Igbos are the only tribe who will come to your place and make it his home, enjoy with you and make you his friend, built houses in your place and make you his neighbor. No Yoruba man can build house in Igbo land and no Hausa Man can build in Igbo land or do any good thing in Igbo land. Igbos develop their homeland all alone and travel to your Yoruba and North and develop it for them. Igbos has never been tribalism to my understanding. Igbos has been friendly to all Nigerians, so let every one use his tongue and count his teeth. Check every Igbo man arround you and think abbout what he has contributed in terms of development within that area. What has the Housa man or Yoruba done in Igbo land. Igbo man developed his own territory and yours and makes you his friend so that every man can ejoy.

Italiano1: Nigerians are watching with interest the hypocrisy, primordialism and tribalism emanating from the east of the country.

Ibos have publicly defended a blatantly corrupt national minister just because she shares their ethnicity but spend all their time vilifying governors of states that are hundreds of kilometers from their region. They are content with and endorse an election that was full of irregularities as long as the outcome did not favour the contestant from the ofen.manu party dominated by Awolowo supporters. The current president has got almost 100% approval rating in alaibo because he painted Enugu airport and called it international, they rejoice because he sent an assistant special assistant who is an ibo man to tell ibos that they are the most important tribe to him.

Ibos should appreciate Ibo politicians like Igbokwe who are able to see through the charade and know that the outcome would only be a disastrous one for Ndibo. I am really interested in how the current strategy of creating enemies in the North and the west will pan out.

Onyejiuwa okoh: These people have not recovered from the recent loss,they can attack you physically if do not allow them to relieve this vituperation and anger. l told them to spend less because election is unpredictable sometimes. please, let us not be drinking medicine for another man's sickness, Anambrians have the right to choose their party and their Governor.After all Ondo state is led by labour party while other States in southwest are APC. Anybody (party)that is accusing people's choice as tribalism is not worthy to lead.

PasD: The news everywhere is that the Imo State Government pay 10,000naira monthly allowance to Imo State Corps Members but how true is that?

I serve in Imo State and I cannot deny the fact that sometime last month I received 10,000naira credit alert from the treasury of the State Government.

But something is not right here. More than 70percent of Imo corps members did not receive this allowance and the news we heard later on was that the money was paid to only corpers posted to state govt parastatals.

But what baffles us all is the text message from the bank (credit alert content) observe something below:

Alert from Federal govt-
CR- Alert Acct: 6012225701, Amt: 19,800.00, Desc:SEPT 2013 ALLOWANCE BO NYSC ASS AVE, Date: 09/10/2013, Aval Bal: 68657.00

Alert from Imo State-
CR- Alert Acct: 6012225701, Amt: 10000.00, Desc: STATE ALLOWANCE BO NYSC ASS AVE, Date: 09/10/2013, Aval Bal: 30657.00

Observe above that the federal govt specified that its september allowance but the state govt did not specify the particular month. This is a trick because since then they have not paid us again o!

As a matter of fact in a whole year, we just received the money from state government once! Yet our amiable, good, honest governor parades the whole nation with the good news that he pays us 10k every month! What do you call that? Politics? Trick? Smart move? Whatever? I don vex.

Donmams: I am sure some people are wondering what i mean by cross-migration. What i mean is should all southerners leave the north and all northerners leave the south?
If Nigeria breaks into north and south it means all southerners living in the north will become illegal aliens and vice versa. Or should everyone be allowed to choose which side to join? Please let's have your say in this debate.

maclatunji: Legal fireworks will ensue if Lagos State decides to pursue its perceived rights on the matter. Moreover, it will become a very hot political potato.

I think Lagos State will cut its losses and not go to "war" over this.

Gorrbachev: They are all thieves right? But She was embarrassingly caught in the act but the government of the day has refused to enforce the laws meant to deal with such situations like in many cases before Oduah. The President is supervising a free for all looting.

Jonathan might be the first President to be hauled before and disgraced in a court after office no matter how much money he has. They way he is being treated with contempt and disdain as the most powerful man in the country will be the same way he'll be treated when he leaves office and with no power. Why not clean the system and uphold the rule of law instead of hoarding cash. Its not about money, its about where he's from.
