some banks in Rural areas don't have this problem, in my area(Warri) only GTB dispensed cash, Zenith, First bank only attended to there Customers via Withdrawal slip.

I know no bank will load There ATM today and tomorrow, Reason why CBN needs to take this cashless policy serious so to avoid this in the near future.

Its much better, than any sharedhost in my opinion. Amazon give you a free dedicated US IP plus all the world class standard of amazon's network.
