I like to just read things in the Politics section cuz its all sizes of madness on display in this section. This story is unverified and all we have is an amateur picture of the said incident.
Until verified, this picture looks dodgy to me: Nigerians are not known to like to come 20(or so) yards near a corpse, in an incident when its not a family member or friend.
Why are there no blood spills or trails? From the picture, he was shot in the heart (looking at where a small blood patch is), this corpse should be drenched with blood if that's where he was shot.

Just my thoughts, if its not constructive don't waste time replying.


P.S: The homepage has lost value, a more fitting caption for the homepage will be "Most Recent Threads In The Politics Section".

I'm not into the technicalities of cars so I will just comment from a lay man driver point of view.

About your engine dying when in Gear 1 and about to move: Every manual transmission vehicle has this point of equilibrium (dunno the technical name) between the accelerator and the clutch. You have to master that. Your acceleration should meet your releasing the clutch at that point of equilibrium for a smooth take off. Once take off is initiated, don't just take your feet off the cluth immediately. You just need to master that point of equilibrium for your car. Best place to get used to it is in an open field. After knowing that point then enter lagos roads. . . the traffic jams are enough on-the-road exercises to work with.


About when to change gears
Look at the RPM when accelerating, you shouldn't let it get close to red. Changing gears should come instinctively. . . you should know when you have accelerated and max'd that gear. Most times I force an Auto to move a gear higher by reducing the RPM for a second or so. In a manual vehicle you should also listen to the engine and change just before it starts sounding stressed. When coming downwards with gears I personally think its safe to drop in a downward sequence. From 6 to 5 to 4 to 3 and so on. Not from 6 to 4 or 3.

What I do: From full site dev to addons to mods and even very crazy requests (all webdev). But its all fun cuz the employers are not Nigerians (im blunt but sorry) and they have a great sense of humor at work. . . . plus, nobody calling you after 2 weeks asking for a free update on the finished job as a result of brainwave or change of mind.

To put some icing on the cake, I love the Freelancer environment cuz it favors developers from developing/under developed countries and employers from developed countries. . . well there's one bad news: Indians have colonized the place with their 30 usd bids. But the good news: Indians have a pretty nasty record of job delivery so you see some project titles ending with. . . (No Indians). Then again, most employers are not after the lowest bidder but are after the best proposal.

I need some help. . .

I'm a freelance programmer and I get lots of jobs and payments for completed jobs from freelance sites. I usually will withdraw these payments from the freelance sites to my Paypal accounts but e don dey baffle some of them as to how a Nigerian living in Nigeria is operating 2 US address and bank verified Paypal accounts for over a year (all bearing my name and legit US addresses). One site just suspended my freelancing account cuz e tire them. I had to send my passport and some explanatiion of how they shoot bird, the mama fly etc and my account is back up.

Now please I want to know how I can receive funds via wire transfer into my GTBank dorm account.

What's all the info I need to give to them for them to send a wire transfer to my Dorm account and what are the chances of the wire transfer missing road?

Your entire site content is not properly aligned on the screen.

Have your entire content in a container div, set a width for it in css and margin-left:auto, margin-right:auto it.
This places your entire content in the center with equal spaces at the sides.
