If EFCC is truly looking for illegal bunkers let them start from Choba River and sail down to Bonny. They are all there carrying out their business in broad day light with security cover from the agency of government.
The way army and police will shoot efcc ehn their body go tell them

Every morning and evening we hear siren police and army are securing those bunkerers at Choba they collect their cut.

So if efcc show they will spoil business for them, it's either they settle the efcc agents as well or just talk them out of the operation but to say Efcc just raid the place unannounced the bunkerers will call police headquarters and army command to come and deal with the efcc boys

My Advice for those asking and mailing me

Seek professional help if you don't have the money or resources around you YouTube is a great source of mental, psychological videos and even a few professionals to point you in the right direction.

If you are depressed just know the experience is what life is all about, we usually have a destination in our mind a happy ever after, but the truth is as long as we are alive experiences/challenges must come. And some times it comes in waves, some times things are up and other times they are down.

So in your mind you may have had finishing school at 22 as your happy ending, getting married at 25 as your happy ending, that shouldn't be the case, what will make you depressed is when you get to 25 and you are still in school and unmarried even though you are in a class with 30 year olds who are also unmarried you won't realise as long as your focus was on YOU being a 22 year old graduate married or financially independent at 25 because somehow you thought you were special than others in that situation in some little way.

All it takes for some people to snap is a few more irritating situations like that (maybe loss of a job, illness, death of a loved one especially if they happen close together) and noone to turn to or even with people to turn to who obviously don't care and then you're like f££k it I need to log out or sign out this looks like a video game level I can't pass and noone is there to help why don't I just quit.

Don't expect people to be good to you simply because you are good to people, there was a book on how to be a tyrant something about why good guys finish last that is a good read, it's not to encourage you to be a bad guy but know how the bad guys think so when they act you are not surprised, it wouldn't be so shocking and devastating to you, you already anticipated their move and if you wanted to you could have either predicted it or avoided it.

So focus on your mental health, expect humans to act like humans do,

Our parents, school, religion doesn't teach us this it teaches us to do good and expect good, be kind and people will be kind to you, give and you shall be given and all that but in reality you may do good and you will be deserted in your time of need.
You'll ask where are the so called friends, where is God even, especially when I was in the police station lol I thought to myself so if not for one or two things now this is how I would have ended up in cell, where are my friends, where is the man I was helping when I had the incident everybody was nowhere to be found, no body even asked "we hear say you had accident or ended in police station what happened" after feeling alone like that for 3 or 4 occasions reality started setting in and ironically I failed to focus on the reason I'm not entering jail, instead I was focusing on the reason noone was there to even check up on me and all that, Even Jesus was denied by Peter in his time of troubles. To make matters worse after that incident the next day I'm in canteen and someone is like buy food for me na.. you can see how something as little as that can aggravate someone even more.

But if you focus on the experience rather than that result you'll be fine. Don't expect a grandiose ending just enjoy the experience whether good or bad, live through it.

If you visit a fancy house you'd be excited, you should be ok with just taking pictures there or just being there in that moment but if you expect the owner of the house to give you half of it or all of it then even though technically you didn't have it bad you're brain will mark it as something negative because you didn't get what you want however possible or impossible the task may have been.
But if you focus on the experience you'll feel good your brain will record it as a positive whether the owner of the house gifts you the house or not

For example most of us will focus on the break up especially the messiest parts rather than the times we actually enjoyed the relationship, rather than the most beautiful parts. I'm not saying focus on it to the point you want to go back to it, but whenever you think of all the bad, of how you were wronged and how you were at fault for not seeing the signs also remember the good, the times you smiled, the times you actually thought this could possibly work. Eventually you'd forget about it altogether but know it's just a situation you don't want to go back to.

And in your next engagements with humans don't have such lofty ideals or expectations.

Remember be yourself, be anxious of nothing, nothing really matters as much as you may think it does at first, We will all die eventually no need to rush you'll only pass the burden to the persons that truly really cared for you, enjoy the time you have left on earth make the best of it.

Cheers.

lol, funny guy. So you still dey alive? grin

Anyways, just read the reason you wanted to off yourself. You should have sought for help rather than hiding those emotions. You came here and acted like you wanted to off yourself for the fun of it. Glad you're okay now.
We'll all still die regardless.
Yup you are right but it wasn't just for fun but I will admit I don't exactly know why I typed that here, also I came to terms with the reality of human mortality early on in life which is why I was thinking; why not just bring that day forward because it will eventually come anyway.

but the gist of it is; things started going relatively ok not too long after typing that, it's amazing what not caring at all can do for you, I didn't care before but now I truly really do not care about what anyone thinks.
I started reading and watching videos on psychology, philosophy and all that kind of stuff those helped a lot, I cut ties with a lot of people too, eventually my fortunes turned around in a lot of ways including financially and academically.
I finished everything that had to do with school in naija.
I have no woman drama.
I have washed hands off family drama
I would sleep longer, even if I wake up I will remain in bed till i feel like getting up. Basically this life is my own, my own rules, I once wore shorts without combing my hair and entered a bus for a 1 hour journey to a crowded popular place just to be sure I actually do not care this time. So I took away the ability of other people's words, actions, looks, judgements, opinions and all that from affecting me, I used to pick up calls just to be nice now I cut calls any how even block numbers if you keep calling after I cut like 2 or 3 times.

Most of the depression came from
1. Being nagged even and especially by my mom
2. Peoples expectations
3. Academic set backs especially victimisation by 2 lecturers and people I expected to help me out based on connect didn't help me, they failed to even attempt to help (one of the lectures left the school and I found a way to outsmart the second one, he didn't even know how and when I left the school, I'm sure he'll be surprised till today)
4. Not feeling Appreciation even the least bit: you know how you do something good very well once and people start expecting you to do it every single day without even a thank you and when you don't do it it's like you're a bad person even though it wasn't something you were supposed to be doing at all, that was my situation with my immediate nuclear family.

Also, I used to be the guy that gave people, if you didn't have lunch I'd buy for you, if they didn't have change in canteen I'd pay for the other person, if you have no cash for TP to your village/home over the weekend, I'm your man, but people took this kindness for stewpidity, I was the kind of person who would lend money, if it was under 2k I'd say outrightly don't bother paying back. but many people didn't repay and I'm not the kind of person to pressure anybody to give me money, and not just that they didn't repay the money, because if they offered to repay and I didn't need the money I'm not sure I'd have taken it anyway, I honestly didn't even care for it, but the way they acted like it was their right or it never happened, like it was nothing as if I'm their father.

like how can you be owing me 25k and coming to ask for another 10k two weeks later after failing to pay the initial 15k you said you'd pay back in 5 or 7 days time. but when I needed help financially, academically (help me keep seat or write name or submit this any of those small things there would be noone there to help me).

Then relationship wise, the 2 "relationships" if you can call them that, I had went the exact same way. both with me just for money, because I look rich. Meanwhile they have multiple guys elsewhere but pretended like they were the virgin Mary. The first girl was taking money from me and using it to fund her other boyfriends' gambling addiction.

The painful part was that on both occasions others knew for sure what was going on, while I was merely suspecting it, but nobody told me anything, my male and female "friends", it was only one guy after the girl had left he called me aside and said this girl she comes around my place oh and hangs out with one guy and even sleeps over, I told her that I suspect such and such is going on the girl denied it, (even if it was true and she had admitted it, if they weren't sexually active then I wouldn't mind, because we weren't engaged or married maybe she wants to keep her options open that's what I'd have assumed). But these girls would be requesting huge sums of money but even to post happy birthday to you na wahala, even to call is big issue, it's so so flash flash call me back, on both occasions I caught them myself with one of the other guys and I just made sure they saw that I saw them and walked away forever, I was pissed men but I just lock up, it became obvious to me earlier that I was like the sponsor or the side guy, so I stopped sponsorship, but I needed concrete undeniable facts even after I got it, like you know I bottled it just ghosted them. One of the girls the first one even had the guts, the effrontery to tell me late last year or early this year that I didn't ask her when she was single that she is now single, she later left that guy she was with then while she was with me.

She also said she met that guy before me and didn't want to turn me down. I did not reply her.

Two months ago, I joined Instagram again after my first account had been "hacked" during that tumultuous period, so during my final healing process(after I had forgotten and let go from the bottom of my heart of every single thing that ever happened to me) I rejoined insta she sent me a follow request almost immediately, I saw her pictures she is no longer looking as she was back then, she done fat scatter, her body has different colours and so on, i smiled, so I was like thank God I didn't end up with her.

the other girl too couldn't graduate from the professional course we were in even after several attempts she got depressed, became suicidal she actually went through with it but didn't die, she lost all the attributes that made her beautiful in my eyes atleast both physically and otherwise, they cut her hair, she lost weight in all the right places (if you know what I mean) when I saw her in Abuja I didn't even recognize her at all she told me herself confirming the story I already knew from her ex classmates and her friends who were calling me to come and see her or help out, for where? I distanced myself, when they asked have you called her I say yes meanwhile I haven't called. So she even said when things became really bad for her mentally she could only remember her friend's name and number and my own name and number and she had my photograph so that's why they reached out to me and that friend, I went to the school for some documents and saw her but wasn't too sure because this person looked smaller in every aspect, but when she called me I knew it was definitely her, that was how she narrated her ordeals.

Don't get me wrong I wasn't happy any of this stuff happened to either of them but I was just stunned like what a coincidence when I have healed totally is when the thing is affecting these ones. I also wondered to myself why is it that when you guys were sane and doing well you took me for granted but when you came to your worse and needed help you couldn't remember any of the other 5 or more boyfriends you had just me you remembered to help you as usual. If I had exited this world then people who knew all these would have said maybe it's my ghost that came for them. Nollywood style. Lol grin

So after it happened to me a second time with the second girl I washed my hands off anything Naija woman. With the first girl one of the guys she was with even came to threaten me I wanted to lock that guy up but people including herself kept begging. Before all that forgiveness and then both of them started having symptoms of depression at the same time, although the second one was worse than the first.

Many other incidents too small and big

One time I was scammed i went to police and the cost to retrieve the money was equivalent to the money, I had to pay to transport the police to the state he resides and house them and feed them for one or two days and bribe the police of the other command to help us or at least allow us go and arrest the guy and retrieve the money. I just let the whole thing go, let's assume I reach there and there's no lead or we actually find him but no money at all, then I would have lost twice if not thrice for someone close to police, judiciary and the law in general the thing was especially painful.

I also bashed the car twice that year on one occasion I had to fix the other persons car, me that wanted to arrest someone else the exact same police station was were the guy was taking me to, I kept quiet and went because I know they can't lock me up based on one or two, he found out when we got there. but still everywhere I turn problem. I can't list all oh I slept in an airport because flight was cancelled, my phone was stolen along with vital documents and info I had in it.

So it was everything coming down on me all at once at the same time within the same year. And everyone else around me including those who were causing me trouble seemed to be progressing and having life easy. All these made me feel that way. It wasn't just one thing, it was as if the whole world was just trying to annoy me, it felt like everyday there was a new problem.

Oh I forgot to mention I went to help someone get money from bank when my car brake failed the lecturer I helped to get the cash didn't even say thank you or ask how I was or how the car was he didn't even give me an a in his course it was a B despite all my good relationship with him and despite writing well in his course and even giving him cash gift. The money spent on fixing my car and the other guys car was more than the money he asked me to drive someone to withdraw for him ( I replaced the guys back light and my headlight and some body work for the other guys car too)

There are more and more But I'll spare you all the gist

Long and short of it is now I no longer care, AT all, I dress however I like, I eat what I want when I want where I want, I do what I want to do when I want to do it, I no longer give anyone money except actual beggars or destitutes, i no longer seek anyone's validation. I no longer listen to anyone's expectations of me, I no longer chase or even look at girls 2 times, even when I can help or do something I say I can't so you don't expect me to do it forever, I no longer invest, do business or anything huge financial transactions in Naija, I am now trying to japa and move on with my life elsewhere where I have secured an ok job that pays more than I make here. In a country that's far better than Nigeria with lower inflation rate, lower mortality rate, longer life expectancy, less crime, more opportunities too especially jobs available but also online stuff, I used to do some stuff on Upwork and other such sites but they kept banning Nigerians and PayPal stopped money transfer to Nigeria, also one time I told a woman I was doing something for my location she cancelled the work, I can go back to those as side hustle, and add to the work that already pays well.

so Hopefully by next year I would have finished the whole process and moved, I'm expected to resume work by late February, I'm hoping the embassy does me well and Corona doesn't cause any hindrance.

I now believe I have the mental fortitude to bear or withstand anything that can possibly come my way.

So for me it was a happy ending. But not everyone is as lucky.

PoliticsRe: Subsidy: FG May Deduct ₦2.4 Trillion Palliative From Federation Account by DuBLINGreenb(m):
Thieves

That's all I'll type, I don't think I have to spell it out for anyone.

This is a case where a wrong is committed per incuriam, no need to prove anything. The court witnessed everything itself.

These thieves should Just step forward take a plea and wait for sentencing.

Edit:

Ok let me spell it out small: These people are not supposed to take money from Federation account, remember that account was made so that if anyone or any agency tampers with it the whole world (every other agency from everywhere basically everyone in government) will receive alert. Unlike before where every agency had their own separate accounts. Now They will have to say why they dipped their hands into the account and show what they spent the money On.

So as a result these politicians have been scheming "How do we collect money from the account" we need something reasonable that will be believed without a tangible measurement or concrete result you can see and touch and evaluate.

Example: We can't take money for bridge and not actually build the bridge everyone will see that there is no bridge or the bridge is not up to standard claimed.

But we can take the money and claim we sent it to 50million non existent Nigerians noone will be able to verify each of the 50m people we claimed to have sent the money to.

It's basically a way to legitimise the looting that wants to occur now in this last minutes of Bubu regime, elections are around the corner they need funds to rig and bribe and advertise and silence critics, these people are about to leave office and reality is sinking in that 8 years is not forever so thief now or regret it later that's what they are thinking. So this is the plan.

They will claim they gave 50m Nigerians 20k each meanwhile if God touch their heart they may actually give 100,000 Nigerians 20k each and those people will be their relatives, family members or close associates. And one or two random people whose jobs knowingly or unknowingly will be to serve as example that people actually received payments and sing praises that they actually got alert.

Remember the 1,000 abi 100 jobs to youths of all the local governments in Nigeria? That format is what they want to run again. That one was just a test run and it worked. Now they want to scale it up.

BusinessRe: CBN Bars BVN Violators From Opening Bank Accounts by DuBLINGreenb(m):
CBN is yet to learn that over regulation is a bad thing.

Instead of looking at ways to bank the unbaked population in Nigeria especially those in rural areas CBN is trying to keep people it terms "violators" out of the banking system all together. This is like when a referee leaves the players and starts issuing cards to the spectators or camera men.

You should keep those people in the system so you can continue to monitor them if that's so important to you rather than kicking them out altogether moreover I think CBN should leave bank customers and face banks. I don't see how those very few "bvn violators" crypto currency transactions is doing any harm to the entire economy of Nigeria that'll warrant CBN to spend all this time and money looking into it.

We as a nation have nothing good at all to invite foreign and even local investors or to keep local investors.

And yet we are placing policies and regulations with deadlines and measures as if we are the most attractive business or banking destination in the world.

Small, poor, third world countries who have nothing to offer LIKE NIGERIA
Usually offer loose laws, lapse systems to attract investors I'll give examples

Panama and Liberia : these 2 countries are responsible for almost 30 - 40% of ALL Ship registrations in the world why? How?

Registering ships anywhere else is costly and difficult and has too many red tapes and bureaucracy so these countries said how do we make money from it? They made ship ownership and registration so easy in their countries that everyone from all over the world prefers to register their ships in Panama and Liberia.

In banking the same thing certain countries allow loose regulations thereby becoming Tax havens and making money from it.

In citizenship: countries like Guyana, st Kitts and Nevis, the Bahamas, even Portugal has joined them now, they will give you citizenship if you pay them a lump sum of money over $160,000 or "donate" that amount to their country or invest in their country investments worth over $500,000 or thereabout depending on the country.

Asylum: even supposedly first world countries like France will grant you asylum if you agree to forfeit half of your loot to the french government, that's why it seems many African leaders run to France for asylum especially those from french speaking countries, the most expensive car ever auctioned was auctioned before 2017 or so was by the french government (now I think it is the second most expensive car ever auctioned) it was a car belonging to the Vice president of Equatorial Guinea one Nguema the son of the president Theodore Obiang Nguema's. He agreed to forfeit the custom made high end luxury car to the french government along with a castle in France and 2 Lamborghini's I think and the case against him was dropped sharperly as my PH people will say.

What am I driving at? We Nigerians have refused to have sense because we think we have oil, don't worry the oil will dry or the world will move away from oil, whichever happens first. Then maybe government will start having sense.
Government's Number 1 job is to take care of WE THE PEOPLE, its citizens. It's number 1 job is not to regulate us. To government making money to take care of its people should be priority.
Regulation will come when we done chop, when people are taking advantage of the system to the detriment of Nigerians, then government can step in to protect Nigerians.

Government should not regulate just simply because it feels like, or because other countries are doing it.
I pray one day people with administrative ability, with knowledge of law and understanding of the inner workings of government across the world people like me will have the opportunity to hold elected office. So our people will actually know the true meaning of government.

The people are not supposed to fear government or their agencies like police or army, they are not supposed to run when they see them they should be happy to see them, the people and businesses shouldn't fear CBN they should be happy knowing that CBN is there to save them from being taken advantage of by private banks.

Human life in Nigeria is worth less than a basin of garri

Congratulations to him and to her as well

But i hope you guys know that before the colonial Europe came to Africa, the borders we have today we're non-existent and if you were adventurous enough and had the will to do it. You could ride a horse, camel or donkey or trek for days, months and even years into other countries and get married without needing any paper works or documents

Many of you are products of such unions without even realising it. I'm sure if you took DNA tests you'll be very surprised that you are not 100% Nigerian or Ghanaian or Zimbabwean.

You'd also be surprised that you are not 100% Igbo or 100% Yoruba or 100% Ga or 100% Hausa

Even after we had borders at the initial stage they weren't well secured or guarded, there is hardly any fence or barrier separating neighboring African countries so people can just walk in and out of international borders without even realising it and they may settle on either side.

Long story short is Africans have been marrying themselves since time immemorial. Take a DNA test and see for yourself. I am very sure you will hardly find any African who is 100% from one tribe you will find Africans who are 100% Africans but you'll find it difficult looking for Africans who are 100% one tribe

As for 100% countries that's something else many tribes where divided into two or more nations and many countries are made up of more than 3 tribes so...

E get some Kain things went no suppose surprise us.
