Hi Guys ! Good morning .. Please is it advisable to remove some pages of your SOA if the pages are too much to compress ??
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by dubaiboy1: 6:42pm On Nov 09, 2018
Thanks .. I've thought about it too grin grin grin

123abcclown:

Honestly, I wouldn't be sure how to advice you but what I did was that I uploaded just 7pages out of my sponsor's 27 pages. Crazy but I felt that if they needed the full document, they will ask. Plus I created a page before the statement of account to explain what I was going to do and why.

That was how I uploaded my sponsor's personal SOA, his company SOA and my SOA.

I wouldn't be sure it works, but I did what I did grin grin grin

P.S I have not received the introduction letter yet. Please does anyone know how long it takes? Must I receive it before I go and pickup my passport?

I want to say thank you to Frankrobbn1 for his patience and answers to my questions, also Jnyuwa02 ( we never interacted but your contributions helped me a lot). My boss Kylexy1, thank you for your help. I appreciate you. Thank you to every other person that has contributed on this wonderful forum. I have learnt from you all one way or the other.

I pray that the grace of speed that worked for me, will visit all the TRV hopefuls. Keep the faith strong guys.
To those yet to submit, put up an airtight application and pray. The God that did it for me will do it for you too.

Hi guys , has anyone applied for Foreign Conditional Exemption Certificate before ?? I wonder if anyone can put me through the process.
Travel / Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by dubaiboy1: 10:54am On Nov 07, 2018
Hi ! Did you apply for the Foreign Conditional Exemption Certificate before you were considered for Admission ?

drmorphine:
Hi house, I am new here. I got an admission to study for my PhD in University of Pretoria beginning next year. Though, I have received the admission letter from the university and gotten the police clearance, yellow card, I am yet to pay for my medical insurance and sort my accommodation stuffs out. May I also add that my PhD would be self sponsored as for now and most likely, most of my research would be done here in Nigeria. Many of my folks studying in SA assured me that I would definitely be able to secure funding in my 2nd year. However, I have been able to raise close to a million naira in my bank asides flight ticket booking.

In the light of the above,
1. I would like to know if anyone can assist me with affordable accommodation close to the university as staying in the University hostels would be too expensive.
2. Would a million naira be sufficient for me to push through my visa application and sustain my living in SA for a period of 6-7months? I would still be raking in an estimate of a steady 150k monthly income in Nigeria when I leave.
3. What are my chances of getting my student visa this year provided I make my application before the end of November.

I crave your magnanimity in giving me a robust contribution to my enquiries and requests.

Thank you and God bless.

My Ogas in the house, I am about to apply online for my Visa but my sponsor printed his statement of account like a week ago, I hope I can still use it? Am going to post my profile very soon for the gurus in the house to tell me what to still add or remove.

Wanted to apply through paper route before but when I realized those Kenyans VOs are not smiling, had to change my mind.

Happy Sunday family.

Hi bro.. Your supporting documents such as Work related documents, Educational documents, proof of relationship with my sponsor (brother), Birth certificate, etc. are to be uploaded in the client information section .

Good luck .

Pstcozzy:
Hello guys, greetings to you all.
I just recently started my online study permit/ Visa application to Canada.

I have uploaded some of the required documents such as the IMM1294e, IMM5645 family information, IMM 5257 forms, Passport documents with scanned data page and other stamps and visas pages, Digital photo, University letter of acceptance. I am yet to scan the the proof of means of Financial Support and Client Information but I have them and will upload them today.

My concern now is, there is no column to upload my supporting documents such as Work related documents, Educational documents, proof of relationship with my sponsor (brother), Birth certificate, etc.

Anyone who has successfully passed this stage or have knowledge on what I should do, should please come to my aid. I really want to submit this application by the close of this week.

I have seen how you guys operate as a family here and help each other, 'so make una help una brother, I beg.'

Thanks and God bless you all.

Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by dubaiboy1: 5:34pm On Sep 19, 2018
Thanks , I applied for Agribusiness and it is actually an UG course. Thanks for your input.

jandj:

Bros,

1)What course did u apply for? And what's it's relationship with your UG course? What's it's relationship with your employment over the years? Is there any progression? If it's different, explain this very well in your SOP.

2) proof your home ties with Nigeria. You applied in Dubai. You have to explain what you are doing at Dubai and the plans you have to come back to Nigeria.

Good luck as u re-apply.

$100/hour for private consultation .. That is way too small .. Let's charge $300/hour . But you are right jawe , open consultation is super free at the risk of being attacked by tensed up applicants.. grin grin grin grin grin

You think I can upload those docs successfully ?? I thought there is a particular size allowed on CIC website.

Lagos2canna:

Just gather all tools needed, constant power, printer, laptop and enough data then you start work. It might take you two to three days, remember Tuesday is maintenance day.
