I just visited Linda's blog now, I doubt she will put up such a thing if it were a rumour.

GEJ's govt. is a waste.
Please you all should endure it, after all some of us saw this coming but were labelled enemies of progress.
I only hope that the masses would have learned their lessons by 2015 electioneering year and do the needful.

Since I discovered that PHCN benefit a lot from the over hyped fees, I simply go to the bank and pay 3k or at most 4K. The bills keep increasing and I don't care. When the prepaid meters arrive, I will do the needful and clear my bills.

7842I: You saw the deputy governor doing his work, but you just want this man to give accounts to you. Why did they have a deputy if the governor cannot leave his seat? The electorates are cool, never heard them complaining about the governor, what about you?

The media houses are seeking their pay, the governor is working for his people. No apolgies to nobody.
Eyahhhh. I rest my case, since the governor is not accountable to anybody.
Politics › Re: Governor Chime Was Treated For Cancer Abroad by eagleeye2: 8:30am On Feb 13, 2013
7842I: C'mon, should this man suddenly cause tension in the polity by making fearful comments about his health which may even cause social tension and endanger the peace of the state? He went quietly, returned quietly and the state is better for it.
If he wasn't causing "social tension and endangering the peace of the state" why was the media houses agog with all kinds of rumours about his where about, with one even going as far as saying that he is "dead"?
Why was the opposition calling for his impeachement (on the grounds of improper hand over) if he was generating "social tension" by being silent?

Please, you guys should at least admit that he handled this particular incidence wrongly. No leader is ABOVE MISTAKE.
I like Gov Chime, but he messed up this one time.
Politics › Re: Governor Chime Was Treated For Cancer Abroad by eagleeye2: 8:13am On Feb 13, 2013
agabaI23: They were not. They said Thyroid cancer
Please go and read the governors statement again. He felt the "tiny growth" around his neck and that is the thyroid area in a human being.

Am tired of the populace defending STUPIDITY. What happens to releasing a statement about being ill and going on a break to seek for "proper" medical attention.
Why build up a lot of controversy about an illness and make all the news media houses agog with all kinds of rumours?
If they had provided adequate medical facilities in the country, will they need to run to abroad for every little thing?
Politics › Re: Governor Chime Was Treated For Cancer Abroad by eagleeye2: 7:07am On Feb 13, 2013
7842I: , just because this man is governor you will want to subject him to inhumane treatments in his trying period! That is so heartless of you!
The above statement is the more reason he should have let the people know that he was ill. He is human and so can fall sick like any other person. By letting his people know that he is ill, he need not tell them the nature of his illness and what make s you think that he will be given an inhumane treatment?
Okay, now that he has finally opened up, what makes you think that he won't still be given an "inhumane " treatment in his "trying period"?
Family › Re: After 16 Years Of Marriage Man Finds Out 3 Of His 4 Children Are Not His by eagleeye2: 8:27pm On Feb 11, 2013
Of course what the woman did was morally wrong and I daresay heartless. But that's not the issue here.

The judges decisions were made based on what they perceived to be in the best interest of the children. That's what really counts here.

Factor that in with the points raised by ile regarding the man's visitation rights/being part of their lives, and I think you got some pretty solid reasons for backing the judges decisions.

Besides, it easier said than done - to cut off all ties with kids you've nutured and raised for years at the drop of a heart. Don't forget also that the betrayed man/men is/are the only father those kids have ever known.
that judgement can only be fair, if the man/men were given custody of the kids and the woman/women cut off totally.
God forbid, but if it were me, I would face court contempt and risk jail than to pay child support for such a judgement.
It would have been better if the man/men were given an option to choose if they will want to keep supporting the kids voluntarily.
The man was as much a victim as the kids.

kachy: Palace representatives said that the harem would be put under quarantine for the next several days in order to avert a greater catastrophe, and that the Sheikh would do the same thing any other man would do in similar circumstances, “hide somewhere until it all passes.”

The Arab billionaire stated in the end that “having a harem can easily transform from being every man’s sweetest dream to every man’s worst nightmare.”

Op, I think you are giving out certain signals consciously or unconsciously. Guys who starts asking or thinking that their babes have someone on the side, may be picking up distress signals from their babe.
You are hyper active, an over achiever, ambitious etc may not really be the reason why your guy feels insecure. He may be reading certain danger signals coming from you.

Am sorry, but I dont know how best to explain my rambling.

Demdem: the sincere and downtrodden that has suffered for years who are in the majority and also few honest privileged few have no issues with Buhari. However the wicked, corrupt, evil, killers, murderers and their miserable kind that are currently profiting from the current satanic system headed by the retardeen surely have issues with it. Whatever reasons they may have, isnt it obvious that its a selfish one? All these ones will surely go on exile when Buhari emerges president however thats not the end of the road for them, we will make sure they are all crated back to Nigeria to face justice.
I believe a Buhari presidency will be good for Nigeria, but be rest assured that if Buhari is fielded as the presidential candidate in 2015, he will lose. For now, the powers that be in Nigeria will use every means possible to truncate a Buhari presidency.
Politics › Re: Who Will Be The Presidential Candidate Of The Newly Merged Parties? by eagleeye2: 9:44am On Feb 06, 2013
I am a fan of Buhari and I like his anti-corruption stance.
But any ticket featuring Buhari is bound to lose. I believe that Buhari is a good man and will help reduce corruption if elected. But, again majority of Nigerians will not vote for Buhari.
Buhari should step back and give advice to the younger generation politicians, Same with Tinubu.

I have had many experiences. But the most recent is just last year.
I don't introduce him as a friend, but as a brother or cousin. He came to my base for a business, and stayed in my place for close to 2 months. Just because I frowned at his late home coming, he went back to his base and decided to woo two of my girlfriends. While doing that, he was running me down and telling tales about me.

Well, he didn't get any of the girls and I effectively terminated whatever "friendship" we had.
Life goes on.
