Just know that after this quarter, PTON may be dicey. This quarter would be a blow out because orders that were not fulfilled in Q2 were pushed over to Q3. So keep an eye on their earnings call. Besides PTON has many competitors and the price of the bikes are on the high side.

I don’t think that’s affecting peloton, peloton is not only a hardware company but has recurring software. Peloton has so much cash that it can expand to increase margin even as people return to gyms, it can move to strength training.
Competition, I don’t think that that subpar bike from amazon can be termed competition, the market certainly doesn’t think so. The strength of peloton is in its community. The march to $150 continues in my opinion.

Like I mentioned on the US thread, investing has evolved. I'm currently looking at chaos theory/principle where a randomized dynamic system like price gyrations can be filtered out to show measurable patterns. Then trading the measurable pattern.

Once such is achieved, then I have successfully destroyed that myth that you can't predict financial events like severe price declines or sharp price rises. I do not think it is just a random event.

The $2.2 trillion Covid-19 stimulus plan passed by the US House which awaits the Senate's review and vote provides for the following amongst others:
1. $25 billion to airlines to cover payroll costs
2. Injection of $75 billion into Covid-19 testing and contact tracing efforts
3. $225 billion into education & $57 billion into child care

Hence, if the above stimulus package sails through the Senate, stocks in the medical testing and education sectors should thrive.

I particularly feel we would be having an "opkober ($OPK)" to remember because huge revenue from $OPK's covid-19 testing contracts with the NFL, NBA et al should reflect in the upcoming earnings report on Nov 3rd. My analysis indicates that $OPK current share price of $3.98 still has upsides between 20-50% from current price levels in the next one month. Last Quarterly EPS earnings exceeded 200% without much of these contracts in place.

Not a recommendation to buy. As usual, DD is required before investing in any stock(s).
