NTA i is still showing. The other gotv channels like 10 were all locked of recent. Talking from my xperience using Polystar smart tv. Meanwhile I use a gotv antenna.

@Op. This was how I was confused 5 years ago when I wanted to buy Polystar smart tv. I never regretted buying the TV, at a point I was enjoying free GOTV channels . Don't break the bank if you can't afford the major brands now. I am also planning on getting a smart TV with DVB - S. Because the Polystar TV only comes with DVB-T2, DVB-C.

What you people call decking is known as a slab in engineering term, during the casting of the concrete work of that slab, a vibrator that consists of a poker was not used on the slab work thereby creating honey comb in the slab; it means there are voids or spaces for air or water to flow through & concrete work are meant to be tightly and closely packed. So each time rain falls or your tank overflows during pumping, there is seepage ( water flowing through the concrete) thereby causing moisture through the walls and slabs internally. Concrete are meant to hold water not to absorb it. Therefore, that fault is referred to as poor workmanship during construction.

We are also looking at the possibility of excess heat because like I said before, the room is damped looking and the window glass sweat from the inside.

That's the building with two tankers untop... The water in this home is continually hot on a sunny day (the radiation and heat from the roof next to it keeps the water hot all day long, we are suspecting this to be the cause of the excess humidity level in the decked room.

Oga, God will bless you, go and roof your building. That structure looks like my former accommodation. I had a very bad experience.

oga this decking is a low grade highly economized decking. even the color of the wall is clear prove that where you are supposed to use 10 bags of cement, u chose to economize with 4 bags.

now you are calling on engineers and pretending like you dont know where the problem is from.

as it stand now, your building can collapse if it rains heavily for 24 hours.

when they say higher qualify builders to build your house - you will say no! baba kassim has been building houses for years - i want him to build this one for me he is cheaper and experienced. here lies the final result - LEAKY DECKING!

pls do us all a favour and go rent a decent and safe house for your family while your live in that your house by yourself alone so that if anything happens you will be the only one in the house.

Same experience I had with my former accommodation. Furnitures accumulate water over time and becomes mold, electronics are not spare too, it affects photographs and clothes over time. When cooking in the kitchen, the tiled wall would start dripping water.

M.sc is more rigorous, time demanding and even more expensive ....

I'm reading ICAN on my own but MSC equipped me with the maturity to read OMO .... I think I made a mistake of undergoing MSC before ICAN ... I would have preferred to be chartered first before M.sc ..... ICAN would have made my M.sc more easier and my Dissertation more easier.

This was my ideology for undergoing my M.sc ... Don't pursue academics or professional qualifications with sole purpose of blue collar jobs ... what a wrong aims .....

I have a igbo friend who has concluded his M.sc and still sitting in his shop selling Gas and electronics..... Very soon You will see Ekene International..... He will become employer of labour.... With his M.sc if he rise and their is appointment opportunities, he will take it and nobody will disqualify him due to lack or dearth of education....


What I learnt from M.sc Accounting and My ICAN hustle as well as all the money I invested could never have been otherwise profitable .... The knowledge base and maturity is immense ....

No one is an Island but there is a mental paradigm shift in me ....

Kindly share your experience as a Msc Accounting and Chartered Accountant. I intend pursuing my ICAN and MSC too.

I still don't understand why up until now NCDC testing abilities has not increased.
Why will FG relax the lockdown when massive testing so as to isolate the infected patience has not been put in place.

If NCDC is already complaining of lack of isolation centers when we are yet to reach the pick of this virus, what then will happen from tomorrow when hundreds and thousands of people makes contact due to this lockdown being lifted.

NCDC needs to increase their testing capacity cus this is the only way we can curb the spread of this virus within a short period of time.
I fear for what will befall us in 3weeks from now.

This people lack sense of purpose and direction. They are only good in reading out numbers in the evening, what are they working towards, we don't know.
