I doubt you will get an NSF for less than 5years so the person you know might just be a one off. However if you do,lets us know and we can tackle the NSF together.

At the moment your NYSC and current employment letter is absolutely fine

I graduated in 2019 and served till 2020, and was unemployed from 2020 till late 2022. Can I submit my Nysc and my new employment letter that is not even up to a year? A study gap of exactly 2 years is in between my nysc and new job. Someone graduated same 2019 and was asked to prove what he has been doing since 2020 after nysc. Please help my life. If you are worried about fake visa and agents you are already on the wrong path

If you are caught with fraudulent documents you will get a 10year ban


Apply for your visa yourself if you can, if you do things the right way you won't need to worry

Have a look at the travel thread for teachers in the UK and post your question there.Hopefully someone will respond to you then you check same for Saudi or rely on Google research

However, I wasn't giving the UK sim card, didn't notice them giving anyone likewise while I was there.

Yes your visa will be issued, you won't need to do TB test and biometrics

Unless there was an issue at the VAC
with the previous biometrics you did then when you return your passport you will redo your biometrics, if Not then you won't need to

Homeoffice (work and study) sent a separate email that; "the decision to refuse your visa applications has been overturned and our office will now proceed to reconsider your applications".

They said we have to take certain steps before they begin the reconsideration process which includes repayment of IHS fees (which were earlier refunded).

They also said that; "ON COMPLETION OF THE DECISION YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE VISA APPLICATION CENTRE WHERE YOU INITIALLY MADE YOUR APPLICATION TO REQUEST YOUR PASSPORT...."

Meanwhile, the school is adequately informed about this development and I await their response regarding my CAS.

My question now is: can we say that after following the steps stated in this new email, could it mean that our Visas would now be issued and their may not be need to redo biometrics or carry out T.B test?

1.Yes, you need to select an appointment first. If you select an assisted service appointment then your documents will be uploaded at TLS, if you select self service then you can upload it yourself

2. When did you print your statement?? Is it past 30days?? If yes please reprint, if Not then it's valid.

1. I have completed my visa application form and want to SELF-UPLOAD the documents and then book the biometric appointment. However, following the link from the visa application form, It seems I will have to book an appointment first before uploading the documents.

There's a lot of information you haven't provided plus you have used a different currency

However, the MA currently has 1year left on the current study visa June 2023 to June 2024. That will mean the IHS will be for a year rather than a year 4months which is £470 for the child.

I am unsure of what that is in dollars. Remember currency exchange rates will always apply

I also want to use this medium to encourage people with dependants back in Nigeria to keep the faith up and put across their applications ASAP. Visas are still being approved as I speak.

I'm a dependant and my journey with two kids was a nothing but miracle, from TB Test, to Visa application, to Biometrics, to Visa approval and then POE at Gatwick.

Biometrics Thursday, Empty NSF Friday, Passport pickup mail Tuesday. Visa was approved in 3 working days... It can only be God.

God will do yours too.

Also if there's anyone here around Portsmouth, Fraton, Isle of Wight or environs pls mention me let's discuss offline...

The applicant actually applied for Upload at the Center but on getting there, they didn't upload all the documents and they requested for it later via mail which the applicant later sent to them and few days later, he got this mail.

The POF for dependants of students outside London is £680. In your case it is £680*3*9= £18,360

With your outstanding £5200 it should be in your account and if it gets debited by the time of your application be prepared to show the evidence.

Focus on what you need for your dependants only. You can then submit additional evidence if the ECO requests to see that you haven't recycled funds through NSF.

The evidence you should submit if the ECO asks will be invoices of rent/bills/ fees /groceries etc paid since your arrival and any balance in your bank statement

Note that they may request to see the bank statement from when you applied till date

Keep it simple and focus on your dependants

1. I would advise you add more documents to show proof of relationship/marriage. The POF already serves one purpose. Bills paid together, investment, hospital letters etc can suffice and should be verifiable

2.Study gap of more than 5years will need an evidence.Perharps the testimonials you have seen were for study gaps that are less than 5years

3.Upload the ref letter only since he didn't complete his master's

Please I have a couple of questions.

1. I and my husband have a joint account which we intend to us for POF for both him (MA) and me (DP). Would this also serve as proof of relationship alongside wedding cert and photos? And do we need to write any consent letter?

2. Is study gap evidence compulsory? I see some visa testimonials and I don't see study gap as uploaded documents.

3. If study gap is compulsory, MA finished university in 2016, did NYSC in 2017 and started his masters in the same university in 2017. Unfortunately, masters has not been completed till 2023 because the school is extremely slow and nonchalant. He started working in 2021 till date and can get a reference letter from his company. My question is, should he upload his masters offer letter or just disregard it since he doesn't have a certificate yet and since the course he is planning to study in the UK is totally different?

4. Also, he didn't work between 2017 and 2021 cause of the masters, would it be okay to leave that space blank if he doesnt upload his masters offer letter?

I know my questions are bulky but please help.

Keep the documents you submit at the CAS stage same with what is submitted at visa application stage

If you are relying on bank statement to proof your relationship it should be joint account not transactions from one to another

Regarding Npower, if should be fine if she presents it as a study gap evidence in addition to CAC If she is still currently self employed.

A CV or cover letter will be handy to explain to the ECO what the additional documents submitted represent

She didn't work for NPower, she was a Beneficiary for a year and was deployed to a primary school to teach with a stipend of 30k monthly. She thereafter registered her business name after serving under NPower for a year.

Unfortunately using a different currency is where the problem lies.

You might have to either accept the dollar value or pay in pounds.
