As for the blood clots, I get them too. It might not be fibroid-related, I've always had them as long as I remember, even after removing fibroid. Maybe it's linked to the extremely painful periods I get. Do you have dysmenorrhea? I find that a cup of hot tea and hot water bottle against my abdomen helps a lot. When I use it, I don't see clots for a while.
