Edoziesmart: I'm shocked that miserable mods banned him for saying the obvious truth.
I don't see the reason the owner of this great platform will be more active on twitter than the social forum he created. He should learn from CEOs of meta and twitter respectively. Abeg, leave that one. His hypocrisy will be his downfall. |

Why should I read news about Twitter on Sahara and Nairaland, when I have better humans on Twitter to shape opinions?
By the way, Nairaland usage is now lower than ever before. Almost no people on threads. See the way they silenced this one. Nairaland hates the truth. |

Aluma32: Nairalanders, I'm new and need genuine advise here. I married my wife for over 7 years and she hasn't been able to conceive. After many medical trials like IVF and operations no positive result. She had suggested we go for a surrogate mother and has even brought a young girl of about 22 years to do that for us. My concern which I told her is that the little baby will need constant feeding in the surrogate mother's womb and so I will from time to time bleep the girl to feed my unborn child which my wife refuse. What should I do? Or I should leave my unborn baby to starve in that girl's womb? The baby may end up lacking certain traits if not well fed. Please advise and no insult please. Believe this troll topic to your detriment. Seun, well done. |

DOptical: Yemi chased no one. He told everyone he wanted no ship which Khosi admitted to.. he always slept on his bed as a matter of fact. It was Khosi who wouldn't leave his bed alone despite having her own comfortable bed. Only time Yemi wanted to leave his bed was when he won HOH yet toxic Khosi wouldn't let him go sleep in the comfy HOH because of Nelisa. I wish Yemi had chased away the ugly toxic girl away from his bed like a thief.. whatever anyone wanted to call him then.. It wouldn't have changed anything.. it would have even helped him. where did his soft heart get him?
Which content did Toxic Khosi offer apart from chasing after men.. oops, talking down on her fellow girls.. You’re a broken record now. Your posts look like copypastas. Speak on something different. We were given eleven weeks worth of content. How is Khosi’s treatment of Yemi still the only thing you got from the show? |

I don dey fear say power hungry individuals, I won’t call names, might try to sabotage the craft. If the thing crashes with the president-elect onboard, war fit break out. I heard stories about the civil war. I do not want to experience any in my lifetime. Let war stories remain distant from my locale — Nigeria, if possible. |

Family › Re: Will You Accept Your Dad’s Secret Family? by eepeepook(op): 6:52pm On Apr 30, 2023 |
onumadu: I get particularly angry about such things because one of my uncles did exactly the same. He had his "only wife" with which he had 5 children (one male and four females). But while at it, he had another "secret family" with another woman who knew his open/real family, and they had 8 children together. When he died, the secret family couldn't even attend his funeral! What type of hypocrisy is that? Jesus. Thirteen children! He should have started a polygamous family already. Why the secrecy? Most of the people who do this grew up in polygamous households so know no other way of life. Men who grew up in monogamous homes birth a child or two outside — mostly out of the mistress’s scheming. The situation I knew, the main family consisted of three fully grown women. The secret family consisted of five boys under teenage years. The women decided to accept the children and financially raise them as any sibling would. |

Your use of the word "cheap".

Let’s pause talking about waist beads for once.
This is a topic which affects many Nigerians. Funny enough, I’ve never seen it posted here. I know very well some members have experienced it.
How will you cope with discovering your father had a secret family? I can imagine the rage and betrayal I’ll go through from such revelation. Many learned of it after the death of their fathers. Some accept the new family while few reject them completely.
What will you do? Has it happened to you? Do you know anyone who’s faced the situation? |
