For 11yrs I have known Christ, I have never been admitted to any hospital. The only time I took drugs is when I had bodily wounds and had to take analgesic drugs. I can go two years without complaining of headache but as a human, occasionally I can break down for a day or two as a result of stress and recuperate naturally. Now when it comes to contracting life threatening maladies like covid, it's a no-no for people like me. You can say I'm bragging I don't care cuz a golden fish has no hiding place. My elder brother David said and I quote: EVEN THOUGH I WALK THRU THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, I FEAR NO EVIL.

Ok they got their test kits back and continued from where they stopped in the race. For real, I for one never cared about this virus, I only cared for the poor and average it's ravaging their lives thru the government policies made to curb it. UNICEF has warned that continued lockdown will be more disastrous so let's all go about our duties and stay safe the best way we can.

But wait oo how best can we stay safe. I finally realized that the holy spirit of the most high God in me is jealous and can't share his house with any virus so I got nothing to be afraid of. When the chips are down, we know how rewarding it is to be a friend of God.

The scripture says the fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much, and this will want me to know the best way to pray according to the Bible and Christian belief.

1. We all know we are different type of human being and our approach to things differ alot.
We have the cool and calm beings, and also the stubborn and aggressive ones.

I see how pastor Adeboye preaches the gospel and pray in a cool and calm way and there are signs, wonders and testimony to that effect...

I also know some agressive preachers and prayer warriors like pastor Paul Adefarasin, N. duncan Williams and TD jakes.

Now, here is why i am writing this write up.

1. I sometimes feel i am too cool and calm in my prayers hence the delay or no answer i have in my prayer requests to the most high.

2. I believe in strategic form of prayer and i also do fast and pray when seeking the face of the lord on something... I don't usually think i am too cool or calm in prayers not until i started waiting endlessly for results.
If i am in a religious gathering, it depends on the leader of the prayer points and the prayer point itself that will determine my ginger and how aggressive i can be, but i don't see it going too hot or too cool.

3.what could be the delay of prayer request of somones need I feel satisfied inside of me when i pray in my own way and style. I don't really have privacy at the moment, and i am someone who really doesn't like people hearing my prayer point if it isn't in a religious gathering and general prayer.

I was born into Christianity and i served the lord in a church unit, but I will like to ask maybe there are ways i need to start praying that i don't know or practice for effective answers from the lord.

N. B. I know jehova witnesses don't pray loud or aggressive prayer, and i also know some other religious organization that doesn't do aggressive praying too.

So which one is which and how do one pray effective prayer with fasting without being aggressive
Your views and opinion will really help, and i will be more than delighted if u can do that with scripture references.

I also currently don't enjoy privacy. This has been my approach to prayer:

1, I pray and meditate in a very quiet(almost unoticed) way when my neighbours are with me in the space.

2. I pray loudly mostly blasting away in tongues when I am all alone. It refreshes my spirit a lot.

All in all, the faith I have in God and his powerful spirit in me gets me result always.

Remember that some answers get delayed too. So whether you mumble prayers (like Nehemiah did before the king in Neh 2:4) or you pray aloud (like on Pentecost day in Acts 2:4), be sure your heart is set on God totally, He will surely hear you.

We play church a lot. This is the trouble in Christianity. Most Christians get easily annoyed, short tempered and hardly tolerate insults from people, just toddlers. Others follow a streamlined doctrine. All this are dreaded impediments to the growth of a believer. Most come out and say they have been saved for more than 35yrs yet no maturity in them and I ask: if your 35 yr old son still tug at your breast looking for milk, won't you be scared to death? This is how God look at us sometimes when we are busy playing church and neglecting our spiritual growth ending up stunted.
