On the issue of removal of elected officer, I suggest that a motion of no confidence vote be called by the Election commissioner on receiving a call/complain to that effect by 1/3 the number of votes the officer received when voted into office.

Then such an officer will face the Igbo electorate again which will require a simple majority of 50.1% of the house to either validate or dethrone such person irrespective of how important such a one has been in the past to the Igbo cause.
