I am finding it hard believing the story. Stabbing oneself is one very unlikely way to commit suicide except probably the victim is on overdose of drugs. The detectives should do a thorough job investigating the 13 year old daughter, neighbors and their acquaintances. In my opinion it's very possible the woman stabbed herself on the thigh after the altercation that led to the death of the man.

It's my opinion anyway ,but it's easier to commit suicide by shooting oneself, as that's almost a painless one time death; hanging , Sniper and jumping from the 3rd mainland bridge is relatively easier than stabbing oneself and evacuating the organs.

pls bro if you're a Christian and believe in the power of the Holyghost, accept at this moment in faith that your wife is permanently healed of asthma. I was asthmatic from childhood and suffered what can't be stated here. When it's crisis period I normally think I won't make the next minute. Breathing in and out became an arduous labour and yes! I missed classes and favourite foods (fried plaintain, meat, fish, bun, gnut etc in the fried foods series) but sometime when i was about 9 yrs, my parents took me to a church programme where (I stopped typing here and laid face down on the floor to bless God for the healing he gave me more than 22 yrs ago. I just shed tears too because I suffered a lot in the hands of physicians just like the woman with ceaseless blood flow in the Bible. I that used to be an avid drug user and injection taker now stays free of even paracetamol for countless years and still enjoy any food that beckons on me. Glory to JESUS!) the man of God preaching prophesied that some people in that conference that were asthmatic were being healed. I was too young to understand what he was saying but my parents agreed with him using their own faith. When we came home, my parents told me that they believed the man of God was referring to me and that I was healed. Guess what, I looked my mum in her eyes and told her that I can't lie because nothing changed. My breathing was still hampered as usual but my parents kept on believing even when what they saw negated it. To cut long story short, I can't tell how and where and when it happened but the sickness disappeared subsequently till date. I appeal to you bro to agree with my faith and take your faith off drugs so you can enjoy the love of your life. Know that Jesus has given you dominion over every sickness. This is my secret to a no drug healthy life. I also removed myself from smoking and heavy drinking to savour good health and show God gratitude for healing me. When drug is applied, relief comes but what if crisis sets in where the drug is far fetched? Death then stares in the face of the patient! But when Jesus heals, it's permanent. Stay blessed in Jesus.

I type this with tears in my eyes. I decided to share say this here because if I need somebody to hear my voice, as I approach my end.
