A lot of you have just rushed here to comment without actually reading the article. The BPP raised issues on 10 projects. Most of the the BPP accused the FMWH of picking the lowest bid which sounds absurd to me because we're trying to save money and cut cost.

I see a lot of misinformation and ignorance here. Nigeria has abolished petrol subsidy! Nobody is going to be paid to subsidise anything again! Its always fraught with fraud! So if the price has climbed from USD 30 per barrel to USD 54 per. barrel, it doesn't mean we will resume subsidising and dashing money to marketers to keep prices low. We're not doing that again!

The events at UNILAG have nothing to do with Buhari. Intact the fact that Sowore is walking free on the streets of Lagos is testament to the difference between Jonathan and Buhari. Under Jonathan, Sowore would have been arrested right at the airport by the DSS, like they did to one of Sowore's writers Mr okey Ndibe during Jonathan's time. Despite the fact that Sahara reporters regularly accuses the DG of the DSS of corruption, the DSS hasn't as much as laid a finger on him. It is the PDP agents that are going after Journalists. The laolu guy that fought with Sowore last week was accused by Sahara reporters of laundering money for FFK. FFK and his people mobilised to embarrass Sowore if he stepped foot in Lagos. That is exactly what happened.
I read that other boys post on Facebook. The VC or the governing council of a school has no right to expel or rusticate a student based on a Facebook post. That's tyrannical. Again this had nothing to do with Buhari. Sowore accompanied the student to protest his rustication during the convocation and the police was naturally invited to prevent them from disrupting the event. They were later framed and arrested for trying to harm the VC which is a lie.

Or international aid agencies around the world that helped broker the release of some of the Chibok girls from Boko haram were also in on the scam? Or our neighbouring countries that helped mount surveilance and assisted in the release of the girls were also in on it?
Nigerians should be very wary of Ayo Fayose. As 2018 approaches, he's going to get more and more cynical and crazier because he knows judgement day is coming. He's preparing his defence for his prosecution in 2018. We all know he's going to claim political persecution when the EFCC nabs him next year for money laundering and using Ekiti money to buy houses for his sister in Abuja.
The 2006 poultry scam case is still there pending in court. Thank God it wasnt Buhari in power then. It was his own PDP controlled EFCC that nabbed him for looting Ekiti of N1.2billion naira in 2006.

The vast generality of Nigerians have accepted that we are one. We've had uncountable tribal marriages since 1960. Nigerians have accepted to be Nigerians! But because some people won't get contracts if they're not Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba, or because they won't get appointed or employed if they're not given certain jobs, they start whipping up imaginary tribal sentiments
The biggest enemy of Nigerians today is Federal character and zoning. These are instruments that we erroneously thought would cater to disadvantaged people. But its destroying Nigeria gradually.
The idea that the Igbo's are being marginalised because no igbo man is amongst the service chiefs is what keeps groups like IPOD nd MASSOB alive. Nobody wants to ask if there's any qualified Igbo man man we can pick on merit. They want us to go to the streets of Awka and pick anyone to be a service chief.
The earlier we got rid of federal character and zoning, the better for us. Let everyone work their ass off and get to the tip on merit. If a Hausa man has been getting a top position for years because he's from Kano, if anyone cones and tries to take that position from him, he'll just scream federal character and run to his tribal rep, ACF.
The only way we can kill these groups is by giving everybody what they deserve based on merit and merit only. When a Hausa man in Kano knows that he won't get into the ministry of finance without federal character, he will work his ass off and go to the best schools in the world to earn his qualification. If he knows that he will always get a jib at the ministry because he's Hausa, and his son will get admitted to QC or KC even if he scores 0 in common entrance, he will do everything possible to keep that system. Infact if anyone tries to tamper with that system, he will just scream tribalism. That's how messed up our situation is. Same applies to the other tribes.

The thing about OAU is that the best students in the whole country always want to get in. Have no idea why. Looking back, I think I felt the same way before I got admitted. I wanted to get into Nigeria's best school and somehow the saying back then was that OAU was the best. Don't know who started that rumour.

Bros the NIS organised a screening for some graduates. They were extorted and asked to show up at stadiums. The NIS CG complained that Jonathan's Minister refused to release funds for the proper planning of the event and was more concerned with the amount the screening would rake in.
Because of the shoddy planning across the country 16 people died and several injured. It wasn't in just one location that all 16 died, several locations scattered country wide. This was a catastrophe caused by a systemic failure and corruption. Even after the incident occurred the minister still remained a minister and only offered an apology for his failure to authorise the release of funds for the proper planning of the exercise. Jonathan's government did nothing!
That same minister is under trial today, thanks to the EFCC, for colluding with the private firm that handled the screening to steal the proceeds of the screening exercise. Jonathan's government would have rather the matter was swept under the carpet.
So please where does the comparison arise with yesterdays pilot error?

Someone made a mistake maybe in typing or sending coordinates to the fighter jet pilot, or maybe the pilot heard 21°E instead of 31°E. How on earth is that Buhari's fault? You guys should try to think before you post. I understand that its painful that people have died. But the fault was from one person only, the fighter jet pilot who didn't properly confirm the coordinates he was given!!!

Jonathan was vilified because there was systemic failure caused by bad leadership and corruption. There were no fighter jets to throw bombs in the first place because Jonathan's government looted the money and bought substandard Jets for us. Soldiers were not paid then, so they were not even fighting and were running from the battle field. Jonathan preferred South African mercenaries. That is systemic failure and corruption.
This was human error from a pilot! Please I'm very tempted to call you stupid but I won't. Just try to reason and use your head. Wrong coordinates....human error!!!
