You mustn't believe what you are told by our corrupt leaders and the corrupt press media.

Just answer me this question:

What looter do you know of that has turned down IMF and World Bank loans? and at the same time refused to devalue the currency?

If you cannot name any looter who has ever taken such a stance then you have to conclude Abacha was no looter.
Many names come to.my.mind ans the name of Abacha is one of em. There are many links I can send u that stared in foreign media how much money abacha stole and where it was found. Don't be naive or want to play the fool here. Abacha ws a thief. Pure and simple.

what has become of her actions before the fall in the prices of crude.... Yea , he hates her, would you talk good about someone you hate . Except you are one of those pretenders that see no wrong in whatever the government does. I am not a party supporter , I give credit to whoever does what is right and is a man of his words.
A little too hard for someone u know nothing about. If it's pretense to ask u to look beyond hate and sentiments just so u can arrive at logical conclusion. Then am guilty. If it's pretense to ask questions without bias, regardless of who gets fussed then am guilty. As far as I am aware NOI is apolitical in her stance as the minister of finance and all her statements. If that being the case why bring in ur hatred 4 PDP into this. I am one of those that can work with people I dislik, let the person know i dislike the person but still be able to work with that person. I don't pretend and people who know me always know where they stand with me. Think b4 u talk and learn to talk without bias.

Have you heard of any other looter in history that has ever turned down IMF and World Bank loans that was offered to him?

Abacha was no looter all the people accusing him (e.g. Thief Obasanjo, IBB, Abdulsalami Abubakar etc.) are enormous looters and we all know about their loot.
Yes u are right. Abacha was no looter. How could we have accussed him of looting. Yet more than 4 billion dollars was stacked away in foreign accounts in his name and run by his son. Pls tell Nigerians he was keeping the money safe 4 nigerians and away from our corrupt politicians. Look youngman let me tell u a story about history. History has a way of judging people, crucifying people, saving people and proving people's innocence. In the case of Abacha, he has been judged, crucified and condemned. U really have no idea what nigerians went thru that time. By all this ur write ups. It's plain u have no idea at all and can't even being to phantom what people went thru in Abacha's era. God have mercy on u and ur kinds that will belittle the deaths and blood spilt by the masses and want to make a saint out of a madman.

You guys can insult abacha all you want but he was a patriot in his own way.
If abacha were alive, we'd never had lost bakassi.
He kept bakassi under a firm military control , and routed the cameroonians mercilessly.
He was brave enough to carry out a naval blockade of a french frigate coming to help cameroon, and warned all the west african countries from taking them without a nigerian military approval.
He kept west africa in his pockets.
That was the time when Nigeria flexed her muscles abroad and our foreign policy was tight.
We agree on both counts but differ on another count. Abacha was a patriot of his own pocket not 4 nigeria. Am not surprised u don't know that cos u were probably still wearing diapers then.

Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is the worst type of thief. She is a green snake slithering silently in green grass. NOI made BILLIONS of naira during the so-called debt write off, but continues to use her "modest" dressing to fool people. She did not leave the World Bank during OBJ era to help anybody, she came to help herself and some key members of OBJ's crew make serious cash.

The entire debt write off was a huge scam. OBJ did it because he realized he had no legacy to leave behind and felt that leaving the country "debt-free" would help him cover up. This is a man who was claiming that GSM was part of his legacy. You can imagine. Something that was started by Abacha. Iweala was only brought in to make people less suspicious. If a typical Nigerian minister was in charge, people would have looked at it more closely.
Prove ur allegations or just hold ur peace.

It's cos ur mind hasn't matured up enof 4 u to commit. All men have that problem. U will see when u body alarm strikes "it's time" nobody will tell u, though some men don't realise when it does and oncertified they miss it its gone. Men are not made like women. I was in ur shoes b4 but now am married. Funny enof, I disappointed all previous girl friends that wanted commitment and married the only who never stressed me about committing. Then I had a very big problem with committing. I used to run a mile once a gill starts asking me "what are we to each other". Once I hear that am on the next flight out of whatever I was doing with her. When I met my wifey she told me "I know u have known many women. I see it in the way ur yearns flow. It's sad but I can't do much about it. I am experienced in handling a man, have never dated b4 u. I wont try to hold u down with committing. U can come and go when u want but if u stay make ur it's 4 the right reasons. And vice Versa if u go". I dated her for more than 6 years and married her two years ago. My old girlfriends heard I was dating her. I heard they kept stopping her when they see her asking her how she managed it. I don't have any idea how they found out or how they got to know she was the one. Anyway such is life.

Thanks for d compliments sir. Well ogbomosho has the best cashew nuts specifications in Nigeria, not in the world. Countries like cote d'ivoire and benin republic have better quality in Africa.
Vietnam, india and brazil produce some of the best quality in the world.
Ogbomosho cashew is the best we have in Nigeria and it also commands a high value. Most importers and buyers of Nigerian cashew nuts put premium on ogbomosho cashew nuts.
Kogi state has the highest concentration of cashew in Nigeria.
Following. Contacts of mine have interests in this area. They had some rather bad experience in ogbimoso and are now looking 4 a new alternative in Nigeria just incase the ogbomoso side disappoints again. Someone suggested Abia, Uturu and Afikpo to be precise. We are told the nuts there are of different quality to that in ogbomoso. Do u have any information that can help? So I can pass it on b4 they set off.

kmariko:
Dangote’s Lagos refinery to start operations by mid-2018

AN oil refinery, being promoted by Dangote Group, is expected to come on-stream latest by the first half of 2018, in Lagos.

The plant will be able to process 500,000 barrels of crude a day, according to Dangote Industries’ operations director for petroleum refining, George Nicolaides, in an interview at the Platts African Refining Summit in Cape Town Monday.

“The site is being cleared, the plant is being designed,” Nicolaides said, adding that the organization is “close to the beginning of detailed engineering.”

In September last year, Dangote said it had agreed on a $3.3 billion loan with 12 Nigerian and foreign lenders to build the refinery as well as a petrochemical and fertilizer complex costing a total of $9 billion.

At that time, the facility in Africa’s biggest economy was expected to be completed in 2016 and the initial capacity of the refinery was put at 400,000 barrels a day.

“We have a very ambitious construction schedule,” Nicolaides said. “I’m not sure about the history of those dates.”

While Nigeria is Africa’s top producer of crude oil, it relies on fuel imports to meet more than 70 percent of its needs. Four state refineries with a combined capacity of 445,000 barrels a day are operating at a fraction of that because of poor maintenance and aging equipment.

Dangote selected Engineers India Ltd. to do most of the detailed engineering work for the new plant. Construction contractors were yet to be appointed.

“Supplying the local market is the primary objective,” Nicolaides said. “Naturally we can move product to the region. The government is being very supportive, very enthusiastic about this project. We are not looking for or wanting any particular subsidies.”

Its called the immaturity syndrome. Happens to all people (men&women) who start having cold feet if a relationship they are in seem to have progressed from just being fun to something more. Used to happen to me too till I settled down. My advice is this, stay away from chicks 4 sometime. No random nyashing, nothing. Allow urself time to mature up, if it comes up again when u insert urself back into society then let the relationship grows into more b4 u consumate it.

I have never met you,
I have never seen you,
Even though I can't tell how you look like,
Even though I cant say what you look like,
My heart beats faster for you daily,
My love for you gets and grows stronger daily,
I may not be able to see you,
I may not be able to reach you,
But am loving you imaginably everyday,
Am wishing to meet you someday,
I have been taken over by endless possibilities,
That loving you and having you are all possibilities,
Looking at you I see a woman of beauty,
Without being told I know you are loaded with beauty,
Characterised and known with good manners,
Beautified and bathed with good manners,
You dont need to love me,
You dont need to notice me,
The love I have for you will cover for us,
Am certain that the love will be ok for us,
In the morning afternoon and night I pray for you,
All the love I have inside of me has been channelled to you,
I will love you like a mother,
I will love you like a sister,
I will treat you like a lady,
And will never hit you anyday,
I will give you peace of mind,
And will always carry you in my mind,
I will listen to what you say,
And I will always put a smile on your face everyday,
I will trust you,
I will call you,
I will cuddle you,
I will secure you,
Above all, I will LOVE YOU.

A Doctor having inferiority complex 'cos of a nurse? Dude, really?
MrsAwesome:
These has been trashed a long time ago on this forum.
IF YOU DONT KNOW THE PAST, THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE WON'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO YOU.
I am a polyvalent graduate of life who learnt a bit of this and that in the course of my study before choosing nursing science as a specialty. With history, you have a broad mind not shallow mind that makes educated folks hid their faces in shame.
Whatever gets you into nursing school lecture hall is nothing but inferiority complex, can't believe someone with a proposed life will stoop to that ridiculous cheap level or were you sent there to spy...cos there is nothing your parent regulating body can't do.
Have u guys turned this thread into a doctor/nurses basing arena? We don't need such abeg. We all know nurses will keep having inferiority complex 4 doctors that's why some nursing schools train em to be aggressive to doctors. But then all those things don't matter. What matters is that all health professionals are able to work together in peace not in pieces. Doctors should have respect 4 nurses and vice versa but then that's not the reality on ground. I myself have never had problems with the nurses I have worked with no matter how aggressive they were. I used to go the extra mile to buy them over with gifts and take aways. What doctors 4get is that they can learn from nurses too. As a fresh house officer in naija I didn't know anything when I graduated cos we refused to go to clinic during ward rounds. Now i knew the theory just like any graduating doctor but any doctor will tell u that theory and practice are two different things. My first posting was O&G and i was floating like one big fool. The nurses kept laughing at me till I actually had to beg them 4 help. Men after that experience which was hell 4 me, I made sure to always befriend the nurses in any new ward I was rotating to. This was ages ago. We should learn to respect each other cos respect is reciprocal.
