Yawa, has the "cabinet" been formed? Nevosys' design is okay and I think things have to be done one by one. First start from planning to execution. If however all that is not taken into consideration and all thats needed now is volunteers. . . I am ready to convert Nevosys' or any other person's design into standard xHtml 1.0 (Transitional) and CSS (Level 3). I will need the single design in a PSD and all non-standard fonts used (these fonts should have the right licenses), all the images used. . . we must have proper permissions to use.

P.S: this may take me 2-3 nights cuz of my time.

Your choice, really. We can't decide for you.

Its a template. After sales support for a template is the free installation. If you need custom modifications you can hire a web developer, graphics designer or web designer depending on the nature of your custom modifications. The license allows you to modify the unprotected source code as you like.

Yawa. as the project manage i suggest you choose your small cabinet of about 3 members and you. this cabinet goes back to the drawing, makes all the major decisions while the development team of about 6 people approve the decisions taken by the cabinet.

Let's be clear on how decisions are made regarding the project. We may have to head back to the first thread and do some re-modelling.

But please I need a clarification on what the concept of this project is. . . concerns I raised in my post before this.

Ok guys lets not throw away most of these comments as detraction. Personally, when I saw the prototype it fell below my expectation. I am sorry I never took any active part in this project. . . the life of  a freelancer is crazy. First, judging from the fact that my name is on the credit list it means its not all 40 or so pipz that worked on this either fully or partly. I think most people didn't back up their interests with participation and action (like me).

I know this is a prototype but again a prototype should look like the real thing. We can't provide a Sedan as a prototype for an SUV.

I am a bit confused now. I thought the original plan was to (voluntarily) build a fully functional site that can replace the present site and then we present it to whoever for endorsement. Its now looking like the project changed concept. The concept I am seeing now is we voluntarily build a prototype in a bid to get a paid contract to build the real site.

Please lets be clear, what is the concept of this project. I want to know cuz they are two very different things.

A meeting should be called by those making decisions on this project to address the current state of the project.

Try doing some searches, its possible something better should have come up.

My suggestion though: Secure your database, assign the right privileges to the database users. Transfer all sensitive data via SSL.

Depending on the amount of data, there may be some server resource issues to consider when dealing with get > encrypt > store > request > decrypt > set cycle.

Not much use it now but this should change as the system gets older and trusted. In some orders I notice the customer originally chooses the Eyowo mode of payment but doesnt go ahead to make payment on the gateway and then reverts to using the normal bank transfer process. Nigerians are still scared of anything that has to do with their money and online transactions. New orders and renewal orders still come with the bank transfer option as mode through which they were paid for, most of the time.

Its almost second nature to ignore "routine" mails from these kinda guys but its good to read the subject at least.

Two problems:
1. Your server isn't running a good firewall supliment like Apache mod_security with a good ruleset cuz mod_security with a good set of rules will not allow that exploit to pass.
2. You are not following up with WHMCS software updates because WHMCS fixed this over a month ago or so. That means you also ignore WHMCS newsletters and emails they send to ALL customers because this was addressed twice in WHMCS correspondences.

When things like these are involved please do some research before posting. The Google bots have a penchant for indexing misleading topics like this quickly. . . moreso now that WHMCS just released its Version 5.0. . . would almost make people think this topic has to do with the latest release.
