Ondo state was created in 1976, while Ebonyi state was created in 1996. 20 years apart.

If Ondo state got it just few years ago, it means it took them so many years to achieve what Ebonyi state have achieved within few years.

Go to Oyigbo, some roads have even been abandoned completely. No longer motorable. Same with many roads in Etche. Please tell me this road and Nkpolu road, Which one is better?
