On your point about the 120k, every soldier is given a certain amount to go to school. It's called the G.I bill. You can only use it for school, rent and tuition. LUKE 11:2-4: The KJB reads, ". . .Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil." The NIV removes everything that refers to a Holy God in heaven -"WHICH ART IN HEAVEN. . . Thy will be done, AS IN HEAVEN, so in earth. . . but DELIVER US FROM EVIL." Everything that distinguishes God from the Devil is REMOVED! "OUR FATHER" of the NIV is "NOT IN HEAVEN" and "DOES NOT DELIVER FROM EVIL!" I wonder who it could be? (hint: see John 8:44)

We are talking about Ojukwu boulevard and suddenly you are posting pictures from all over Owerri.

Without more investments in rail transport this will be a waste.

Besides Onitsha that harbours the largest market in West Africa and with the largest share of imported goods after Lagos should have a port if they are truly serious about decongesting Lagos rather than political gimmickry.

In my previous statement I wrote that the place was bush until Okorocha built Heroes Square, Rebuilt the Commisssioners quaters, built Childrens park, Ojukwu centre and Heroes apartment.

The place was not "BUSH".

It was a well maintained green area. The road was in excellent condition with a well grassed and green median before Rochas came into power,so what is the BUSH there.

If anything Rochas grabbed a large chunk of land for himself in the guise of Ochiedike.

The road was originally built by Mbakwe but last upgraded by Ohakim but the environment was not this beautiful. Re-read my statement. That road and like 2 others I mentioned were the only roads there in 2011. Go back today and check.

It was Ohakim that planted the green grass in the median during his clean and green program.

All Rochas did was to hang the shiny "rechargeable" streetlights and put cat eyes.

1) New Owerri? Ojukwu Boulevard is Okorocha. It was bush before he came in and rebuilt the old Commissioners quaters, Ochiedike diagnostic, Heroes Square, Ikemba Ojukwu center, Heros apartments and Children's park. The only other major roads in that axis before Okorocha was the one that ran from Concorde to Nekede road via Akanchawa and the road adjacent secretariat via Links hotel. Every other thing you see today was done by Okorocha Government.

2) I will show you pictures of Orlu town just in case you have not been there lately.

3) Douglas road has never been clean since I was born till date. I remember as a kid then my Dad used to cut it off through Royce road via Nepa and as a man I equally avoid driving past that area. Rochas Okorocha wanted to move the market and Amawusa from there and reconstruct the road but was met with stiff opposition from same people blaming him today. Chris Anyanwu even went to the floor of the Senate to turn him against Northerners.
