmmm, I want you to read Alwaystrue's post again. If you are preggie by December and you don't have a bump, will you announce it to everybody that you are pregnant? You just announced a breakthrough recently. You need to relax and let God complete the work He started. Christmas is still like 2-3 cycles away. Hugs |
uteh: @Samplet, d moringa leave powder is more effective. Someone mentioned dat d seed is not good for implantation. Sprinkle d powder on ready prepared food eg pap, soup, before eating or mix with honey or warm water and drink. I used to infuse it as tea before, but i just found out its more effective taken raw.@Mowafruitful, I take it how Uteh stated. I also used to infuse, but I stopped. More smoothie recipes on the way...remain blessed |
@Flakeey, the one I use us Navitas Naturals, but I guess as long as it's 100% maca root powder, it should be fine. @Mum2be, by God's grace, I won't stop making those recipes. They helped me and my dh, they might help other people too. May your stay here be brief and blissful. |
@Child.., my sisters have said it all. This is a journey of faith, and the first step is to get a new name. There is nothing that's too hard for God to do. I pray that, on this same forum, you will announce your bfp. May God give you triple for your trouble. You are very welcome. @Mowafruitful, yes I do. Just soak the almonds in water overnight. The next morning, blend with desired quantity of water. You can refrigerate it for up to 3 days. @Prettyrosefave, that's a man for you o. Lol. In glad he liked it. As for the ginger and garlic, I don't think I cook without at least one of them, mostly both. Except in soups. |
@Kaynee, hugs! May God give you double for your trouble. I know how it feels, but it will never happen to you again. Amen @uteh, no those are plain molasses. Black strap is what you are looking for. You never know sha, check the label. @Mowafruitful, I've never seen almond milk here o. Someone has sha, I make mine myself with raw almonds. I order my Maca online. I've only found multi maca here. |
Please, those of us with fallopian tube issues, do your research on serrapeptase+cinnamon poria+motherwort+royal jelly. I've been coming across this combo lately, and it seems to be working for ladies with blocked tubes. Don't take my word for it, research please. |
@Faith2013, that is so true about Anambra men. I don't get it. R u from Ogidi? I'm from Obosi. |
@Molola, no stress. May your transfer click soon! Mustard is easy to incorporate, grind half a tsp and add. Moringa seeds are trickier, you can grind them into a powder, then mix with the honey and cinnamon for him. I'm sure that will be fine. @Flakeey, I would suggest that you blend without the honey. Some of these are actually quite tasty on their own. After blending, you can add the honey as you use the milk. Remember, there are also savoury uses for the milk. Radishes are a close match to Maca. I use them a lot in salads. Those can stand in for maca till you can get Maca. |
@Tonneh, welcome. May your stay here be brief and blissful. If you take the time to read some pages back, you'll find answers to most of your questions. @Bcolah, these are the pics. Although the fruit itself is plentiful in Naija, I've only found the nuts in shops.

@all, new recipes up http://www.frostedbakeshopng..com/2013/10/ayanana-milk.html http://www.frostedbakeshopng..com/2013/10/plantains-cod-and-greens.html http://www.frostedbakeshopng..com/2013/10/chicken-ball-curry.html @Flakeey, God be praised for your breakthrough. May evil women and men be kept far from our marriages, IJN. @Nmagirl, pls lemme convert to cm and come back to reply. When I had fibroids, I didn't have any symptoms too. And they were 6cm and 3.5cm. It was just when I started running tests that I found them @smiler, no they don't ship the maca to you, you need a shipper @honiepie, I'm glad the recipe helped you. @iyabetajos, I'm jealous of taramisore o! Haba! |
Awww, thanks sooo much. I'm very grateful for the good wishes. Tbaby, ore mi timo timo, love u 2 babe. Thank uuuu. LO don dey kick? @iyabetajos, na ur footsteps I dey try follow. I trust you are doing very well. Molola, that is soo sweet of you. You already know your stay on this thread is short. Meanwhile, I don catch u, so u are one of my silent visitors abi? Ok ooooo. @Jesus4ever, yes ooo, that is soooo true. I will have to categorise my posts because I will still be making fertility friendly recipes to help sisters who are still ttc. I have a neighbour who is ttc as well and she will be happy to eat at my house regularly. Lol. Thank you for the prayers, I'm grateful. @smiler, I ordered from Amazon dear. @prettyrosefave, hmmmmm, if your dh is like mine, the worst thing you can do is tell him 'it's because of ttc'. At first, I told mine that he needs to eat this way to prevent hbp and diabetes (in his family, and I know he dreads it). Lol. It was when I started blogging actively that he realised what was going on. What you do is just make sure the meals/drinks are tasty and attractive. He will eat it without realising your motives. The juices might be harder, but not impossible to get him to drink. Coconut milk, almonds, banana, those will not be hard to get him to take. Just don't mention ttc! He will finally get around to testing, you have to hand that over to God. Thank you, everyone!!!! |
@Nmagirl, yes, fibroids have the tendency to regrow. Please try the olive oil, mustard and honey therapy. How big are they? If they aren't too big, you could try getting the trado details from Udoka. Or get the kit joysolo talked about. Also do the castor oil pack. I've read plenty good things about it. Mostly, you have to tweak your diet. Fibroids feed on bad carbs and dairy. Apple cider vinegar helps too to regulate your estrogen. |
Udoka, thanks a lot for pointing that out. Will do it tomorrow. Amen to your prayer oooo. Amen! @all, thankssssssss for the good wishes. I'm deeply touched. I know we still have plenty bfps to record this month. There will never be a dull moment. @Uteh and Iya-Ibeji, awwww u guys have your birthdays and wedding anniversaries this month too? Ah, God has to give you bumper packages to go with the double celebration. @Bcolah, the smoothies were mostly cut and join o. As long as I know it's beneficial, it goes in. I've said this before, and have emailed some sisters with this, but to reiterate: Dh: Almonds to snack on. First thing in the morning, I give him a mixture of 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of cinnamon to lick. A bowl of oatmeal for brekkie. Later, I give him tigernut milk or coconut milk that I blend with banana or pumpkin. I do pumpkin more often than banana. (Boiled and mashed pumpkin) Tomato juice at night. When I'm feeling really good, I add a tsp of moringa. All these were pretty much basic. Green smoothies were mix and match Orange+ginger+carrot Apple+spinach+orange Cabbage+orange+cucumber Cucumber+mint+lemon Like that, basically, if I read that it's beneficial, I find a way to incorporate it. Hth, but like Udoka said, ALL the glory belongs to God. I just let Him lead me to make major lifestyle changes |
@muma, nwannem God is worthy to be glorified. @Always true, muma, safe, mowafruitful, iya ejima, pinky, AtandaatiAdisa, smiler, loldar, hopeful 3, onyinyechika, in no distant time, we will be jubilating with you. October hasn't even started yet, loads more bfps are on the way. Amen. I've been ttc for 4 years this year. Had several mcs till early last year. Recently found out they were caused by chromosomal issues in dh's swimmers. We were actually surprised we got pg at all due to dh's extremely poor count, motility and morphology (less than 1.5 mil, 80% dead, 80% without tails) Put dh and myself on a fertility smoothie throughout my last 3 cycles. Our SA came in yesterday with 17 mil, 80% active, 60% normal morphology. We were getting ready for marathon dtd immediately after my next af. God had other plans. You all know about the almonds, oatmeal etc. I made him take them daily. My smoothie had almond milk, maca powder, coconut oil as the base. I added vegetables as they pleased me: sometimes carrots, spinach, pumpkin, etc. I took vit e every day, though not the chewables like Kaynee. He took vitamin c, zinc and his smoothie was coconut milk or tiger nut milk, banana or pumpkin, honey and cinnamon. We lost some weight too, combined weight loss last month was 13kg. E plenty sha, but it is worth it. I hope I helped someone. |
Please and please, do NOT take Vitex if your cycle is regular. @prettyrosefave, for cm, drink lots of water, green tea. You can take epo (stop after ovulation) and robitussin. I can testify to this, used to have problems with dryness. @all, I got my bfp yesterday. Came on to share, but was distracted by dr's post. Praying and hoping that I will finally carry Zikora and Zuluito in 8 months Expecting 20 more announcements of bfp... @Pinky, abeg me too dey vex o. I want cheeseballs. |
Happy wedding anniversary, Iya Ejima. May God continue to fill your home with joy and laughter. |
Good 'dr' I, for one, take your posts with a pinch of salt (actually a bucket of salt). If you want to toast honiepie, collect her email address and carry on there. This thread is for people trying to conceive. If she accepts your proposal, all of us will be your maids of honour. |
I've been suspecting the 'dr odyke' from the onset. Abeg go siddon for corner. Drinking panadol for someone else's headache. @wannabeamum, if you stop visiting this thread because of this person, I go come una house come report you to your dh. What nonsense! @Kaynee, congratulations! October is proving to be everything I expected. Thank God. @Alwaystrue, amen! I can't wait for you to testify here. |
@Venuss, it's frostedbakeshopng@gmail.com thank u. @Lore&Temi, please listen to Santagelo. I couldn't have said it better myself. It's only the living that give birth. Please, your life is the important thing. I don't know how long you've waited, but I know that nothing is impossible with God. |
Venuss, pls where can I get these supplements in Abuja? I would like to take them with me when I go to see her. Thanks |
Thank you, everyone. I finally called her and I'm going to see her on sunday. I'm very grateful you took out time to reply. @cjnone, that was test running, your miracle is around the corner...for real. @Goldenbaby, your aunty sounds like mine. I asked her, but I didn't tell her the would be donor is me. She said y not? The person should do it, but she added that they should go their separate ways after the donation, and cut off all contacts, if possible the donee should move away. Lol I'm looking at the link, Venuss, thank you so much. I'll show it to her. |
